Neither of those companies saw my issue as a priority and were in no hurry to come out. They wanted me to wait about 2 weeks. I went on Yelp and saw this company, Family First Pest Solutions. The name immediately drew me in because I'd much rather support a family business as opposed to a huge chain. They didn't have many reviews, but the reviews they did have were amazing. I requested a quote on Yelp and got an answer within 20 mins with a list of different pricing options. Wow. Most companies like to beat around the bush or give you a huge estimate range. These people were to the point. I called and Linda immediately answered the phone. She was so sweet and said she would try to get us in today. (This was about 2pm and most businesses close at 5pm. I was very hopeful and appreciated them trying to get us taken care of.) Sure enough, her husband, the technician, texted me an estimated window of arrival. He gave me an ETA about 20 mins before showing up and arrived exactly when he said he would. He identified the problem immediately and explained how he was going to get rid of the wasps. He did his job quickly and let me know that the work was guaranteed for 60 days. Just like he said, within 2 days the wasps are completely gone. The professionalism, kindness, communication, and willingness to help us has made an impact. We will for sure be calling them in the future if we need anything. Their prices are fair as well, including the monthly maintenance packages. They blow the big chain company that starts with a "D" out of the water for sure. If you have any kind of pest issues, definitely give them a call. I promise you they will treat you better than the big guys will. We will recommend them any chance we get.

So my child ended up bringing bed bugs into our house from a friends house. I have never had bed…read morebugs before in my life! So i looked into treatments and it says the heat treatment is the best but the most expensive. It cost me 4600 to get this done. Terminix first off highers out to another company to do the treatment. When the person came out to do the treat ment they did it for 3 hours heating the house to 150 degrees 3 to 4 house later I came back home first thing I see is a bed bugs still alive. So 1500 an hour to see basically no results so I had to get them back out here. But let's go to why I'm really complaining first off the company doesn't respond to anything Mike smith the manager he shouldn't be in that position he talks to people in a way you shouldn't being im a business he's rude. No one can give you times and they don't care took me forever to get them to come back out to redo the treatment. Which didn't work again. I ended up steaming all the carpet and cleaning and washing everything myself so I just threw 4600 down the drain. They are a waist of time and money I wouldn't use these guys ever again. The reason for 1 star is that a grand total of about 2 hours between both guys was 2 hours. Allegedly, a few traps were set (they wanted to do glue traps, which I declined as they should be illegal) in the crawl space and attic and steel wool jammed into various tiny crevices and holes. I am not even sure traps were set actually. All of this for a whopping $2013.43. Had I known that is all that was going to happen was steel wool stuffed in crevices and the offer of glue traps was all that this absurd cost entailed, I would have paid the handyman to do the same thing for a fraction of the cost. Don't waste your money!!! SCAM!!!

A week later they wasps bored into the walls and were everywhere. He came back and sprayed and "sealed" and fixed the hole. They came back again. He said it must be somewhere else. Then this week 3 weeks later in the same spot a hole appeared with more wasps coming out. $600 later and nothing was fixed.
