These folks would only return my calls when they wanted to sell me windows or take payment. They…read morewere unresponsive and unapologetic about 20 weeks of wait time beyond the 18-20 weeks of lead time noted in the contract. When they finally did install the windows, one was wrong and had to be redone. I could have managed delays if they had been communicative and friendly. Very disappointing.

They leaked to the point I had to replace my floor. A year or so later they started leaking again, I call and am told they are very busy and someone will come when they have a chance?! No one ever came. In between then and now I have called and left at least 2 messages during business hours and never heard back. A month or so ago I call again. A woman took my info and said someone would call me back in a day or two and no one ever called me back and my replaced floor is starting to get ruined. Every time it rains it pools. At this point I don't trust the workmanship and think they should pay to have another company do the work. I have damage due to their negligence that has accumulated over years of not being contacted and listened to.

We purchased a home in which the previous owner had installed lots of Window World double-paned…read morewindows some years before selling the house. After five years here, we decided that the spotting on the inside of some of these windows was spoiling our view, so we began making inquiries as to what it would cost to replace these. We were delighted to learn that Window World could transfer the lifetime warranty to use for a very reasonable fee. They asked us to describe the problems and provide the index numbers of each window. After a few weeks, they called to say the replacements had been built, so we set up a time for their installer to put them in. The installer arrived at the appointed time, was most courteous, and carefully removed and replaced six windows. He'd noticed that there were some tears in some of the screens, so he made repairs to all of them. In short, we were more than satisfied with the Window World policies, the new windows, and the excellent service. Thanks so much!
