His driving was safe and efficient. Jay was personable, knowledgeable and very helpful. I'm an older woman, and forgot my walking sticks. Jay helped me to balance in some of the trickier areas of the pathways we hiked. He also helped me with determining the best foot placement along the pathways. He was very service minded, kind and reassuring. He did not push us to try things we didn't think we should do, but he offered many options for varying levels of difficulty with terrific views as a reward for persevering. Jay brought water for our trip, and made several stops for bathroom breaks, etc. He pointed out so many interesting details that we would have missed, and took us to the most amazing sights. He took many photos of us, so we have mementos of us in the places, rather than just photos of scenery. The wine tasting was fun, and the woman was good at her job, so my wine hating husband actually ordered three bottles :D If you don't prefer to eat the subway sandwiches that are part of the trip, you can always order food at the winery. We opted for the subway sandwiches. The place was very clean, the sandwiches were properly prepared & good. The employees were very sweet as well. It was one of the best subway restaurants we've been to. Unfortunately, clouds moved in late in the day and obscured the stars, but that is something that cannot be controlled. By that time we had hiked and toured so much we were ready to leave, & weren't distressed by the early ending. Our vehicle was comfortable, in perfect working condition, and felt safe. It added a level of safety to be with someone who was expected back at a certain time & was following a determined path, so if we were somehow stranded we knew help would be on the way. He also had alternative means of communication for when we were out of cellular range. All that plus his detailed knowledge of the area made for a worry free tour. We had an interesting, fun day & my husband and I were thrilled with iTravelUSA's Death Valley Wine tasting/stargazing tour. We very much liked Jay and appreciate his time, patience, kindness and expertise. He's a very nice man, and a very good conversationalist.

From the moment we set off, it was clear that this was far more than a standard sightseeing tour--it was a thoughtfully curated experience that truly fulfilled our minds as much as it delighted our senses. John shared in-depth knowledge about the Valley of Fire's ancient rock formations, many dating back tens of thousands of years, explaining how tectonic movement, erosion, and time shaped the dramatic landscape and its vivid red, orange, and white hues. He also provided meaningful insight into the Native peoples of the region, including how petroglyphs etched into the rocks were used as a form of communication, storytelling, and cultural preservation. In addition to his expertise on the land itself, John was extremely knowledgeable about the history of Las Vegas, seamlessly connecting the Valley of Fire to the city's past--from its early days and regional development to how this ancient landscape influenced the growth of the modern Las Vegas we know today. This broader historical perspective added incredible depth and made the experience feel both educational and enriching. The tour was luxury-leaning and impeccably organized, with a comfortable vehicle, a relaxed pace, and ample time for photos and thoughtful discussion. John's passion, attentiveness, and ability to answer questions in detail made the experience feel personal rather than scripted. If you are looking for a tour that combines breathtaking scenery, cultural significance, and intellectual enrichment, Pink Jeep delivers on every level. John Ferdinand is a truly outstanding guide, and this tour is a must for anyone visiting Las Vegas who wants an experience that is both memorable and mentally fulfilling. Thank YOU John && THANK YOU Pink Jeep for one of the best experiences us locals have had!! Can't wait to book the Grand Canyon, Zion, and the Hoover Dam tours!!!!

There is a part that they say less than 1% of people who visit red rock go through, and that is the rocket off road part. Your tour guide asks if you want to go fast or slow and we chose fast lol! It was scary and fun at the same time, your car almost goes completely sideways! We felt completely safe though. The tour guide teaches you a lot of history and fun facts while you are out there and you even see part of the old Spanish trails. I've been on a lot of pink jeep tours but this was one of my favorites!

They are very well named VIP, because from the moment we stepped off the plane and into our first limo bus, the service was outstanding. Every driver they sent was punctual, friendly, and incredibly helpful, which made the whole experience completely stress-free. The rental clubs were always delivered to our hotel exactly when promised and were in immaculate condition. Everything they organised ran perfectly - there were absolutely no issues at any point during the trip. We had an incredible time in the amazing city that is Las Vegas, and the ease with which VIP Golf Las Vegas handled all of our golf logistics was a huge part of that. I will 100% be using them again on our next trip and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone planning a golf trip to Las Vegas.

I contacted VIP Golf Services through their website about renting clubs and setting up a reservation. They called back the next day and set me up - reservation at Rhodes Ranch and a set of clubs that would be delivered to my hotel. Rhodes Ranch wasn't my first choice, but I was glad the guy I worked with talked me into it. Beautiful course...though the driving range was closed which was a little frustrating since I was using rented clubs, but that wasn't their fault. I've never rented clubs before, but this was a great experience. As I said, they dropped the clubs off and picked them up from the hotel as well. They even went back through the bag, found a pair of gloves I left in the bag and came back to drop them off. Great experience for me. I definitely recommend them and would use them again if I returned to Vegas.

He was arguing with someone on the phone in front of all the passengers on the bus. Half way through the tour the AC ON THE BUS WENT OUT. When I emailed the company to tell them the issues, they responded since the tour was half over they chose not to send a replacement bus. They had to sit for 2 1/2 hours with no AC. They got back to the hotel and their clothes were drenched with sweat. My daughter had to carry our 9 year old grandson into the hotel so he could cool off. He almost passed out. They wouldn't even compensate a small amount for the issues that was the company's fault. I will never recommend this company. They get their money for tours and that's all they care about. Kathy S.

Dear Gray Line, We…read morefeel it is our responsibility to describe our experience with your Grand Canyon tour on Saturday. We hope that our feedback will give you the information you need to address some real problems and to hopefully keep future guests from an experience like ours. We are local residents of Las Vegas,  and have dreamed of seeing the Grand Canyon for many years now. We thought of driving our three children there ourselves, but felt it would be worth the $450 investment to hire a "professional" company to lead us through this important life  experience.  Boy, do we regret our decision! The following is a summary of why the tour fell far short of our expectations... 1. After spending 15 hours to meet the pickup bus at 5:30am at South Point and not return til 9:30pm, we only got to see the Grand Canyon for 1.5 hours. That's 90 minutes out of 15 hours! We felt ripped off, especially since we spent an equal amount of time at two rest stops and the bookstore cafeteria where we were invited to pay more money for an IMAX movie tour "upgrade." At least show us the informational DVD during the long, painful and boring bus ride! 2. The bus driver of our bus (#5705) would not stop talking for much of the trip. No one could understand what he was saying because of his accent and muddled speech. We wouldn't have minded so much, except that he shared almost nothing about the Grand Canyon,  the very purpose of our trip, and instead spent much of his time rambling about other things. It wasn't until the ride home that he reluctantly played an informational audio file of a knowledgeable, professional and articulate gentleman sharing interesting factoids about the places we were driving through. He said he didn't like to play it, but reluctantly did "because the company makes (him) do so." We think it's because he would rather hear himself ramble and tell us about his personal schedule,  etc. We weren't even given a map of the Grand Canyon until halfway through the day. 3. There was no itinerary given to help us have some idea of what to expect throughout the long and boring journey. Instead, the bus driver would give us muddled, verbal updates and then change them. We were told we would get three opportunities to see the Grand Canyon, but we're only given two. We were told when we paid for the trip we would be stopping for a nice breakfast.  After waiting until after 9:30am to eat anything, we stopped in Kingman for "15 minutes" and were told we could grab something quickly to go if we needed to. 4. The late, and much-too-short breakfast stop was exacerbated by the fact that we stopped at Hoover Dam for an hour on the way. Although we enjoyed Hoover Dam, and it was the only time our bus driver shared some interesting factoids about what we were seeing, we paid to see the Grand Canyon for more than 90 minutes and to have a comfortable, professional trip there and back. 5. The bathroom on the bus would not flush after the first part of the trip, and caused our entire back section of people to have to cover our noses and share hand sanitizer with each other, to rub under our noses, in an effort to drown out the smell. 6. Rather than show or play anything educational or informational about the Grand Canyon throughout the long and boring journey there, he instead attempted to play a graphic, rated R movie (Training Day) and had to turn it off after 10 minutes because there were children on board listening to the graphic content. He apologized but still found time to scold passengers over the p.a. system if they were too slow getting back on the bus during stops, and talking to us like we were his children. 7. To cap the night off, the bus driver spent 10 minutes explaining why we should tip him "at least $5" on our way out, because he had been driving for a long time and working many days in a row. This was while he also announced he would not have time to drop the passengers off at their respective hotels, but had instead made arrangements for someone to shuttle them from the South Point so he could call it a night. We doubt he got many tips, other than some guilt tips, and his South Point shuttle plan appeared to fall through.

I've had great deals before, and have learned to manage my expectations when traveling to Vegas with a group of guys. But I knew having 8 guys and no women would be a challenge getting a club without a table, and expected us to either have to wait in line or pay cover, or both. With Yolo Travel, they got us into Omnia Nightclub (with Afrojack as the DJ, mind you, and a crazy long line) - all 8 of us guys - into the staff guest list line (the shortest outside of having a table, we waited about 3 minutes tops), and none of us had to pay cover. I kept in contact with them throughout our trip, and felt like the man with all the connections the whole trip. I'm going back in 2 weeks, and their room deals beat everything that I've researched - we're getting a 2 bedroom suite for nearly a fraction of the normal cost. I HIGHLY recommend them to anybody and am still in amazement of what they can do to make a trip more awesome.
