Don't worry: you've come to the right place. Their office and shop (see the photos) is located on the lower levels of their house. They have everything you might expect in a small firearms training / gunsmithing shop, including a fair amount of surveillance cameras. Customer service / Knowledge: I spoke with Marie several times on the phone and via email before deciding to use these folks as my FFL for a purchase from Gunbroker.com. At each point they were knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I'm confident they helped speed along the process. When my firearm arrived, they were quick to reach out to me to set up a time when I could pick it up. And finally, when I did pick up my firearm they were quick and to the point and answered all questions I had about their training offerings. Value for money: They have very reasonable FFL transfer fees (see their website or call them for current pricing) -- I paid $25 for a handgun. They do a fair bit of gunsmithing and are very knowledgeable about the NRA and gun laws, so they are a much better FFL (than others) in that respect. Tips: - Remember you're in a house. Ask them what direction to point your firearm in before attempting to clear / field strip it. - Appointments are advised (again: it's in a neighborhood) - Ask about their gunsmithing options - When taking a class, Marie provides lunch Summary: Easily accessible from all parts of Gwinnett county, these folks might be worth driving across town for if your current FFL or gunsmith isn't cutting it for you. I feel that the advice that I've been offered is based on experience rather than campfire stories and internet videos. And a note to the reviewer who left a single star and her garbage insinuations at the end of her rant.. er, review: They don't owe you anything. Nobody does. Somebody somewhere else told you wrong. On Quiet Riot Firearms website it clearly states their FFL transfer fees. Get over it. When I was in the shop two weeks ago (8/13/20 to be exact) I was closing a transaction at the counter when a woman.. a "poc"... walked in with an issue/question regarding the handgun in her purse. He stopped what he was doing, unloaded the pistol that she handed him across the counter, examined it, and resolved the issue with an explanation to her about how her weapon operates. He politely gave her advice specific to her handgun and gave it back to her unloaded with a request to not reload it until she was out of the store. Easy Peezy, free of charge. Everybody has a bad day every now and then, but if anybody there had a problem the day that you were in there it was you.
