My daughters and I visited Jonesborough recently and spent quite a bit of time there, trying on clothes and oohing and ahhing over everything we saw! I am NOT a shopper normally, but it was so much fun finding things I liked and could wear. I appreciate that the owner didn't buy only for size 0 teenagers, too! My last visit I picked up 2 more. They are still in their boxes cause I haven't had the time to enjoy them. But enough about my shoes as this is a Yelp review about them, not me and my shoe collection. I most likely will never return here for myself. If my kid(s) needs shoes "maybe"... but if I can control it, nope! The reason? Their service. Inattentive robots. Last visit this young fella went around and ask EVERYONE around me if they needed help, and not me. Not that I needed help, but man... made me wonder if I was wearing a hazmat suit and green radioactive foam was oozing out a hole in my suit that was cause by a rabid raccoon that just got bit by a zombie right before it attacked me. And it's not just this last time. It's like 9 out of 10 visits. Nobody talks to me. Yes I'm Asian, but I swear I speak the same language. My last visit, the girl working the cash register was a breath of fresh air. She spoke to me. Nicely. And was helpful. She was so helpful that there was no walking pass her with merchandise out the door without paying. So sucks to lose business because of service, but service is very important to me. Doesn't have to be terrific service. Just good. Or hell even "decent" and I'll still come back. Not here though. I'm done with this place.
