You are definitely barking up the right tree if you bring your furry friends to this dog park!!…read moreIt's super "pup"ular place for dog lovers! Today it was packed! I have a Goldendoodle Grand-puppy, Hampton, who loves romping around this grassy enclosed park. For safety and convenience, they have two separate fenced sections, one for big dogs and one for small dogs. Be sure to take note of the posted rules. There's a water station to refresh your pets after they are done frolicking and socializing with their playmates! Today there was a dog festival and people with their pooches came from all over town! There were several tables set up selling dog treats, handmade dog toys, t-shirts, baked goods and more. This, of course, made the barking lot crowded! They could definitely expand the parking! In the summer, pools are filled so your pups can cool off with a swim. For pooch lovers, this is a hound haven... but for me it was a bit too mutt-ch. I did, however, run into several friends who had their loyal canines with them so I had fun being the pup-arazzi! The rest of the park was full of families enjoying the other amenities at this park like the playground and picnic areas. The facilities were well maintained. Tails are wagging at this paw-some dog park where "man's" best friend can raise the woof! If your nose isn't used to doggie smells, it may be a little ruff! By the way, if you get directions from Yelp, it may lead you to a dead end near a gas station. Just stay on Pump Road and it's just by Broad St.

It's for ages 0-5 which is perfect and you make your reservation online. $20 for 2 hours of play and $10 for the second kid. Grippy socks are needed. Everything is safe and clean which I loved. It was quite with a great Disney playlist playing in the background. The bathrooms were squeaky clean and there were white crocs by the bathrooms so you didn't go in with just socks on. You can bring snacks and drinks for your little one and sit in the front waiting area with it. For parents with big kids that don't need as much assistance the sitting area upfront is so nice. There were also couches in the back infront of the ballpit that has phone chargers ready for you. The staff was super nice and clean up in between each session. Will def be returning this summer.

Get them involved in cooking young so they can help in the kitchen later. Anyhow they made cinnamon and sugar dog shaped bones (for ppl not made for dogs). They gathered flour in a cup. Idk u gwt a huge cupful thats overflowing and to tap it three times to get air pockets out and then go across it with a knife or something similar to get rid of extra flour and get a nice evening cup of flour. They loved that and my 4 year old ended up with flour all over her pants. SHE REALLY GOT INTO IT. LOL. Then to complete the dog biscuits they rolled dough, pressed the dog shaped biscuit cookie cutter into the dough and added a few swipes of butter to coat it and added a pinch of cinnamon and sugar and since its just a,short class, they let them try samples of them they had already baked. Next station was strawberries with mascapone icing. They used a straw to push out the stem and then cut it in half and added icing. Oh man think that was the favorite station for all three of my kiddos. My 4 year old was like, "mmmm." Hehe. The other two kids inhaled it without much talking which means it was agreeable to their sometimes fussy pallets. You know how kids are if ur a parent or nanny. FUSSY. LOL. NEXT and final station was biscuit/croissant making. It was equivalent to making Pillsbury dough biscuits but way cooler. They told them ingredients used to make dough, played with flour and made a cup of flour again as before, rolled out dough again, rolled into a small crossaint, buttered it and added spices to it. If there has been time to make it they would have done something for 8 mins I think. Idk what temperature tho. They tried yet another sample. Seriously I can't rave about this place enough. Staff was amazing. The bakers/employees hired are professional to be on TV, super helpful and FUN. They have cooking classes for like $30/kid or $99 for monthly classes I think she said. Not sure of exactly details but that's what I gathered. Take your kids there, you won't regret it and your kids will love it!!!!

You can easily spend the entire day, and it won't break the bank, plus it has the advantage that you know exactly how much you'll spend on advance. However, it is very annoying to get started if you fail to realize that all adults in the party must do a waiver. Please be sure to do it online first. Even then, however, sometimes it isn't easy for them to find it. I love the tons of options--giant slides that actually go super fast, tons of crawling and climbing, and even spinning options, and even a nice giant Lego area with tons of Legos for multiple kids to do massive builds at once. A cool, smaller scooter slide on metal rollers, and even an Astro turf grassy area with a soft soccer ball. You have pretty good visibility inside the play areas from the outside, besides you'd have to walk over to the lego.area in the back. There are tons of tables, and plenty of clean bathrooms. I've never had an issue, but I imagine lockers fill up on weekends, but they're free, as they should be. Saturday's are a zoo because of large groups for parties, but weekdays are very nice. Pros: One flat price for child and two adults to come and go all day Great food options very nearby Tons of options for fun included in price Excellent place for kids who love climbing, soccer, or Legos (giant Lego area on bottom level Separate little kid only area with ball pit for families with kids in multiple developmental stages. Cons: Terrible for birthdays due to no outside food (including cakes) policy and no real food options beyond small snacks Always issues with lockers for personal item storage Apathetic staff (though still helpful) Almost no food options, which could be a huge plus, if they allowed outside food, but they don't. Not everything is included, but so much is that it's not a huge deal. The cars look like they'd be included but arent The no shoes bathroom policy is disgusting, but I believe it recently changed. No membership option, but fair prices that are manageable even without one.

A really neat place, especially on a hot summer day…read more Well, this was our first visit to Kids Empire. However, my 5 and 3-year-old grandsons were pros. They played here earlier in the year with their parents. Today was a blazing hot day, and we wanted to have a nice day with the boys, so we chose to come here. The place is really neat. Large jungle gym type thing that kept my boys running for a full two hours. I mean running nearly nonstop. Now I will say parents/guardians need to watch their rug rats. On this contraption, there are a couple of areas where a kid could get hurt. But you kinda have to know your kid and have the ability to say "Don't you dare." But overall a safe playtime. As for the location: one small challenge is that the door and the counter are close. Which means it can be tight in that area as folks pay, take off their shoes, sign their waivers, and attempt to wrangle their herd. They give you containers for shoes and there are a few combination lockers available. No charge. There are tons of tables and chairs and I saw several birthday parties going on. There is some food offering here but not a meal. I don't think I'd plan on eating lunch here. There are plenty of sugar boost items though, candy and ice cream. Prices weren't that bad. Now not really the fault of the management but some kids are nuts (lol) and sadly some caregivers are not watching their borderline feral children. So again watch yours. With this said, I was shocked not to see staff (like a lifeguard at the beach) attempting to watch over the place. The location seemed clean, despite the 150 kids running around. So again: nice indoor play place, not many decent food options(no outside food allowed), watch your kids, and have a great time. I'm confident we will be back.

At every occasion my kids have left happy and thrilled by the adventure they have had. Compared to competitors Urban Air ranks high on my list. Here is what we love: - Play Space: there is literally something for everyone. Trampolines, dodge ball, ropes course and laser tag! -seating: there is plenty of places for parents to sit while the kids get the zoomies out. They even have comfy massage chairs (at a cost) -cleanliness: this facility is very clean and well maintained! What I disliked - The noise: it is LOUD! I highly recommend noise cancelling headphones for anyone that is sensitive to sound. My ears physically hurt when I'm here so I always have headphones! -the check in process: it's cashless and done via kiosks. Regardless of the amount of times I've been here the kiosk never remembers my info and I always have to re enter it. -jump socks: you must have Urban Air socks to jump here! No exceptions. They will only honor socks with their branded logo. If you don't have them you have to buy them.

This is new to the area. I saw ads on meta for months promoting Urban Air…read more It was super crowded. I think that's mainly because it's new and it's spring break. Lines were all very long. I stood on the line for close to 20 minutes when I finally get up there, the cashier says I need to complete the waiver. I did have the waiver done before I arrived, but on their end my children's names didn't populate so the cashier says I need to stand on a different (long) line, complete the waiver again then get back on another long line to return to get to get wrist bands and socks. I expressed I didn't want to get back on the long line after standing there already. She looked at me with attitude and didn't even acknowledge what I was saying. This is when I'd normally leave a business but my kids were eager to participate. So I went on both long lines again just for admissions. Once inside tables were very dirty if empty. I went to the concession stand asked for spray to clean myself. The staff told me I needed to wait because he was making orders. I waited then I finally saw a janitor staff. He was actually very kind and helped me right away. (That's why I'm giving an extra star). Later my kids wanted to play the arcade games. I didn't realize the kiosk was on the arcade floor but I asked 4 different staff members where I can purchase the arcade card. None of them knew. They finally asked a supervisor and he directed me. Pros: spacious, they can host parties, food on site, zip line, different experience than most activity spaces in the area, custom packages with tier leveled access Cons: price not worth experience, socks which are mandatory are an extra expense, staff not well trained yet I think they will probably improve once they're established a bit longer, but for now it seems like they weren't prepared to open despite there being so many employees. I'll try again and I'll update my review.
