He wouldn't have told me that he would not address the parents because they were a tight knit group. When I told him we were ending our membership he was matter of fact and cold. No one called to check in on how Hendrix was. Now they still haven't done that! They saw my honest review and instead of making amends and apologizing, they insulted me and became defensive. This is the type of business these people run. I truly hope they make positive reform to create a safe space for children and parents to speak up for their children.
