Denise and her crew always arrive when they say they will and are thorough with both their cleaning and their attention to detail. They often go above and beyond, fixing things that are broken, purchasing materials that are needed, taking inventory, and other important tasks needed to run a short term rental. They charge a fair price for the work they do and have ensured that we get 5 stars from each and every guest. I highly, highly recommend Denise and her team. They're simply amazing!

THEFT BY CLEANER. On 10/9/23, Denise's company was hired to perform a full house cleaning at my…read morefuture brother in laws house in Bethel, ME. When the cleaner, Nellie arrived, she was multiple hours later from the scheduled start time. The house was left for the cleaning to be done and upon our return no cleaning was done and Nellie was gone. It was a 3 hour window. When we came into the house, we discovered my wife's wedding band was missing, at which point we called the police. Later on we noticed my future brother in laws AirPods were missing as well. This information was relayed to the police and the AirPods were tracked to Nellie's residence. The AirPods were found there. Denise claims that Nellie is an independent contractor and she has no responsibility for her actions. Ultimately it comes down to the caliber of talent hired that a company is judged on and THEFT is a low caliber. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO BE USED BY ANYONE FOR THE THEFT THAT OCCURRED.

They ended up ripping up not only the majority of my driveway, but my neighbors as well -with no notice which I can say did not leave my neighbors best pleased to come home with no where to park their cars. Half my front lawn was absolutely destroyed and I had to nag them for weeks to finally remove trash, debris, and the giant pile of dirt they left. I still have some of their debris left in what remains of my driveway. I am still waiting for the actual invoice or any documentation I requested over a month ago. I can say that they were fast about one thing; every time they called me with another price increase, they had charged my credit card in less than 15 minutes.

Switching out individual breakers was no help so on a recommendation I called Quality Electric of Skowhegan.
