Well i will start with I am really glad that Pre-K has come to an end. Let me start by saying that the Pre-K teachers are not the problem, it is the management. It has recently changed hands and went from bad to worse. I was going to leave this center a while back and was assured that the new management was going to bring lots of positive energy and make up for what has been neglected and ignored in the past. There are some others that are in different classrooms and was assured the same thing to only be let down.
It really bothered me to walk through the school at times to see the teachers looking tired, stressed and not happy. There were a few that would even vent and express their dislike for the things that were or were not being done to improve the school. Let me say that as a previous business owner I do wholeheartedly believe that employees should not vent to customers, but when you cant get any response or action from management I believe its purely out of frustration. When choosing a Prek program or Preschool just know there are other quality centers in the area because the lack of leadership is apparent. There appears to be some very talented and caring teachers at this school that just simply need a good strong and knowledgeable leader to help guide them and assist in giving them the confidence and knowledge they need to be the best in their future endeavors.
Sincerely,
