This review is for a TO GO experience - I picked up my food 30 minutes late because I went to the wrong location so I was actuallly shocked when some of my food was still hot - that means it was hot being bagged which based on previous reviews isn't always the case. I ordered the everything pretzel bites which for 9.99 aren't really worth the money since you get 5 average size pretzel bites with little to no seasoning. They tasted fine tho. I also ordered the white cheddar mac and cheese which is something they surprisingly do well - it is seriously so good! My entree was the grilled chicken wrap with parmesean garlic sauce it was so good and hit the spot! The place was empty but looked clean enough - the outside is a little sketchy tho as the building is barely lit up and the parking lot is on the darker side as well. read more

Our party of three food was given to a take out order as the manager explained, she was sarcastic and rude. Our order came out at in 15 minute increments. Then we were charged $10 for having cherry Pepsi as our drinks. read more

The food was what you expect from a buds. Nothing great nor bad. Place is clean and well maintained. The bartender was very friendly and quick on her feet. The issue I had was no one was around to help this poor girl and when there was other staff there they were on their phones. When I was sitting at the bar eating my dinner not only one, but two different tables came up and asked if they could get drinks because they couldn't find there server or hadn't been around in some time. That's just poor customer service. read more

So here is the deal- carry out. No way for me to complain until it's too late. Classic, poor service and product. Just look at the photo. This is an order of Hatch Queso? C'mon. It looks like it was collected from a table that already had some! You gave me extra wings, but whoever packaged this for carry out was either too lazy to get more, or just didn't care. Pathetic. This is what my Queso looks like when I microwave it the next day. It's a $10 item and not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, which honestly makes it worse. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings - Is this half eaten? It was carry out. I don't understand. It looks like it was warmed up with the cheese stuck to the sides...? - Chicken Wings Near Me - West Chester, Ohio

this is my second time leaving a bad review honestly if I were to truly review every time I was unhappy it would be my 15th time, I paid two dollars for sauce didn't get either one quality of food is just beyond trash. If you don't want happy customers, I don't know why you're in business. it saddens me to write this because bw3's is my favorite place to eat they just disappoint me every time. I wish there was a different location closer to me. :( read more

The day that we went to the location was very understaffed. However, the servers did they best they could to make sure all the tables were taken care of whenever they had a chance. The restaurant is like any other sports bar. And the food was good. They do incorporate this QR code payment for your check that is really neat. read more

Terrible service and even crappier food. I am leaving BW3's for good. Pretzel knots had no seasoning on top and waitress worried i took wrong receipt was extremely embarrassing read more

I took my son there for his birthday, which is St. Patrick's Day. We have been doing this for 21 years. I was very disappointed. They did not have green beer this year. The place was completely dead. We were the only table there and our server sat at the booth next to us with Somebody else and they were so loud and obnoxious that my son and I quickly finished our meal to get out of there because we could not hear each other talking. They were obnoxious! Our server was Michelle, when she served us she was very polite. It was while she was carrying on this very loud conversation with an extremely flamboyant person that I was disappointed in. With a whole restaurant, I'm sure they could have found someplace else to talk. As the former manager of many restaurants, this should be common sense to people. Will not be back. read more

This place has really gone downhill (as their prices have gone "uphill"!) Service is slow, resulting in consistently cold wings...which must be sent back...only to get more cold wings If this happened once I would let it slide It literally happens almost every time Place looks rundown... Sad Used to be top notch read more

Ordered from here on break at work for the team, and overall we were all pretty satisfied. The Blazin' Wings weren't as hot as they could be according to one of the people I was with, but I decided not to try that one for myself. Only other issue was it was a little more on the salty side. Overall I thought all of our orders were pretty good, and in my opinion the buffalo loaded tots were amazing with the finely shredded chicken topping, read more

I have never been a fan of Buffalo Wild Wings and I really don't see that ever changing. Personally, I think the wings are disgusting and always taste burnt or like they made them several days prior to serving them. I also have never found any of their sauces that taste right to me. The location is convenient and there is plenty of parking. The inside is clean and well maintained. The staff tends to be friendly the few times I have gone here. Sports fans enjoy going here because you can watch the TVs while you eat. Although I am not a fan of the restaurant, I realize there are many people that do and that is fine. read more

When we eat out, and spend $75 for a family of three, I expect to at least have the food be edible. My boneless wings were overdone, to the point that a fork, or a butter knife couldn't cut them. So I ate 2/6. The guacamole was supposed to be 'homemade' but tasted watery and like it came from a squeeze tube. The queso was the worst I've ever had....we each took a dip and didn't touch the rest. It tasted like onion cheese watery broth. I am so sad that I threw away $75, and I will NEVER eat here again. Biggest waste of $ read more

It's been a while since I visited a BWW. This visit made me question why I have stayed away so long. I ordered the snack, bone-in wings in the Asian Zing flavor. It was the perfect pairing of sweet and spicy. I even used the sauce to dip those perfect thin cut fries. I was able to try the Rhinegeist Bubbles for the first time. It was a dark-pink, rose' like ale. It was light and crisp with a flavor profile that consisted of apples, cranberries, and peaches. It was love at first taste!! Too bad it's not sold locally in Birmingham, AL. read more

Easily the worst service I have ever had and the worst dinner I have ever had. I got the bogo wing deal and half of the wings we got had next to no meat on them. Our server was Kimberly and she is not interacting and she will ask a question and walk away before we give her an answer. I came here all the time for company dinners but I can assure you that we will never be back to this place with our company. 0/10 read more

Buffalo Wild Wings - 15 Traditional Wings desert heat - Chicken Wings Near Me - West Chester, Ohio

Veterans Day special was a good idea. 10 boneless wings and fries for free. Device is slow, but it is free. Boneless wings with garlic sauce are saucy. I like. Reasonably good meal. read more

Bdubs isn't what it used to be. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because they always have a decent beer on tap selection. The food? Not good. They drench their wings with sauce. When you have to swim through the sauce with your fork to find the wings it's too much sauce. The salsa they use for chips tastes like it's right out of a Olde El Paso jar. I had a buffalo ranch chicken wrap that had lettuce in it that tasted spoiled. Like it was pulled out of the alley garbage can. Many other wing places blow them away but to have a few beers and watch a game it is an option read more

This is your typical Buffalo Wild Wings I am on a low carb diet and the traditional wings are a good choice for me. I ordered 10 (5 blazing and 5 garlic Parmesan ). The Blazing were like advertised and are not for the faint of heart. They are tasty if you like hot food and can taste the underlying flavor. The flavor here is somewhat sweet and quite good. The garlic Parmesan wings had a lot of sauce and plenty of garlic. Again, these are quite good. The server was attentive and friendly. Again, what you would expect at a Buffalo Wild Wings. The server was everything that I expected. The bottom line is Buffalo Wild Wings restaurants are dependable and you get what you expect. I would eat at this location again. It is a fine example of the franchise.. read more

Their ghost kitchen Bird Dawgs sounded like a good idea but the doors was terrible through Door Dash. Fried with cheese were microwaved and so were tots with cheese so they were inedible. It's the sauce that keeps me coming back! That and the boneless wing special all day Thursday (60 cents each) *depending on where you live. I highly recommend the Mango habanero for something slightly sweet that kicks you in the back of throat! The Wild sauce is also excellent, and makes me develop a little perspiration -- if you know what I mean. Yum! I usually sit at the bar in front of the array of flatscreen televisions so I can catch my favorite game. Since it's March Madness, what better place to sit back with a cold one (ask for the specials) and some delicious, tender, juicy, mouth-watering wings! The place does get a little loud, so if you want some peace and quite while you enjoy your grub, I wouldn't recommend BW3. The parking in front can be a challenge if you get here late on game day, so plan ahead! I can't wait for a weekend off so i can chill on the patio, now that the weather's cooperating! See you there! read more

Come here every time I stay in the area. Cold beer. Hot food. Bartender could hand over a few tables so she could tend to the tables a little better, but keep that beer full and no complaints from this guy. read more

One of the busier Buffalo Wild Wings locations in the area. The kind of location that seems to be pretty busy almost all of the time. There have been times in the past where I've attempted to come here and couldn't even get a parking spot. We ate here on an early Saturday afternoon and guess what..it was pretty busy. Regardless we were seated right away and our service was pretty quick. My family decided to split the "All Star Sampler" which includes fried pickles, chips with spinach & artichoke dip, chili cheese fries, and chicken tenders. I saw that they were running a promotion for 8 wings for $6 so I went with that with their medium Buffalo sauce. I also ordered a side of cheesy potato wedges..as well as a side of ranch and blue cheese for dipping. Like I said, the food came out pretty quickly given how busy they were. It tasted pretty comparable to other locations. The sauce on the wings was hot but not crazy hot..had a nice sweetness to it. The wedges were a bit soggy but not too bad. I tried some fried pickles and a chicken tender off of the platter..both were pretty tasty. My only real gripe with the experience was that they charged me for an extra side of sauce for asking for both ranch and blue cheese. Not the biggest of deals but I've always ordered both in the past at other locations and haven't been charged. Maybe it was because of the special deal going on..or maybe it's just this locations policy. Again..no biggie..just a little annoying. I can see coming to this location again if I were in the area and was in the mood for Buffalo Wild Wings..and if it weren't crazy busy. In general I feel they are a bit overpriced for what you get. My meal with a drink and the tip came out to close to $20..and that's with the discounted wings. In my opinion..yeah..just a bit much for the food I received. read more

DO NOT ORDER VIA DELIVERY SERVICE!! They will not care about your order. We waited 2 hours for our food. They never called us to notify that they "Don't make Mac and Cheese at the this location" even though it's on their menu. Our first two drivers left because they had to wait so long. The 3rd driver stuck it out and the only reason we knew they didn't make mac and cheese is because she called and told us. When our food FINALLY arrived they messed out the order . Ordered carry out on buy one get one Boneless Wings on Thursday night. While I am not a huge BW3 fan my kids wanted it. I definitely want to be supporting all restaurants during this time. Having said that you need to be ready to handle the order volume. I ordered and paid online. The staff there was working hard but it still took almost an hour from the time I ordered to get my food. I don't want to have to wait in line when we are supposed to be social distancing. read more

Horrible! We order $70 worth of wing and had them delivered. All of our wings were missing sauce. When I contacted the manager to speak about my order I was told to bring them back to the store. I clearly had them delivered so that I would not have to drive to the store. This is an inconvenience to me and my family. The manager was horrible and the cook was horrible. Its unfortunate that during this pandemic the only customers they are dealing with are carry out orders, you'd think the order would be perfect. read more

Says they close at 11 they're trying to get people out at 9:30. Night bartender sucks

When we arrived, the dining room was less than half full. So it wasn't busy. Our server never put in our Appetizer, took over an hour to bring out our food (cold). Never refilled our water & we had to walk to the front to get her attention to pay. I was so hangry I actually shed a few tears. Never coming back to this location. I don't think it was the cooks because the food was on the plates long enough for them all to be cold. Assuming the server let them sit there for the hour we were waiting for it. -1/10 read more

I get it's BWW, so don't expect much, but it's worse than even that! Dirty, slow as molasses wait staff, food was cold, nachos were made with old stale chips. Worst Buffalo Wild Wings I've had. Loaded fries came out cold with dried up cheese. Wasn't able to eat them because they couldn't be pulled apart. Wings came out sauceless and room temperature. I rarely go to Bdubs but met friends here for a Sunday lunch during the NFL games and was reminded why I never go! Honestly the food was good, as ordered so no complaints, beer was cold and not an issue, the service is why I never want to go here despite the actual product being fine. We were a huge inconvenience for the server to help, she would walk by and whisper question for us to herself which was odd, just really inattentive. When we got our checks the beer of the month was charged at $5 each versus $7. We asked her to fix it and she made it seem to be a huge inconvenience and that we ordered last months beer special. Well it was clearly marked in the beer menu and on posters on the wall so she did give it to us. Just never worth the money when you leave annoyed in my opinion. Sorry to the kitchen and bar that did nothing wrong! read more
