Wow, this company exceeded our expectations on every level! They completed our bathroom remodel in one week. After promising us 2 weeks time frame to complete the project as my husband and I were out of town, they finished well below that time frame and were super professional throughout the process. We came back to an amazing new powder bathroom and we couldn't be happier. Thank you Orr and the whole team at Build Method Construction! read more

Definitely recommend Build Method Construction!! I called them in search of a full bathroom remodel and Danny was incredibly professional. He lined me up with their lead contractor, Adam, to come that very day to my home to take measurements and explore ideas. Right after, I knew I had to go with them. They delivered on their timeline, stayed within my budget, and took care of every aspect of the remodel. Will absolutely use them on my next project! read more

Highly recommend Build Method Construction! My family and I were looking to redo our kitchen and had no idea where to start. We were referred to use Build Method, so we got online and read reviews which gave us much more reassurance. We called them and they were so quick to get Orr out to go through our remodeling ideas. He was so thorough and patient throughout the entire process. Even communication from their office was flawless. The remodeling process is always super overwhelming but we always felt like we were in great hands with these guys. The results were better than we imagine and we were so glad we used them! read more

We just worked with the Build Method team and everyone was fantastic! Liron and Danny were so communicative and got the job done beautifully. We had been living with an unfinished master bathroom for a year because we couldn't find a contractor we trusted or who would do the job right. From the moment we spoke with Build Method, they were at our home, were upfront and trustworthy about everything, and completed the job within the time frame we needed. Five stars. We highly recommend. We will be calling them again the moment we need any future construction done :) read more

After much consideration and meeting with contractors, my wife and I chose to use Orr and Adam for our kitchen remodel. They exceeded our expectations on every aspect and that is the reason for this review. We had envisioned an open floor plan but had some load bearing walls that needed to be removed. Once construction started, everything moved fairly quick since our deadline was to have it done before Christmas. They were able to turn our vision into reality and we couldn't be any happier with the outcome. Thank you guys for everything! read more

I worked with Adam from Build Method Construction a little over a year ago. He converted our basic garage into a room. Drywall, painting, and also added an attic with a ceiling and recessed lighting. The process of dealing with Adam was challenging, never knew what days his team was showing up, not showing up, etc. He was very responsive in the beginning before the deal was signed, but once the deal was signed and there began to be problems, he became almost impossible to get ahold of with every excuse in the book. Bottom line, I held out on this review, because this isn't my style to do this, but our attic door that they installed is almost impossible to open, and just yesterday it finally broke off. Of course, I sent Adam a text to see if he had any suggestions and no response. I would not recommend this company unless you work from home and can be your own general contractor...that's what I did and that's the only reason why this job got done. read more

It was such a pleasure working with Build Method Construction! My fiancé and I just moved into our new starter home and wanted to expand the kitchen, redo all of the flooring, and update one of our bathrooms. We were highly recommended by one of our friends to use Build Method. After they came for the initial consultation, I knew why the praise was so high. One of the owners, Danny, was incredibly professional getting everything set up, and from there, Adam and Orr had the entire project handled from day one. They are very reasonably priced because they take care of the entire project for you so it's definitely worth it. They kept us in the loop throughout the entire project. They even paired us up with their in-home designer to help us pick out all of the finishes and designs. We could be happier going with Build Method Construction and would highly recommend them! read more

This company has gone through hell and back with the city building department to make our project happen and we could not be more appreciative! We met with Adam & Orr to go over our addition / full home make over. We were hesitant to get started during covid of course but they had reassured us that they would take care of everything from planning to construction. They expedited the planning and were able to get plans approved pretty easily during this time. We were amazed at how quickly they were able to start construction and how they showed up to the job every single day throughout these 2.5 months! The crew was incredible and kept the job site clean on a weekly basis. Their finished labor workers were the cherry on top of everything! Thank you Adam & Orr for being so attentive to our wants and needs. Our house looks great and we could not be happier! Best contractor we have ever worked with! Highly recommended! read more

Great team, worked directly with Liron. Helped me with some work in the bathroom and kitchen.

Michael and I highly recommend Build Method for quality construction work. We had several contractors bidding our job but Adam from Build Method took the time to inspect the supporting wall configuration, bring in a structural engineer and give us the confidence we needed to go ahead with the project. Adam had his finger on the pulse at all times with construction workers and planning department inspections. That was very important to us plus completing the project in the specified time. Overall his project management skills are first-rate - he gets the job done. A special thank you, too, to Victor, Selvin, Mason, Ruben, Leo, Juan, Yovanny (and anyone we've forgotten!!) for their diligent work towards the end of the project. In sum, we have a stunning home thanks to the Build Method Construction Team! read more

So glad I used these contractors for my full kitchen remodel! Everything they promised was delivered and they made a huge emphasis on cleanliness and completing the project upon the time they initially proposed. I was updated very frequently throughout the stages and beyond happy with how my kitchen turned out. Super professional all around and very highly recommended company! read more

I've been flipping homes with this company for years. When you want the job done in the time you want, they get it done no questions asked. One of my good family friends recommended I work personally with Adam & Orr around 3 years ago. I have been pairing up with them to do any remodel, new construction, or addition that I needed and they exceeded my expectations every time. I love their work ethic, and their in house design & build method for construction is so comforting for an investor like myself. This review is well over due but I will continue to work side by side with these guys for any project I have! Thanks Build Method team! read more

Was referred to Build Method by a close family friend, and after taking a look at their Instagram and reviews on yelp, decided to give them a call. I was blown away at the customer service alone. The team is extremely professional and listened to my wants and needs and incorporated them into my project. They were also upfront of what could be done and what was either outside of my budget or just not feasible. It's rare to find a contractor that's honest - it's much appreciated. read more

Highly recommend this company as they were able to remodel my complete house with amazing results. I've told many friends and family about these guys but I felt the need to post a review. Thanks guys! read more

Just moved to Santa Monica a few months ago with my family and was in desperate need of a contractor to complete our full home remodel before we could move in. I originally found these guys online. I immediately looked at the reviews on yelp and was impressed but I needed to be sure they did good work so I set up a site visit & consultation. I spoke to Danny the owner to set up the meeting, super professional and set up the meeting within one day with the main General Contractor. Adam was sent to our initial meeting and WOW we could not be more confident after he left our house that day! He literally stayed for 2.5 hours explaining everything so thoroughly, my husband & I needed the guidance because we are not construction people what so ever! It was a no brainer after getting 4 estimates that Build Method had it all! They even took the time to show us one of their current jobs that they were working on to make sure we liked their level of finish. After signing the contract/scope of work they put us in schedule a few weeks later. During the waiting period they even went shopping with us for finished materials! Adam has such a good design eye so It made it so easy to choose our finishes it took only a few hours! After we paid for the materials that was the last time I worried about anything! They picked everything up for us, they scheduled all of the inspections, they coordinated EVERYTHING!!!! I didn't realize construction could be this easy! The nightmare stories we heard and were afraid of did not happen here thank god! This company is not the cheapest, but they are worth every dollar for the level of workmanship and honestly best service I have ever had! Thanks Build Method Construction team!!! You are the best read more

So lucky to have been recommended these guys by my neighbor after contemplating through several contractors who I didn't feel so comfortable with completing my kitchen remodel. Danny and Orr were so easy going and made the process a great experience. They also found some issues during the construction phase with my plumbing that they were able to find a solution to without making it a big deal. I'm very happy with the final outcome and appreciate the whole Build Method team!!! read more

I would absolutely recommend Build Method Construction! I was looking for a contractor to help with a two bathroom remodel at my moms place. I wasn't sure where to start but glad I found these guys on Yelp and loved the reviews. Even with the challenges of Coronavirus, they came in the very next day wearing masks, gloves, and shoe covers. They were super professional and from that moment I felt comfortable. They did a fantastic job pulling permits, helping us with the shopping, and got the project done in a timely manner. No need to look elsewhere! read more

My family and I were looking to build an ADU on our property for rental income but had no idea where to start. We reached out to a few companies but none of them responded at the professional level like Build Method Construction! They were so thorough, helped with the entire "planning phase". After we had plans, they pulled all the necessary permits and then we were off! The ADU took about 5 months to build and we couldn't be happier with the results. They even have an in-house interior designer that was so amazing and easy to work with. We highly recommend the entire Build Method team! read more

I'm so glad I reached out to Build Method Construction! I purchased my first home/fixer upper a few months ago and at first was a little overwhelmed taking on my first project. However, a friend of mine referred me over to Build Method and I'm so glad they did. I reached out to them and got a response right away from one of the owners, Danny. He was extremely professional & prompt. He was able to arrange for their general contractor, Adam, to come out the very next day. Adam was timely, polite, and very knowledgeable. We went through all of my ideas for the project and even got some insight from Adam too. As soon as I gave the go ahead, we jumped into a planning phase since I had to remove a few walls, etc. As soon as we finished up the planning phase, we went through the permitting process but everything was taken care of by Build Method!! Adam would come with me to do the shopping and even would even pick up all the materials for the project. Overall, Build Method did a fantastic job with the finishes, keeping within my budget, and staying on a timeline. Will definitely be using them again for my next project and absolutely recommend! read more

Well done to the entire team down at Build Method Construction. I recently moved back to Los Angeles with my family and was in need for a trustworthy licensed contractor to remodel my house because this house was lacking a couple of bedrooms and a kitchen (WE COOK A LOT). I was definitely doing some research on who we were going to trust with taking on this complete remodel from head to toe and called 5 different reputable companies. I was kind of spooked since they didn't have a yelp when we started this project but a friend of mine from LA highly recommended I should give them a call. I reached out to the company and Danny one of the owners was the nice gentleman who set up the meeting with my new allocated project manager Orr. Orr came to the house and I what I liked the most about him was he was willing to listen to exactly what I wanted but was not shy to tell me where I'm wrong or how I should think about making some decisions which saved me over 10 grand of Construction costs. These guys really care about their clients! There was not one time where I felt that I wasn't updated or that I was out of the loop with progress, but the beauty of it all is that they allocate a crew that works on site every single day so I was getting progress pictures on a daily basis! This company is the real deal and they have completed my 600sf room addition & full home remodel in 4.5 months exactly when I thought it would take a year!! So happy I found them! Big thanks to Orr and the crew for finishing up my project nicely! Will use them again on my next house 100% read more

I can't believe how quick these guys are! I called them to remodel 3 of my bathrooms, Kitchen & flooring throughout my newly purchased home. Even during this crazy pandemic, they had their allocated crew on site every day as promised. Every single person on the crew had gloves and a mask on which was very comforting. I dealt with Adam and Orr throughout the entire project. They were on site every single day, delivering all of the materials, coordinating inspections, I was literally hands off completely. The best part is I never had to check up on them, I was really scared to even leave my house through this time so to have those guys on site taking care of the project was incredible! Thanks so much to the entire Build Method Construction team! We are super happy with our newly remodeled home! read more

Just completed a full bathroom remodel for both my powder and master bathrooms. This company earned my wife and I's business because we were having issues with a previous contractor. I was being sent to the city by my old contractor to find out information about remodeling my bathroom and it was just a completely annoying and time wasting process. Orr assured me they do everything on the job and I was able to just come in to make sure the remodel was going according to plan. They were completely transparent about any changes or small issues we incurred which was a relief. There team was on site everyday and completed our powder room in 2 weeks (which was what they proposed) and that's why we gave them the master bathroom. My wife and I are thrilled with the way it turned out and this review is the least we could do! Thanks again for everything! read more

This is how construction should always be!!! What a great team they have at Build Method Construction, I could not be happier! My mom just bought a house and had me deal with getting bids contractors, but let me tell you it was such a hard process to find someone that my mom and I trusted. We initially met with Adam & Orr, they were very knowledgeable about the process for remodeling our kitchen and 2 bathrooms. I needed a company that does everything so that my mom and I could be hands off, we really had no idea what to do or how. They ran us through the entire process so clearly that it was an obvious choice on who we were going to choose. Every other company had something missing, but they really had it all. They took us shopping for materials, they scheduled all of the city inspections, they picked up all materials for us, it was amazing! We got really spooked with all of these horror stories, thank god they were the complete opposite of that! The finish was where we were really impressed, they have true professionals on site, bravo Build Method!! Will refer you to all of my family and friends! read more

It was a pleasure working with the Build Method team! My family and I were in the process of getting 2 of our bathrooms redone and had no idea where to start. We knew we wanted to find an honest, high quality, and professional contractor. We actually stumbled across their instagram page a bit ago and then looked into their reviews which definitely gave us more reassurance. One of the owners, Danny, was easy to get ahold of and very professional. He sent one of his contractors, Adam, the very next day to look at our current bathrooms. He even wore a mask & gloves to ensure our family's safety. He went through all the different ideas and options and within a day or so put together a proposal. It was a little bit more than we originally anticipated BUT you pay for what you get. The effort, attention, and management your project gets is second to none. They always had Adam or the other project manager Orr on site checking in to make sure things were getting done and done right. The results of the project was better than our expectations and we can't wait to use them again for future projects. We would absolutely recommend! read more
