I liked how there was not a lot of clutter and kids are encouraged to be independent. After making my list of pros and cons I was down to 2 schools. The reason why I decided on Stepping Stone was because of the kids. I sat in a toddler class then a preschool class and the kids were all so calm and well behaved. My son has been attending since Feb 2016. He started out in the nursery and is now in the toddler class. He has learned so much and surprises me sometimes when he comes home. It is a great school with a great staff!

They deliver exceptional customer service and provide above average service. The childcare is top notch. My kids feel safe and enjoy going which they never did at our previous gym. The activities are engaging and and the environment is rich with love. I feel completely safe leaving my son who has multiple allergies. My oldest son, 8, enjoys his time in Spark. Any time there are renovations or closures of particular areas due to remodeling the members are given advance notice via email and signs posted in the facility. We have NEVER experienced any concerns with billing. There are monthly date nights and the cost is minimal. The activities planned are engaging and keep the little hands busy. The swimming area is clean and there are family changing areas. By far our favorite gym and we have been members at several.

Can I give *10* stars?…read more My children have been under the care of Discovery Point (in one way or another) for nearly 10 years. They are an extension of our family... and I would trust ANY of their staff with either of my children at ANY time. My children have grown up in this facility... and the quality of our children's character is due, in part, to the guidance and love they've received from the staff at Discovery Point. The wonderful teachers at Discovery Point are nothing but kind, compassionate, loving, and caring individuals who care deeply about the well being of EVERY child that walks through that front door. My family will always be grateful for the times Discovery Point has been there for us.

Her teachers, Miss Dana and Miss Kayla have just been WONDERFUL! I don't think I could have gotten better teachers if I tried! From her days of the week, months in the year, how the seasons change, how to read and write, shapes, patterns (abab, abbabbabb), weather changes... they are amazing at what they do! They keep parents in the loop as well, sending us weekly emails to keep us informed as to what they will be learning, field trips, and fun days like "Dress Like a Superhero" to "Wear your favorite color"! They create a fun environment for kids to learn and ve successful and independent! I am so proud of my big girl and feel confident that Discovery Point have not only prepared her for, but have also given her the tools to succeed in Kindergarten! The only thing left to say is Thank You!

We popped in to this new school just this week and my child and I overheard the owner yelling at the teachers like I've never heard before! My Lord it was horrible and startled my child! We turned around and left as fast as possible and when I got to my car I asked the lady next to me if she knew anything about the school, all she said was she was told the director quit. Well no surprise! When my child got in the car she told me that she didn't want to go to the mad school. Are ya kidding me! It took me a long time to get her to want to go to school and this happens? Be careful mamas! Over the phone the owner was the kindest thing then seeing her treat people in that manner makes me wonder how long her teachers will be there.

A special shoutout to Ms. Jen, who taught both of our kids in the infant room. She is incredibly kind, caring, and nurturing, and she always greets our family by name. Darien in the infant room is also wonderful. She is so sweet and has taken the time to truly learn our daughter's personality. We also want to recognize Ms. Amy and Ms. Melissa at the front desk, who are always welcoming, patient, and understanding. They are so helpful during the morning drop-off rush. On those tougher mornings, their kindness and support make all the difference. Our son also loves Coach Baker, who teaches all the sports. Often when asked what his favorite part of his day was, it involves Coach Baker and the stickers he earned that day. We are so grateful for the love, support, and sense of community this preschool provides.

I follow up after another week of silence. I get an email the next day that they've denied admission. I also wonder if they just didn't want to deal with my child's IEP over other, less needy applicants. No call, no conversation, just a three sentence email in the most impersonal way. I wonder if they really considered my child in all honestly, maybe just waited us out for other people to commit who applied before us. It's not like their application requirements didn't put us through extensive work or anything.
