My weekend trip to Vegas with JusCollege was THE BEST EVER!!…read more Before going on the trip, all information regarding check-in, itinerary, travel help, and more guidance was sent which was super helpful to refer to before going. Check-in was super smooth and easy, and once they give you your wristbands, you are set. The wristbands gave us access to some of the top dayclubs and nightclubs in Vegas every single day (sometimes even 2+ options in one day) and they included open bar with some of the top artists around the world. Everything was already planned out so we didn't have to plan a thing, but we also didn't have to stick to the itinerary if we wanted to do our own thing, which was nice. We stayed at The Strat, which was a convenient and solid hotel option. If an issue ever came up, I was able to reach someone from JusCollege right away. They were super responsive and immediately made sure everything was handled so my trip stayed on track. That kind of support made me feel taken care of the whole time. On top of that, I felt safe the entire trip being surrounded by so many other college students who were all there for the same experience. The vibes were UNMATCHED. SO much fun, so much energy, and nonstop memories. If you're considering going, DO IT. I couldn't recommend it more. JusCollege makes the entire process stress-free and fun, and you'll come back with one of the most unforgettable weekends of your college years!!

Honestly biggest waste of time and money. Juscollege is a fucking scam. Firstly they tell you the…read moretrip is 600 but dont be fooled you will end up paying around 1000 overall (NOT INCLUDED THE PLANE TICKET). They will smack you with all kinda of bullshit fees. Like I could get one extra person im my room, so me and my friend had to pay and extra 300 each cause we didn't have an extra person. The fucking up thing is they could have just moved us to a room for only two people but no they had to make their money. Also have fun going to the worst clubs in the country. Extremely overpriced and boring asf. For two beers it was like 30 dollars. I COULD BUY 12 BEERS FOR THAT. The music sucks, worst dj's ive heard. Also the hotel will make you pay and extra 300 for resort fees and some bullshit deposit. Honestly you'll have a better time walking around the strip and doing doing things on your own rather than going to any of the bullshit that you pay for in this trip. One of the worst trips ive taken in my life, never going again. Don't get me wrong id love to come back to Vegas but never through juscollege ever again.

Monica was fantastic. She booked my wife and I'd first trip to Vegas for our 10 year anniversary…read more She contacted me to check on me prior to make Sure I had everything I needed. We had just one hiccup that wasn't her fault, the travel from the air port, they required the document and I didn't print it, so she hurried to email it to me again. Throughout the weekend she texted to check in and offer any help if we had questions. I would highly recommend her for any travel needs. The sweetest lady, very helpful. Joe Franks

Our anniversary trip to England/Scotland was okay, but it would have been great if Travel by Monica…read morehad been more thorough. First, the good items. Travel by Monica arranged for us to have private guides to popular sites, which was fabulous. It most definitely was the highlight of the trip. Second, Travel by Monica arranged for us to have private transfers between locations. Four of Five of these trips were great; the drivers were very courteous and safe. However, one was not, and several times during this trip, we thought he was going to get us killed. However, our main issue with Travel by Monica was the Hotels they selected. Since this was for our anniversary, we expected that Travel by Monica would have reviewed these locations and chosen wisely. However, only two of the five locations were satisfactory; two fell below our expectations, being cramped and needing repairs. Finally, there was one that was a complete disappointment. I have closets in my home that are larger than the room Travel by Monica booked us into. It was unsafe, had visible electrical issues, and badly needed wallpaper, bathroom, and ceiling repairs. We considered changing to somewhere else, but we could not because all our transfers were prearranged at that location. Every time we raised an issue to Travel by Monica during the trip, they had an excuse or blamed us. This was not good customer service. Because of Travel by Monica's, poor customer service, lack of attention to detail, and subpar thoroughness, I cannot recommend Travel by Monica to other travelers.

I provided her with all the information she needed. She was leaving for vacation and said she would get back to me upon her return. That was months ago. Never got back to me at all. This was the identical experience I had with her several years previously. If nothing else, she's consistent! Simply awful customer service! Destination Travel is the worst! In my experience they don't qualify to be a Virtuoso Travel Agency!!

RE: Agent, Wanda Pedersen…read more My boyfriend and I had the pleasure of meeting with Wanda Peterson to arrange our first trip to London. She always made herself available to answer any questions and make the trip smooth and memorable. Another nice touch, she had a letter waiting for us when we arrived at the hotel, wishing us a nice trip. We encountered problems with the transportation agency on the return flight and sent Wanda an e-mail. She immediately jumped into action and stayed on the issue until it was resolved. We have now booked our second trip through her and, as before, she is thorough and she works hard to make the arrangements and get the best deal possible I know with her on our team, we'll have another great trip. The hotels were excellent, all private transfers were perfectly coordinated (airport, hotels, trains, etc.), and we never once felt stressed or unsure about logistics. What really stood out was how organized everything was. Our itinerary was extremely clear, easy to access, and thoughtfully planned, which made traveling with a young child so much easier. Every detail was handled, and the entire trip felt effortless on our end. If you're looking for a travel agent who is professional, detail-oriented, and truly makes the experience smooth and enjoyable, Shay is the one. Shay planned every detail and helped make this a dream come true for us. She arranged everything from flights, hotels and private transfers to and from everything. She planned all of our tours as well. We met with her and gave her our budget and our preferences and she made everything so seamless and exactly what we wanted. Not only did she go above and beyond with the planning process to make everything smooth and seamless, but when the software glitch that occurred in July 2024, grounded more than 2000 flights, and caused us to have multiple flight cancellations at the start of our trip, she was amazing and spent hours on the phone with us, and her supplier rearranging our hotel stays, transfers and tours multiple times to help us when our trip ended up getting shifted 2 days later. She was up early in the morning and late at night keeping us updated with flight changes and accommodation changes. It was a very stressful situation and without Shay, we would not have known what to do. She stepped in and helped us figure everything out so we were still able to have an amazing trip. I can't recommend her enough! She is knowledgeable, professional, and very efficient. She responds very quickly and adds extra touches, like checking us in for our flights, so we didn't have to worry about it while on vacation. She also provided us with access to an app that had our full travel itinerary including flights, accommodations, tours and reservations all organized into one place that made it so easy for us to find all the trip details quickly and easily. It even updated every time there was a change, which made everything very organized and easy to follow. I will be booking all of my future travel with Shay's Getaways from now on!
