In other words, if you can get a flatbed tow for the same price as a lift tow, definitely take the flatbed tow! Jomar was very professional, accurately set my expectations as to when I should expect arrive of the truck, and provided a proper invoice immediately after asking. TL;DR: compared to local competition for the same service that cost more from people who were kind of rude over the phone, choosing JVM was a no-brainer. I returned it to the owner wanting to give it a second look and he wants an additional $1,300.00 to fix his mistake. I think it is completely unfair to think I should pay for an employee's inability to fix or diagnose the problem. There is no logic in continuing to fatten labor charges when the whole system could have been repaired for around $1,500.00. I was a loyal customer using his services 3 times before. I will not be spending another $1,300.00 or any other amount with CFFS.

Review for Tires R Us - Not Recommended…read more I had a very disappointing experience at this shop. I waited nearly 3 hours with two small children in the car just to have one tire replaced. The very next day, the tire pressure warning light came back on, and after checking, I realized the tire they sold me was used, completely worn out, and had no grip at all. I tried contacting the shop multiple times, but Josh, the only person working there, didn't answer my calls. He just replied once via text saying he was busy. Keep in mind, Josh works alone, so you'll have to wait while he finishes working on other cars before he can assist you. The place itself feels very shady. You need a code to get in, and Josh is the one who lets you in and out. I honestly don't know if he even has the proper permits--it felt like work being done "in the shade." I had no choice but to buy a brand-new tire for $120 the following week. Selling a defective, unsafe used tire is not just bad service--it's dangerous. Please don't waste your time or money here. The service is not reliable, and the product quality is unacceptable. I saw many reviews talking about how honest and great the service was--I fell for that. But my experience was the complete opposite. As a single mother, money matters, and above all, so does safety for my kids on the road. Definitely not recommended.
