I used to have a dvd collection of over 500 dvds until someone sold them without my permission but this place could help me build it back up to its former glory. I chose to write this in February, the month of love, because I love dvds and anyone who loves me knows how excited I get when I recieve a new movie or tv series. I would literally be in heaven if someone bought be a boat load of movies here for Valentines day, or really any day. Their selection of comics is colossal, the main reason we come back. Their game selection is also phenomenal and they even have a "game cage" for table top games to happen in store. Kids also have game and comic options as well as stuffed animals that are great for all ages. Staff is friendly, greeting us as we entered and various employees asking if we needed help with anything during our visit. We got what we wanted and continued our adventure. I'm glad we make FanFare a regular Kalamazoo stop and am already looking forward to coming back.

Early this year in summer, we wanted to have our kid's birthday party at a place where not just kids but even adults have fun and are involved. And with Bricks and Minifigs we hit jackpot. Allison was super nice throughout the process, helped us work through some questions that we had. She ensured that she personally made us feel comfortable and met all the stuff we needed. She is very creative and made the birthday party cater such a memorable experience!! They have a private party room and they had 2 birthday planners with us throughout the event, right from the time we entered till we left. The make kids play super fun car race games, and they had a Lego building competition which adults were more involved in than kids. It was amazing to see that! All kids got very cute party favours by building their own Lego Minifigures!! They have a tie up with Schultz bakery and had an adorable Lego cake and Lego cake pops!! I would like to solve this amicably but will pursue this legally if Karlina doesn't give me a written apology to me for lying to her boss.Jennifer you need to look at the camera.I just set my items I was going to purchase on the counter and asked Karlina if she was wearing any fragrance.She said she was.The child I was purchasing them for goes into anaphylaxis around fragrances.I said I would put them in the bags myself without her touching them.I realized that would not work.So I thought it best to leave.When I got home I called the store to ask her name .,she hung up on me.She then called me and harassed me and asked my name.End of story.Look at your security cameras.

I've had satisfactory experiences here bringing in items for them to buy. Most of the time I don't get the cash I was hoping for, but I also know I am paying for the convenience of them paying me on the spot. As for the selection of merchandise, this is my favorite place to buy children's books. I could spend hours and hours looking through their extensive collection. Most books are $1.50 apiece, and they often are on sale. Typically I get rid of stuff we no longer need for a huge stack of books costing nothing out of pocket. And that's gold.
