There were several areas where they were supposed to spray and there was NO foam. It was awful and very unprofessional. I called them back out to the home and told them how they didn't do the job they were under contract for and they said it would be another $1800 to finish the job they were hired for. The workers marked up several walls with their equipment and he promised to pay for that, and of course, they will not return my calls or emails. I have photographic evidence and written affidavits of the terrible/pathetic work this company did on my home. This company is ripping me off and I am sure I am not the first one. I have no choice, but to file this complaint. If there is no conclusion, I will proceed to get legal advise. If this company has ripped you off, please contact me, I am a licensed home inspector. An HVAC unit bought and installed by AA Repair - North Florida just 3 years ago; which cost us over $7k and then another $3200 only 2 years in; due to their own (extremely green) technician's incompetence immediately following their 'routine maintenance' call; for which they refused to admit accountability. Well, here we are the third year in, and the A/C went out on us again. This time, it was a short in the temperature sensor on the outside unit that was causing the outage and taking the compressor along with it. AA came out, took 5 hours to get it running again, only to have it go out on us yet again 22 hours later. The AA guy comes out for the second time the following day, says he knows there's a short *somewhere* and if it goes out again, just text him. Well, no surprise when it happened yet again for the third time in 4 days. We texted him on Friday, but he never replied. My wife and I decided we needed to find a reliable service. We called Justin @ Ball Air Conditioning and he was out to the house in less than two hours; coming from a previous emergency call. This guy was fantastic. Here it was, one of the hottest weekends in the summer and in 4 hours found the source of the failures, balanced the coolant so that, not only is the unit cooling the house properly, but is also taking the heat out of the house, as well. This makes for a much better functional HVAC, lower electric bill and less of a thermostat degree drop to cool off the house (our home is 2558 sq ft).  This young man, 33, is a real character but exceptional technician -- man, he knows his stuff. He pulls no b.s.; he did exactly what he said he was going to do and more, even without charging me for the extras. When has a Florida a/c company done that before? I thought for sure I was in for another astronomical bill when Justin was done, but to my surprise, the bill was much lower than what I expected. Everything was itemized on the bill, everything was verbally explained in detail to where even I could understand it, and showed me the things he did for which he didn't charge me. After dealing with insane disappointment with AA for 3 years, the wife and I are extremely critical of these service guys. Needless to say we will NEVER call on AA again for any reason, whatsoever. Angie (the AA owner) makes her millions off of taking advantage of hardworking middle class families like ours. It's absolutely despicable. But today we turn a new page, and we have a new technician and a new service plan, for which we're very satisfied. I hope this helps someone who might be in the same position as we were; with AA, or even another company that does 'business' like them.

He said " $500 normally, but since you've done half the work i'll do it for $300." I was elated, because I thought it would cost around $850, which I happily would have paid. I threw out all of my insulation cleaning gear, figuring I wouldn't need it. Stan texted me 3 days before the job, telling me it was going to be $1,540, and they wouldn't clean out the insulation, "because that's not industry standard." Then he raised his price to $700. If he had originally quoted me at $700, I happily would have paid it. The fact that he increased his price, 3 days before the job, and failed to be honest is why I decided not to go with him. Shady business practices.

Horrible experience. Wouldn't replace items or pay for damages to be fixed. Kept saying they stand behind their work until they had to remedy the damages. Only asked to get my home back to condition before they did the damage. Even spent 3.5 hours cleaning their mess myself as best i could. Contacted BBB to try to resolve. Owner told me to sue him if I wanted. Brought other contractors in to give quotes to fix their work. Suggest you be cautious when doing business with them. My two cents.
