My kids LOVE Urban Air. There is a wide variety of activities for the kids - of all different age…read moregroups and abilities. They have had a blast every time we've been. I think the staff could do a better job of overseeing safety though. While my kids have not gotten hurt, it seems like every few minutes some kid comes off the trampolines crying. And you see lots of kids doing flips on the trampolines which seems to be specifically against the rules, but staff doesn't say anything. My daughter did the ropes course once and a. I think she was actually too short for it after all and b. there's only one staff person supervising the course, and they just help the kids with the harnesses. My daughter really struggled on the course and the only people that could help her were other kids. There's nobody on staff up there to help out.

I liked this trampoline park. A lot to offer and a lot going on. Of course it's loud and hectic…read morebut this is where kids want to be! As a parent- they should protect the door a little. It's super easy to lose your kids here and there is nothing from stopping them from just walking out the door. There is an aerial zip line apparatus, jousting foam pit, a few climbing challenges, regular trampolines, a jungle gym, basketball trampolines, etc... PLENTY to keep kids engaged and interested. They sell beer, all kinds of snacks, icee's and ice cream. We had 6 kids total and everyone had a good time. I also found the facility clean.

There's an outdoor deck/patio that you can sit and relax on too if you want to take a break from your workout. Although the bouldering section is relatively smaller (compared to the Portsmouth location which is entirely bouldering), there is a good variety of problems and wall angles, plus an additional smaller wall on the upper level. Price wise, I'd say it's a little steep especially if you only want to boulder (or only ropes- I wish gyms offered discounts for one type of climbing but I understand that would be difficult to track/enforce). And amenities are a little older/dated, but they do have showers, foot rinse stations etc. And a nice retail/merch section of front. For first time visitors - I know every gym has its standards/procedures, but the entire mandatory walkthrough and explanation of all classes/events offered is a bit overkill in my opinion. I think that is something that should be announced/posted on flyers and elaborated on in person on a case-by-case basis. All in all though, I do enjoy this facility and try to make it out at least once during my annual beach vacation in Maine. @azfitfoodfun

There was music playing as we walked up and people milling about before heading in. Check in was super easy, a map given to navigate the building and a stamp card to make stops at stations on each floor. Bars on every floor but specialty drinks is available only on the first floor. Acquired two beverages and we were off and running. First stop was buffet with an assortment of snacks including nacho bar, fresh fruit and vegetables table, and hot apps. The lighting here was BLINDING, only down point of whole experience and not worth lowering the rating. Next stop was Photo Booth as well as others asking for pictures with Big foot :) Went to second floor and found the candy bar and got our first stamp. Back down to first floor for another drink and to get our seats for the drag show. The theater filled up quickly and at the end was standing room only. The show started with high energy and happiness. Sadly, I did not use the facilities prior to sitting down so we had to leave early. Which was fine as it allowed someone standing to have a seat. Back to second floor as the water room! What a FUN time we had and thankful we didn't get soaked. Up to the third floor with DJ pretzels and meat pies for snacks. More interactive exhibits were masked making, critter in the dark finding, outdoor play set and more! Met up with a fellow Yelper who was also having an amazing time. A pretzel and some dancing to end our night at the museum. Got all of our stamps and were rewarded with our choose of two prizes. Entered a few raffles to help support the museum as well. Will definitely join in again in the future. Thank you for having us
