After 6 months of no movement from Pedro Gonzales (owner) I hired another company to do the work. They agreed to refund me 8k of the 10K I paid. This company has not made the refund and have stopped answering my emails or calls. These guys are bad actors and crooks.

Shame on me for being trusting. There tech does the monthly service never brings a ladder with him to check the tank as in and out in 4 minutes. When I hired them to install and service my system the original tech spent about 15 to 20 minutes at my house checking the float filter changes etc. never an issue. So obviously not the same service.. the straw that broke the camel's back was I was away and when I returned I found that I had no water.. pressure switch failed no big deal. I removed the filter to find it was completely dry. My question is how do you check the quality of water if you never ran the system so I decided to get someone else to check the water and paid for a water test and system overview and to my greatest concern they found bacteria in the water in the house as was as a super low PH in the tank and in the house that I can only assume caused damage to my fixture and water heater.. I spoke to them and of course they said everything was fine.. I hired a second company to do the same test two days after the first company came out and found the exact same issue. Unfortunately this company is all about taking your money and not doing the service you paid for. Good luck if you decide to use them.

I hired H2O Systems in late 2022 for the installation of a well system and water treatment setup at…read moremy property in Cape Coral. The home was under construction and then remained unoccupied for a period of time, so the system had very limited initial use. However, once the property was rented, multiple issues became apparent almost immediately. The outdoor filter was leaking significantly, the water pressure throughout the house was extremely low (especially in the showers), and the water had a noticeable odor. These are not minor issues -- they directly affect the basic functionality of the home. Because I had a tenant in place, I had no choice but to resolve these problems quickly. I had to hire another service provider and pay out of pocket to correct the issues. I contacted H2O Systems to explain the situation, but they declined to provide any assistance, citing that the one-year warranty had expired. While I understand warranty limitations, I found the complete lack of support in this situation very disappointing, especially given that the system had not been in regular use during much of that time. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this company clearly understand that once the warranty period ends, you may be entirely on your own, even in cases where issues arise upon first real use. I would not choose to work with this company again.

He also has the experience completing complex large-scale projects. Dave creates partnerships with other companies he trusts, along with his own crew, to do the work. Dave immediately called us to work through all the details and make sure we were on the same page as far as what we wanted done, then he worked on the price, and was back to us quickly with the number. The work done was massive, and not inexpensive, but the price was more than fair. Someone else wouldn't have done nearly as nice of a job and would have easily charged a lot more. The work the tree company and his crew did was phenomenal. Not only did they really listen to us, work super hard, they went above and beyond as well to make sure we were happy. Every person working here was respectful of us and our property. We feel like a whole new world has opened up here, and Dave keeps reminding us that this is only the beginning of the possibilities. More birds have come out, we now have a lovely breeze in the backyard, and it just looks beautiful. Dave's goal is to make his customers happy.
