In other words, if you can get a flatbed tow for the same price as a lift tow, definitely take the flatbed tow! Jomar was very professional, accurately set my expectations as to when I should expect arrive of the truck, and provided a proper invoice immediately after asking. TL;DR: compared to local competition for the same service that cost more from people who were kind of rude over the phone, choosing JVM was a no-brainer.
