I placed a pre-order for 7 MTG boxes with this store in Aug 2020 (2 years ago approx)…read more They got back to me a month or two later and claimed the items were "lost" and offered a replacement of a different product. A similar box, we begrudgingly accepted this swap in items given they were trying to make it right. Then RE the new items: delivery date after delivery date was missed. Over a period of 2 YEARS, 10 dates came and went where it kept getting pushed back and pushed back on delivery. I had over 20 emails ignored in the period from Aug 2020 to January 2022. The longer the company defaulted on providing the items the more disdain they seemed to have towards us he customer in answering basic emails or caring in anyway they couldn't deliver. This was for an order of cardboard of $1260+ They never came to a fair resolution. Games Cube couldn't even be bothered to contact me RE: refunding. Money was sent to an old account I had in 2020 and I had to chase it down over 6 months with them not helping one bit. 10-15 of my own hours were wasted in phone calls/emails to fix issues with this non-order. Despite ALL this being their fault and inability to deliver. By the way all other stores had these boxes instock 15+ units etc. This was a widely available item in every other store in Aus. We were scammed, and they held out money as a free loan over 2 years then treated us like garbage and couldn't be bothered to reply. We are 99% sure due to the rising price in boxes they just cancelled most of the order. I've got over 10 years experience ordering from MTG stores for my game group of 7+ people. Never in those 10 years has a company so blatantly and so awfully treated me horrible than the Games cube. It was surprising given I had a history of some orders with them, but alas buyer beware they if something goes wrong they blame the customer and start to treat you awfully. It's bizare and they lack any care for what happened with this order. This is the only business in 10 years I have had to report to WPN (Wizards of coast) & the ACCC and Sydney Fair Trade commission. They have the full details of the scam they pulled on us. The most awful service of anywhere I've bought something from in my adult life. Very pathetic. BUYER BEWARE. They had years to reply to me. Never did they lift a finger to try and make things right for a $1000+ order.

Just White - But no, totally racist rag dolls next to strange monkeys. I grabbed my son and got the fuck out of this place.

An awesome dream factory where the past is created in the present. Toys for, not only for boys…read more Just White Toy Shop on the top level of the QVB in Sydney is a mountain of great quality toys not just for kids either. It's a crowded carnival of boxes, sounds and ambient memories from toys come to life. Many of you may not even recall how amazing recreated wind up robots, cars, tanks, people can take you back to a place where only your memories are. It's a tight fitting space and if it gets crowded, which it does you have to be careful not to knock toys of their shelves (not knock off as in steal people). There is something here for every occasion. My boys love just exploring the shelves and screaming in excitement whenever they discover some item of curiosity. Look I'm a big fan of branded products and enjoy watching my lovely boys interact between the movies, books, and activities of branded merchandise, however at Just White Toy Shop it's the freedom from branding (well mass branding as Just White offers quality branded products we don't buy as often as we might otherwise. There is a fantastic range of boys and girls toys but it's the expanded diversity of non gender specific toys that makes the store even more of a jewel. Prices for the hundreds of awesome toys cover all budgets and there are some lovely well made products that when you're looking for a present for one of your children or a children's friend will always bring total surprise. Games, books, wind up robots, cars, characters and tanks, creativity sets, soft toys, collectibles, jigsaw puzzles, problem solving toys, nota computer game in sight. Though I may be wrong in that statement because when I go to Just White Toy Shop it never occurs to me to look for computer games. This space is magical and worth the visit, even simply to enjoy the curiosity of your kids and yourself.

There is a bit of an old-fashioned vibe to this literally and spatially upmarket toy shop. Old fashioned wooden toys and mechanical windup robots, golliwogs. Hang on a sec, golliwogs? Really? Since when did they resit the PC exam and pass? If you're shopping for toys in the QVB you've obviously got a few coins to spare, so we're talking pricey here too. And I have to wonder, a lot of the toys seem more aimed at nostalgic adults than kids of today. French flash cards? Hmm... Even the dollshouse furniture is Swedish and uber-designed. The staff seemed friendly enough, but eyed me carefully. Or maybe it was just all the dolls. I hate dolls. Beady, beady eyes...

Just White - The name of the store which sounded racist but so on the nose I thought, surely not.
