I just returned from the 3 day NP trip with this group. It was fantastic! The guide (Cory) was wonderful -- kept us entertained and informed. She also kept us on time and organized (at least most of us...). The group was geographically diverse and a lot of fun. We quickly became friends. Each tour stop was better than the next. I was surprised by Zion -- what a beautiful place! Bryce was magnificent. Setting up camp in the dark the first night was a challenge, but we managed. The drive to Monument Valley is breathtaking on its own, but the park is out of this world! The campsite has the perfect view for sunset and sunrise (and all times in between). The stars are incredible at the high altitude, clear sky and dark surroundings. Antelope Canyon is not to be missed! I didn't do any research on it before the trip, but there are lots of pics on the net and in screensavers. The pictures don't do it justice! And what can top the Grand Canyon?? Nothing! There is no place on earth like it! We even had time for a couple extras along the way. Finally, the visit to the home of historic Rt. 66 is really fun. The food was good and we were all very hungry! Don't miss the Navaho tacos! The rest stops were well timed and provided a chance to supplement the "continental" breakfasts in advance of the adventures. I opted for camping, which was the right choice. Admittedly, it has been a while since I had been camping and was much more accustomed to having a real bed and private bath. However, I survived. Camping gives you the chance the see the views (especially at Monument Valley) and the fellowship around the campfires, like teaching fellow campers from abroad about s'mores, is worth a little hardship for an old guy like me! I'll do other tours with this group and will definitely visit all the stops of this tour again. These folks are GREAT! I highly recommend them! read more

Best Grand Canyon tour from Las Vegas with Monument Valley Bryce and Antelope Canyon Bindlestiff Tours is an amazing company offering outstanding tours with fabulous leaders. I can't say enough about this tour company. We booked direct and received an instant confirmation of the tour along with FAQ's, what to expect, what to bring etc. We received a reminder and also a weather update a few days prior to our tour which was super helpful. This company goes above and beyond. Every phone call i had with Becky in the office was fun- they are genuinely excited for you that you are going to see these beautiful parks. The parks are amazing and we had ample time in each without feeling rushed for walks and photos. We were offered a group BBQ on night one and a traditional Navajo taco meal in night two- both were delicious and the tacos authentic, even served up in a ladys Navajo home. The bus was super comfortable and the journeys interesting with commentary from our guide who also allowed for quiet time to snooze a little or to just gaze out of the window at the stunning scenery. We chose the camping option as we had seen photos of the sunrise in Monument Valley and were glad we did. The camp is literally on the rim as if you could reach out and touch the monuments. Sunrise was incredible and the tents were new, comfy and supplied with air mattresses. Antelope Canyon was out of this world as was the helicopter flight over the Grand Canyon. Highly recommend this company and we are already planning to return to take their new Bindlestiff Tours Western Canada Rocky Mountain tour next year. read more

I went on the Zion trip with these guys, and oh boy was it Fantastic! They picked me up at my hotel at 8:10am and drove us all out to Utah. Rachel was the guide and she rocked - friendly, easy to talk to, and so knowledgeable about all the places. She had a mic setup on the van and would tell us interesting info about the surroundings or history or where we're going, etc. Zion itself was incredible and TOTALLY worth the trip. I highly recommend it if you can do it. Beautiful little hikes and we saw 3 really unique waterfalls, but I think there was a lot more at the park that I just didn't get to see in a 1 day trip. Be sure to dress for a mild hike: mainly good shoes and layers for cold or hot weather. The mountains were just stunning and so CLOSE - my neck was hurting from looking up all the time by the end of the day. There is a fun tram thing at the park that takes you to all the view/trail points. Bindlestiff provided a packed sandwich for everyone, I had a turkey. Decent sandwich for being pre-made, otherwise you can get food at Zion Lodge. I got some snacks at the gift shop later in the afternoon. Anyway, it's a long drive from Vegas to Zion, but comfortable and Rachel made sure to stop and give us chances to pee. :) Wow, I can't believe I'm the first one to yelp this place. I just completed my 2nd Bindlestiff Tour and it was just as amazing as the first! This company is top notch. They are there for you from the moment you book until the sad time that the tour ends. The Bindlestiff Tours customer service team are amazing- they answer emails extremely quickly and answer all your questions before the tour so you know exactly what to expect.Both Bindlestiff Guides I have had have been great- full of knowledge, enthusiasm and are a constant source interesting facts and stories. The touring vehicles are super comfy and on both my tours brand new, the same as the gear- again top notch high quality making camping extremely comfortable. As for this tour itself, its expertly planned and executed to allow maximum time and enjoyment in the parks. We saw so much more than we expected and had tons of time to explore each park with some fabulous walks in each. Meals were great- healthy, plentiful and they cater for all kinds of diets! Amazing trip. Our tour guide was Khriss from Bindlestiff tours. Incredibly knowledgeable and very sensitive to the needs of all of the folk in our tour group. He optimized our time at all of our destinations so we felt well satisfied with our time at each site and felt we were able to see the best at each place. Khriss's stories, knowledge base and narrative made this incredibly enjoyable and so much fun, even on the long ride between sites we were totally entertained and were fully prepped for the next site. Obviously any of these sites you could easily spend more than a week hiking and exploring. With only 3 days, Khriss did such an outstanding job that I felt I truly experienced the highlights at each of these locations. There is just no way I ever could have done this on my own. I am a well seasoned traveler visiting over 40 countries and numerous places within the US as well. I have joined tours as well as explored on my own. I give my enthusiastic and overwhelming endorsement for this! You will never be able to do what they do on your own in just 3 days! They take awesome care of you!!!!! Go for it! This was one of the highlights of my visit to the US from the UK, and I did a day trip to Death Valley with Bindlestiff Tours Our driver, John, was very good and gave us lots of information. He was a safe, careful driver. We stopped at various vantage points to take photos and stopped at Death Valley Junction to have our packed lunches which were very good. I had a vegetarian sandwich and although not terribly imaginative (cheese, lettuce, tomato and cucumber), at least they had had the sense to pack the tomato and cucumber in a separate plastic bag to prevent the bread from becoming totally soggy. Death Valley is almost beyond description and the first sighting of it is definitely a WOW moment. It is, of course, extremely hot and on the day we visited, it hit 120F. You can't possibly stay outside the van long. We viewed first from Dante's Point and then visited Badwater Basin, the Devil's Golf Course and Artist's Palette. Each location was very different, all equally fascinating and giving very stark views of the raw beauty of nature. A truly remarkable place and a good company to visit it with. I recently went on a 3 day tour of some pretty spectacular National Parks with Bindlestiff Tours. Given the limited time, we managed to visit some incredible places that included Zion, Bryce, Antelope Canyon, Monument Valley and Grand Canyon. Each is so different from the other and well worth a visit (or many!) Our tour leader, Joel was an excellent guide who shared his passion for the back country, knowledge about the land, its history and people and always had quotations from literature and poetry that were relevant to the region. He played his guitar while the group sat around the campfire and shared his stories and insights about the geographical landscape, the native people and anecdotes and stories about the places we visited - things you won't find very easily (or at all) in a guide book! The van is comfortable, camp sites are great (amenities and views!) and I'd recommend all the additional activities that come with the tour. You won't regret having a meal with a Navajo family or flying over the Grand Canyon in a helicopter! read more

We are a group of 8 travelers who book a private departure of the 7 day national parks tour from Las Vegas. We worked with Becky in the office to developed and adjust our tour to suit our needs and were really happy with the process. Becky took the time to understand our group dynamic, abilities and interested and tailored the trip completely to what we needed and expected. She came up with off the wall ideas that suited our group that we would never have thought of ourselves and applied small re routes here and there to allow us to see even more of this amazing landscape. I just finished the 3 day mini National Park tour with our amazing tour guide Grecia! The entire tour was extremely organized right from the time I booked. I chose the lodging option but they also offer a slightly less expensive camping option for those that are slightly more adventurous. There was the perfect amount of "guided" and education...but also time to wander and explore a bit...and also time to decompress and rest at night...which is difficult balance to achieve on an extremely tight schedule. In 60 hours we covered 3 breathtaking national parks (Zion, Bryce Canyon, Grand Canyon), 2 amazing "bucket list" sites (Antelope Canyon, Monument Valley) and a quick stop at a historic town on Route 66 as well as Powell Lake/Dam. I took the optional helicopter ride over the Grand Canyon as well and again the contracted company was seamless, organized and professional! I cannot recommend this company enough! read more

Can't say enough enough about this company. This was the second tour I have done with Bindlestiff and I will be back to do their Yellowstone tour next year. Both times the guides have been phenomenal, entertaining, friendly, professional and helpful with outstanding area knowledge, stories and history. I camped but there was a lodging option. The camping gear was new and the tents easy to put up. We had many great nights around the campfire! And then there is the Canadian Rocky Mountain scenery- WOW. The tour is extremely well paced with activities sand highlights every day. We hiked, glacier walked, helicoptered over the Rockies and had the option to mountain bike in either Whistler or Jasper. Vancouver was also great and the guides gave us a comprehensive tour of Stanley park, Granville market and Gas town. Great city and fantastic tour all around. read more

My friend recommended this company to me as I was traveling alone but wanted to see some sights around Las Vegas. I did a 7 day tour with them called Southwest highlights which went to Zion, Bryce, Lake Powell, Monument Valley and the Grand Canyon plus I took the Death Valley optional add on day trip. The whole experience was amazing, I had already been to the Grand Canyon and enjoyed it just as much if not more the second time! The overnight stay in the Navajo Hogan in Monument Valley was definitely the highlight of this trip for me-Our guide was so interesting and the stars at night in this area blew my mind! We went on the 3 day Zion, Bryce, and Grand Canyon trip and everything was wonderful! Jennie our tour guide was very knowledgable and friendly and made sure everything ran smoothly even when the weather didn't cooperate. The tour takes you to well known places but a few you may not know about as well - which was perfect for us, having never visited the area. You don't get a lot of time at each site, more like an introduction to the area than an in depth investigation, but we really enjoyed everything the tour offered. We chose the camping route and the equipment was perfect for our needs. I would recommend you bring plenty of cash for tips and dinner options, there are plenty of places to stop at ATMs, but those fees can be pretty high so plan ahead! read more

We had a ball. Joel led us around all day & he had an interesting story for everything. Most tour guides are happy to read and repeat a little about a stop. Joel knows some of the oddest stories which made our otherwise pedestrian jaunt into a trip through the many gold and silver rushes in Nevada and Arizona. You also see the value of a man when something goes wrong. The recent time change (Nevada follows it & Arizona does not) caused a hiccup in scheduling. So what did Joel do?
