My first run in here; we stopped by to pick up a copy of Dirt 3 for PS3. After purchase, looking over the receipt we noticed we were charged $39.99. Brought it up with the associate and then the manager that was standing nearby and they wouldn't honor the listed price. I can understand that mis-marked items can happen but this shit happens at their stores ALL the time. They offer one type of products; games and everything related to it. These stores are holding a limited quantity of stock so I assume with three employees on most shifts, they should be able to check every item and make sure the label is correct right? For this purchase, we decided to return our other purchases as well and go to Best buy and purchase everything new. Spent a few bucks more but it's the principle.
