This review is for a TO GO experience - I picked up my food 30 minutes late because I went to the wrong location so I was actuallly shocked when some of my food was still hot - that means it was hot being bagged which based on previous reviews isn't always the case. I ordered the everything pretzel bites which for 9.99 aren't really worth the money since you get 5 average size pretzel bites with little to no seasoning. They tasted fine tho. I also ordered the white cheddar mac and cheese which is something they surprisingly do well - it is seriously so good! My entree was the grilled chicken wrap with parmesean garlic sauce it was so good and hit the spot! The issue I had was no one was around to help this poor girl and when there was other staff there they were on their phones. When I was sitting at the bar eating my dinner not only one, but two different tables came up and asked if they could get drinks because they couldn't find there server or hadn't been around in some time. The day that we went to the location was very understaffed. However, the servers did they best they could to make sure all the tables were taken care of whenever they had a chance. I took my son there for his birthday, which is St. Patrick's Day. We have been doing this for 21 years. I was very disappointed. They did not have green beer this year. The place was completely dead. We were the only table there and our server sat at the booth next to us with Somebody else and they were so loud and obnoxious that my son and I quickly finished our meal to get out of there because we could not hear each other talking. They were obnoxious! Our server was Michelle, when she served us she was very polite. I have never been a fan of Buffalo Wild Wings and I really don't see that ever changing. Personally, I think the wings are disgusting and always taste burnt or like they made them several days prior to serving them. I also have never found any of their sauces that taste right to me. The location is convenient and there is plenty of parking. The inside is clean and well maintained. The staff tends to be friendly the few times I have gone here. It's been a while since I visited a BWW. This visit made me question why I have stayed away so long. I ordered the snack, bone-in wings in the Asian Zing flavor. It was the perfect pairing of sweet and spicy. I even used the sauce to dip those perfect thin cut fries. I was able to try the Rhinegeist Bubbles for the first time. This is your typical Buffalo Wild Wings I am on a low carb diet and the traditional wings are a good choice for me. I ordered 10 (5 blazing and 5 garlic Parmesan ). The Blazing were like advertised and are not for the faint of heart. They are tasty if you like hot food and can taste the underlying flavor. The flavor here is somewhat sweet and quite good. The garlic Parmesan wings had a lot of sauce and plenty of garlic. Again, these are quite good. The server was attentive and friendly. Again, what you would expect at a Buffalo Wild Wings. One of the busier Buffalo Wild Wings locations in the area. The kind of location that seems to be pretty busy almost all of the time. There have been times in the past where I've attempted to come here and couldn't even get a parking spot. We ate here on an early Saturday afternoon and guess what..it was pretty busy. Regardless we were seated right away and our service was pretty quick. My family decided to split the "All Star Sampler" which includes fried pickles, chips with spinach & artichoke dip, chili cheese fries, and chicken tenders. I saw that they were running a promotion for 8 wings for $6 so I went with that with their medium Buffalo sauce. I also ordered a side of cheesy potato wedges..as well as a side of ranch and blue cheese for dipping. Like I said, the food came out pretty quickly given how busy they were. It tasted pretty comparable to other locations. The sauce on the wings was hot but not crazy hot..had a nice sweetness to it. The wedges were a bit soggy but not too bad. I tried some fried pickles and a chicken tender off of the platter..both were pretty tasty. My only real gripe with the experience was that they charged me for an extra side of sauce for asking for both ranch and blue cheese. Not the biggest of deals but I've always ordered both in the past at other locations and haven't been charged. Maybe it was because of the special deal going on..or maybe it's just this locations policy. Again..no biggie..just a little annoying. I can see coming to this location again if I were in the area and was in the mood for Buffalo Wild Wings..and if it weren't crazy busy. In general I feel they are a bit overpriced for what you get. It's the sauce that keeps me coming back! That and the boneless wing special all day Thursday (60 cents each) *depending on where you live. I highly recommend the Mango habanero for something slightly sweet that kicks you in the back of throat! The Wild sauce is also excellent, and makes me develop a little perspiration -- if you know what I mean. Yum! I usually sit at the bar in front of the array of flatscreen televisions so I can catch my favorite game. Since it's March Madness, what better place to sit back with a cold one (ask for the specials) and some delicious, tender, juicy, mouth-watering wings!
