Ben runs his business so very well. I have RARELY seen this in Pennsylvania. Most builders get…read moretheir deposit and start their work, then disappear for weeks on end. We know this first hand and Ben is NOT one of those people. He arrived at our home in a timely fashion after my husband reached out for a job we needed done. Ben informed us he was doing work down the road that would need to be completed prior to getting to our home and we were good with that. We appreciated his candor. This ended up being a neighbor who had a contractor take her money and left the materials in her driveway for months on end, never to return again, nor return her calls. We felt so badly for her and there was not a moment Ben did not keep us in the loop with a timeframe. Ben cares about attention to detail and it matches who he is as a human. He honestly cares what people think of his business. In November Ben recently came through for us after a possible tornado gathered strength over our community. People lost parts of their roofs and had damage to their homes. We lost a small portion of our patio Ben installed. My husband contacted him and Ben was on it as promptly as possible. Having the patience to wait for a quality job is so important. I wish I had a better photo of Ben's work, but don't at the moment. Here is a view of the back of our residence that Ben worked on and it is very obvious he can work with a quality home. Thank you so very much Ben .
