Then Stephanie took over -- she was just as welcoming, and she walked me through how the workout works and what OrangeTheory is all about. For a first-timer, I think I did pretty well! I even had that "good sore" feeling the next day ~ the kind that makes your body say, "You should be doing this more often." They also explained the pricing. It's $30 per class if you pay as you go. Turns out, I am one for group classes; I just needed to find the right group and the right classes. The Fitbox community is incredible, and that includes the trainers and the clients. Everyone is super supportive. It doesn't matter if you've boxed and lifted weights for decades or the thought of wrapping your hands or picking up a dumbbell gives you anxiety. You'll fit right in. After my initial evaluation with Chris (who is also amazing) he referred me over to Julian. I would like to start off by saying, that Julian knows what he is doing.
