Last encounter was maybe a month or two back, went in to look for another kind of fish and plants, and was met by a worker who seemed pretty uninterested in being there/helping me. The new owner is ridiculously unprofessional. I can no longer feel that my children are safe there, physically or emotionally. I still think there are some great coaches at the facility, but the rude, condescending, over-emotional emails sent out have been atrocious. Follow that up with an even less professional phone call from the owner, and cap it off with my 4-year-old needing two bandaids and an ice pack at her last parents night out and not a word about it being said to me? We're done with the place. I have gone from being a staunch supporter of the business, actively advocating it to all of my acquaintances, to pulling all my business and my support from the place.
