He has completed several projects throughout our townhouse community in Arlington, VA, and has consistently delivered excellent workmanship, professionalism, and reliability. Olger is one of those contractors who is genuinely a pleasure to work with. He is extremely professional, responsive, dependable, and, perhaps most importantly, on time. When he commits to a schedule, he follows through. That level of reliability is especially valuable when coordinating work across a large HOA community. The quality of his work has been excellent. Olger and his team repaired and restored our iron railings, thoroughly removed rust, and repainted them, bringing them back to a clean, refreshed appearance. They also painted metal fences throughout the community, painted gas lines, completed masonry repairs, and handled various other improvement and maintenance projects. The attention to preparation and detail really shows in the finished work. What impressed us most was the overall care Olger puts into his projects. He doesn't simply get the job done--he takes the time to do it properly and makes sure the finished product looks professional and lasts. His work has made a noticeable improvement to the appearance and upkeep of our community. For an HOA, finding a contractor who is skilled, dependable, easy to communicate with, and capable of handling a variety of projects is extremely important. Olger checks all of those boxes. We have been very pleased with every project he has completed for us and would absolutely hire him again. We highly recommend Olger Construction to any HOA looking for quality workmanship, professionalism, and a contractor they can count on.

Our condo flooded and we needed our entire condo painted (one room needed some serious work as it had wall paper), an entire new kitchen cabinets set, new kitchen counters, new water line to fridge, new kitchen sink, new kitchen faucet, new garbage disposal, bathroom floor tiling, bathroom wall tiling, new bathroom vanity with faucet and other various little things. The process took a little over 2 weeks (which is exactly what they said it would take). The main point of contact for us was Mattie. He and his brother were excellent communicators with me and my wife. Not only did he keep us informed every step of the way, but he did it in a way we could understand (Yes he done the job for us lol). They were so nice and accommodating when we added to the job with no complaints at all. They also had an excellent design team when they came and looked at our kitchen. Above all else, their prices were very reasonable. We would HIGHLY recommend 5 Star Renovation and Design.
