The glass door is misaligned with the track and repeatedly slips out, causing it to hit the opposite glass border. This has been an ongoing issue for nearly a year despite multiple service requests. Repairs and inspections have been slow, often taking weeks to schedule, and callbacks have been difficult to obtain. When I do reach someone, I'm told additional charges may apply for repairs, which I was not expecting based on my understanding of the warranty. The warranty language does not clearly reflect the exclusion that was communicated to me. Customer service has also been inconsistent and at times unhelpful. At this point, the issue remains unresolved. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company for glass installation work.

He came, measured and gave us a reasonable and fair price. it wasn't a standard replacement as it had edging, hardware mounts and needed to match perfectly the other door which was not cracked. He called within a week that the glass was in and ready to be installed. We agreed on a day and time and he showed up on time as promised and quickly replaced the door.
