Today paid them $208 for a line modification and since they were not able to fix the outside unit asked to check the attack and although I asked them to be careful, one of their young employee was not careful and had his feet through your ceiling. I am glad that he is okay but instead of wait to talk with me they just drove off and after call twice and ask to talk with the owner have received an unreasonable email. I try to support local firms but this type of pos sale is extremely poor. Waiting now for first American claim resolution, but based on that management style I do not want this company in my house anymore.

Again, he said, call him when it came in and he would install it. Equipment arrived and I called a third time and he scheduled an appointment for that Saturday. Then, late Friday night he texts me saying he was "too busy" and I should find someone else to do the work. This, after numerous conversations and him stringing me along for three months. Then when I tried to contact him to reschedule, he just ghosted me, leaving me sitting on $1200 worth of equipment that I can't install. Horrible unprofessional way to treat customers. If you think you can treat people like this with no consequences you're wrong because I'll be spreading the word far and wide.

Newman sent the same men out (the men who did the installation) and they discovered the problem. incorrect sized tubes were used, resulting in the leak. Two of the men apologized saying "we are better than this". When I called the Newman office, I spoke with the receptionist and asked what to do and was told to call my insurance. She said that Newman was not at fault and the men (who explained the error to me and apologized and admitted fault) had told her differently. I decided to let my insurance handle it, but Newman did not contribute any financial help and did not admit any error. To me that is UNETHICAL, UNPROFESSIONAL and UNFAIR to the customer who placed faith and MONEY in them. NEVER AGAIN.
