I first went to Ace Hardware in LaBelle, Fl., where i was told that they only cut their key blanks. Asked how much it would cost me if I bought there key blanks and was told that they did not have it in stock (would have to order the key blanks). I attempted to order and was then told that they do not carry my key blanks (2007 Dodge Ram 1500). Bottom line cutting machine available, key and blanks in hand, and could not help me after requesting a supervisor. Ace Hardware was not providing any help at all. I was offered help as I was walking out of the store by informing me that they had a phone number of a locksmith the could resolve my key cutting that day. Great, wonder how much kick back there getting for referrals. I decided to call Builder's Choice Supply, not knowing if they cut car keys. Friendly, staff immediately answered and responded "If you have the blanks we cut them for free." I couldn't believe it, drove over, and in minutes walked out with keys in hand cut for free. Builder's Choice Supply is definitely there to help you without any intentions of making additional monies. I would never return to ace hardware, even if prices were cheaper in the future (hardly ever). I am now a loyal custom to Builder's Choice Supply.

The managers that we have had the pleasure to deal with, Roy, Josh and Roger are always friendly and helpful. The employees like Susan and Sabrina in garden and Liz, Dave, Elizabeth and Cosmo inside the store are always very helpful and pleasant. Even with Walmart now in our little town, we still and will continue to shop at our little wonder, Vision Ace.

Made arrangements with this company to have our golf cart picked up for repair last week. Promised a dream, delivered a nightmare…read more We were directed to Ron Marra Construction in December of 2018 by Coastal Premier Properties, a sellers agent who sadly presents itself as a buyers agent. Google HD Homes Florida building fraud for more about the infamous Dukes family. Yet another shady Florida business. We signed a contract with Ron Marra on January 1st 2019, and we're told it would be a 9 month build. We had already designed the house ourselves, and paid him $23,000 up front to cover permitting & land surveys, etc. Two and three quarter years later we were left with nothing but the ICF shell (which he didn't even properly protect before piling dirt up around the base), the roof and metal studs. We had even shelled out an additional $18,500+ in cash to help him move forward. And what did we get? Excuse after excuse after excuse for why he couldn't make progress and a demand for yet another $56,000 for even more! Ron told us in Oct of 2020 that the project had been under priced from the start and admitted he never really reviewed contracts before signing them. Therefore he was "forced" to increase our build price by 20 to 25% if we wanted it completed as contracted for. In the end, because Ron missed so many "promised completion dates", our lender was forced to call our loan due. I e even tried to get a construction loan through other lenders, but no one would touch the project because of Marra's current reputation. Our dreams were completely crushed. The man is a liar and a fraud. In fact, he has defrauded more than 20 couples/families over the last two years, leaving many without a home or the hard earned money they paid him. I wouldn't recommend Marra Construction or their re-branded company Florida ICF Builders, LLC (Ron's resorted to using his son's contractors license) to build a dog house! Subs won't work for him because he doesn't pay the people who DO work on his projects. Steer clear of Ron Marra Construction and Florida ICF Builders. Check out ALL their reviews here, on Google, on Buildzoom, and on their social media accounts. The only good reviews they have were written by employees (who no longer have jobs) and fake clients. Choose better ... choose anyone but a Marra Construction in SW Florida!

Somehow they forgot to reinstall 2 dryer vents on two of the roofs. Their inspectors noticed it and made arrangements to repair.
