At every occasion my kids have left happy and thrilled by the adventure they have had. Compared to competitors Urban Air ranks high on my list. Here is what we love: - Play Space: there is literally something for everyone. Trampolines, dodge ball, ropes course and laser tag! -seating: there is plenty of places for parents to sit while the kids get the zoomies out. They even have comfy massage chairs (at a cost) -cleanliness: this facility is very clean and well maintained! What I disliked - The noise: it is LOUD! I highly recommend noise cancelling headphones for anyone that is sensitive to sound. My ears physically hurt when I'm here so I always have headphones! -the check in process: it's cashless and done via kiosks. Regardless of the amount of times I've been here the kiosk never remembers my info and I always have to re enter it. -jump socks: you must have Urban Air socks to jump here! No exceptions. They will only honor socks with their branded logo. If you don't have them you have to buy them.

I stood on the line for close to 20 minutes when I finally get up there, the cashier says I need to complete the waiver. I did have the waiver done before I arrived, but on their end my children's names didn't populate so the cashier says I need to stand on a different (long) line, complete the waiver again then get back on another long line to return to get to get wrist bands and socks. I expressed I didn't want to get back on the long line after standing there already. She looked at me with attitude and didn't even acknowledge what I was saying. This is when I'd normally leave a business but my kids were eager to participate. So I went on both long lines again just for admissions. Once inside tables were very dirty if empty. I went to the concession stand asked for spray to clean myself. The staff told me I needed to wait because he was making orders. I waited then I finally saw a janitor staff. He was actually very kind and helped me right away. (That's why I'm giving an extra star). Later my kids wanted to play the arcade games. I didn't realize the kiosk was on the arcade floor but I asked 4 different staff members where I can purchase the arcade card. None of them knew. They finally asked a supervisor and he directed me. Pros: spacious, they can host parties, food on site, zip line, different experience than most activity spaces in the area, custom packages with tier leveled access Cons: price not worth experience, socks which are mandatory are an extra expense, staff not well trained yet I think they will probably improve once they're established a bit longer, but for now it seems like they weren't prepared to open despite there being so many employees. I'll try again and I'll update my review.

As you walk in, security pats everyone down to make sure everything is safe, and the process was smooth and professional. When you first walk up, you'll notice the huge bowling alley on the left side. They also have mini golf, an arcade, karaoke, pool tables, another bar area, and even a DJ playing music, which really helps create a fun atmosphere. There's honestly a lot to do here for groups, couples, or just a night out with friends. The atmosphere was definitely a vibe. The entire place felt very safe, clean, and well maintained. The staff was amazing and very friendly, welcoming, helpful, and sweet throughout the night. We didn't get to try every attraction besides bowling. Unfortunately, I'm personally not the biggest fan of string bowling, but it was still a fun experience overall. For food, we had a smash burger and fries. The burger was really good and tender, and the fries were great too. The drinks were surprisingly very cheap, which was honestly amazing considering how much entertainment they offer. Overall, we really don't have any complaints. There's a lot to do, the environment is fun and friendly, and it's definitely a dope spot to check out in Richmond. We give it 4 out of 5 stars

If you aren't a hardcore ride enthusiast, the adult entertainment is pretty much limited to finding a nice spot to grab a drink. For adults who don't like coasters, early season is a total miss. They are incredibly cool, packed with big thrills, and 100% kid-approved. Arrive early! If you don't want to suffer in massive lines for the main attractions, you've got to be fast on your feet. Get to the park ahead of the crowds so you can sprint to the best rides first. While the lack of shows was disappointing, the park totally redeemed itself with pure, unadulterated nostalgia. My former pre-teen self was absolutely losing it because I got to meet Franklin--and had a chance to strike a pose, with Linus, Lucy, and hung out on the bench with Snoopy and Woodstock. These moments completely made the trip. As they say, "Happiness is anyone and anything at all that's loved by you." Go early in the day, hit the big tracks, and don't miss a photo op with the classic Peanuts crew!

These kind of log rides no matter what name they are give are always fun and enjoyable   most people who don't like rollercoasters would enjoy these kinds of rides. As a kid on two separate occasions I found a toys of some sort that someone else dropped or forgotten in the boat.  I don't remember what the second toy was, but the first item I found on this ride was a switchblade knife made of plastic. I picked it up and cleaned it up with some napkins I had. I did a more thorough cleaning later on that day. I even found money in the boat too. It wasn't much, but $5 to $10 bucks was a lit to a kid back then. This ride is not a high level thrill ride. It is a laid back ride with two hills in it. One in the beginning to start the motion without the ocean. The second hill is at the end after the bend.  The rest of the trip is past a house, through the woods without grandma's house we go.   There is little to no chance of getting some water on you...except your backside when sit down in the boat. This ride us located in the woods just like my favorite rollercoaster  named The Grizzle...oh, for the record, it's not truly hidden in the woods anymore, but I will explain this later on. Shenandoah Log Flume  is a softcore ride for children who are becoming teens and teens who are becoming adults. Needless to say, this ride can help break you in... of course, I have seen people abandon ship at the top of the second hill. I have done it once just to see where the staff members go, when it's time for the changing of the guards. I had to abandon ship when the ride malfunctioned too. This was a disappointment, because I like this ride.  Shenandoah Log Flume is not the longest log ride I have been on, but is still fun. Splash Mountain (At Walt Disney World), Saw Mill Log Flume(At Six Flags Great Adventure), Dudley Do-Right's Ripsaw Falls (At Universal Studios) and Coal Cracker (At Hershey Park) are four fantastic log rides. There are other log rides out there, but you get the point.   A lady I know..wait,...no,....woman I know named Jasmine would have a blast on these rides. Why, because they are relaxing and the water rides are scenic.  Lady Jasmine of Canada would appreciate it. I look forwards to riding another one of these fantastic rides.

They had commentary life jackets but only one in adult size which was weird but it worked since only one person in our party wanted one. You don't really need a life packet since most rides have water going up to only about 3 feet My favorite ride was the last river. We spent a long time on our tubes in the lazy river. I also loved all the water slides and was amazed by the availability of 3 person tubes which made us super fun for our party of 3 to ride together. They also have surf lessons included which I wanted to try but they closed the water park 2 hours early with no disclosure of reasons. The hot tubs were great too The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because the tickets cost $63 whether it's only for the indoor park or for the indoor and outdoor park admission. Wasn't the kids fault though. As far as rules go: they don't check bags, I watched many patrons with food and drinks not from the facility (including alcoholic), kids in the adult hot tub BUT the lifeguards did great and honestly it was still a good time, just not 50 dollars a person good. A Day That Defied Reality: Our Elite VIP Tour at Busch Gardens Williamsburg…read moreThe Beginning: Already Impressed Before We Even Entered Let me start by saying this: I've been to theme parks countless times throughout my life. I thought I knew what to expect. I was wrong. Wonderfully, spectacularly wrong. Our day began at 10:15 AM when we arrived at Busch Gardens Williamsburg for our 11:30 AM Elite VIP Tour. Meeting Tyler: The Man, The Myth, The Legend I can confidently say that Tyler alone would have made this experience worth every penny. His energy, knowledge, and genuine enthusiasm set the tone for what would become one of the most memorable days our family has ever shared. The First Hour: Three Hours Saved. Yes, You Read That Right. Within the first hour, our group of four had ridden the top four roller coasters at Busch Gardens. Let that sink in. Four coasters. Sixty minutes. For context, on a typical busy day at the park, the wait times for these attractions can easily exceed 45-90 minutes each. Based on the posted wait times we saw at each ride, Tyler saved us approximately three hours of standing in lines - just in that first hour alone. This wasn't just VIP treatment; this was time-travel. The "Snacks" Revelation: A Glorious Understatement Tyler explained that "snacks" meant anything any of us wanted, anytime, all day long. Waters? Check. Energy drinks? Check. Icees, churros, soft pretzels? All of it. Throughout our eight-hour tour, our group sampled pretty much every food option the park had to offer. The funnel cakes with ice cream and toppings were a particular favorite. The various cakes, cupcakes, cheesecake, cookies - I'm getting hungry just thinking about it. Tyler took care of everything with a simple tap of his card, never once making us feel like we were imposing or asking for too much. The Moment Everything Changed "This tour lets you ride any ride, without waiting, in any seat you want, as many times as you want." This wasn't just a theme park visit. This was a day where the normal rules didn't apply. A day where "I don't want to wait 90 minutes for that ride" simply wasn't in our vocabulary. Rides, Rides, and More Rides We rode everything. The coaster behind-the-scenes experience gave us an incredible up-close look at the inner workings of these engineering marvels. Feeding the Beast: Two Meals, Zero Complaints Our VIP tour included two full meals, and Tyler made sure we experienced the best the park had to offer. Lunch was at Das Festhaus, and at 6:30 PM took us to Trapper's Smokehouse, where the aroma of smoked meats had been tempting us all day. It did not disappoint. The Verdict: Eight Hours of Perfection Here's what truly made this experience exceptional: Tyler. Yes, the VIP perks are incredible. Yes, skipping lines changes everything. Yes, the all-inclusive food and drinks feel almost too good to be true. But a VIP tour is only as good as the guide who leads it, and Tyler was nothing short of outstanding. His knowledge of the park, his ability to read our group and adjust on the fly, his genuine care that we were having the best possible time - that's what transformed this from a great day into an unforgettable one. This tour was planned as part of a grand send-off for Ben and Jakub, who will be returning to Europe in June after their time with us. They came to America expecting a typical theme park experience. Instead, they got a day where magic was real, lines didn't exist, and every wish was granted before they even knew they had it. Would I Do It Again? In a heartbeat. Without hesitation. This wasn't just a theme park visit. This was an experience that redefined what a family day out can be. For anyone considering the Elite VIP Tour at Busch Gardens Williamsburg, here's my advice: Do it. Not "think about it." Not "maybe someday." Just do it. The Numbers Don't Lie Time saved in lines: Likely 6+ hours over the course of the day Rides experienced: Every operational coaster and major attraction Meals enjoyed: 2 full sit-down meals plus unlimited snacks and drinks Special experiences: 2 (Coaster behind-the-scenes + Animal Encounter) Professional photos: 33 captured memories included Memories made: Priceless Final Thoughts Busch Gardens Williamsburg's Elite VIP Tour is, quite simply, the gold standard for theme park experiences. From the moment we parked 100 feet from the entrance to the moment we left after eight hours of pure joy, everything was handled. Every need anticipated. Every wish granted. To Kate and the VIP Tours team who handled our booking and answered our questions with patience and professionalism - thank you. To Tyler - you're the real MVP. You took what could have been a fun day and turned it into something our family will talk about for years. Your passion for what you do shows, and we're grateful we got to experience it. And to anyone reading this review, wondering if the Elite VIP Tour is worth it: It's worth it. Every single penny.

Also what sucked about a lot of of the games is that, let's say it's a racing game, and you came in first place, your game is over. You don't even get to play anymore. You have to PAY more.
