After a month of setting up four appointments and no one showing up or calling me I canceled the job. He always an excuse or said I misunderstood him. He refused to return my $900 deposit. I took him to court in front of Colleen Mancuso , and won the verdict. He appealed. Two lawyers told me it was not worth it for me to hire them, for only $900 and $200 Court cost. Mr. DePolo knows how to work the court system. When I remarked to employee in the magistrates office that he is a menace, she said he has been there a number of times. So I lost $900 and wasted my time. Ended up going with LA Stone. They did a beautiful job one and a half weeks. Please look at the reviews on other sites also. I wish I had!!

He again gave excuses for not having the work done, at that time I said enough and I'll take my business else wear. He became very rude, mumbled comments and made hand gestures as to get out... WOW, even though the big box store may not have the best customer service I don't believe they would act in that manner. I have written many reviews but I have never said buyer beware and keep away, UNTIL NOW... Keep away from this deceptive and rude business owner.
