Visited last night with my daughter. Ordered 20 wings, cheese sticks, and the potato platter. Took over 40 minutes to get food. The cheese sticks came quickly, but they were not done. The cheese was not even melted on the inside. When the food came the hot wings which were mine, were dry with very little sauce on them. They had been sitting for quite a while. The ones that my daughter ordered were actually better. I have had Buffalo wild wings many times, and this was the worst experience. I can't honestly tell you that one thing went well through the whole experience, except the server reminded me to take my to go tea with me. How is it. The people can spend $60 in a restaurant that is based on the simplest of cooking and have such a terrible result? Also, 1125 for three different types of potatoes? Were they supposed to be refillable? If they were, we were never asked. If they weren't, that is way too much freaking money to spend on potatoes. I thought Buffalo wild wings was the Cadillac of wings... i'm pretty certain Wingstop will be getting my business in the future. Placed a carry out at ~815. Food was to be ready at 9:20. It was after 10 before we got our food. Not all of it was there. The wings were sauced and they were not supposed to be. Sauce was requested on the side. The sauce did come, but they were sauced with a different type of sauce, which was not liked. Very disappointed in the experience. Also, while standing out front, with multiple other carry out customers who had lengthy waits, an employee was observed in the kitchen vaping. Pretty sure that is against the law. read more

It was not very busy, yet it took forever for someone to take our order. I watched another table get seated about 15 minutes after we arrived, and had their food order taken. However, we continue to wait. We finally have our order taken, and my beer refilled (it's been empty for nearly 20 minutes). When our food arrived, my order was wrong and the bun on my wife's cheeseburger was completely burnt (I ordered grilled chicken and received crispy). The only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 was the fact that they changed the channel on the tv in front of our table to show the game I came to watch. These guys are an embarrassment to buffalo wild wings. There service is completely unacceptable. Ive had multiple instances and the last was the last time id go where people ordering takeout just sit there for 10 plus minutes with no service from anyone. I learned early enough you have to call their phone number to get service. And the last time i politely talked to a young guy and let him know about there poor management. I shouldnt have to call you to get service at the desk. I asked to speak to a manager. No manager came to speak with me. They clearly are in need of new management. Went there for lunch. Service was ok. No issues. I wasn't too hungry so I ordered the ceisar salad with chicken. It was served quickly. The chicken had a little heat. The greens are what I had issues with. There were many brown pieces of lettuce. I mean, why would you serve that to your customers. Lettuce is dirt cheap. If there was an option of zero stars, that is what I would choose based on our experience yesterday, 9/13/2024. The restaurant was very under staffed which resulted in many issues. There were 6 in our party and not more than 10 additional guests in the restaurant. It took more than an hour for 5 of us to get our food and an additIonal 10 minutes for the 6th person in our party to get his burger. Came here after a long day of registering for college classes and we were all getting a little hangry. It wasn't too packed so we thought we would have pretty quick service and be in and out in a timely manner. Wrong. We were seated and waited a good bit for our server to come get drink orders. Waited maybe 10 more minutes to get our food orders taken and that's when it went downhill. We waited a good 30 minutes for our food to come out. Now I get it, places are short staffed, but I just feel like someone coming out and checking to see how we were doing, explaining that our food was being prepped/cooked etc would've been a nice gesture. Anyway... we got our food and everything tasted good. One girl had ordered fries but didn't get them so instead of flagging our waitress down to tell her she just ate off another plate. When we got our ticket brought out it was someone else's so we had to wait a little longer to get the right one and then I noticed the fries we didn't receive were on the ticket so I went ahead and brought it to our waitresses attention. She did take it off for us but all total we were in there for close to an hour and a half. Way too long considering we had planned on a quick in and out visit. Okay...I get that this is a wing place - but I was in the mood for a burger. Like a BURGER - a meaty, juicy, thick burger. Well, if that's what you're wanting this certainly is NOT your place. Ordered my burger with no bun (didn't want the carbs). After a VERY long wait I finally got my "burger" - actually finely pressed portion of ground beef smashed into something unrecognizable. Very dry, very cold, very crumbly. Yes - crumbly. This was far from a burger. I was so disappointed, I actually asked my waitress to return it to the kitchen and bring me another one. I don't EVER do that! The second one came just the same...well a few degrees warmer than the last. I couldn't eat it. It would have been bearable if it had any flavor whatsoever, but flavor it did not have. None. I probably embarrassed my husband but I bypassed the waitress (because I didn't want her to feel any worse than she already did) and asked to speak to the manager. I apologized profusely for wanting to speak with her and for my incoming complaint and then told her about the issue. She tried to tell me that the owner likes smash burger and that is the way they do things. She graciously agreed to take the charge off my bill because I didn't eat a bite. So - to the owner. If I wanted a smash burger I would go to smash burger. This burger is in no way edible. The ground beef is so over-cooked that it just crumbles when you touch it and so thin that it can't stay hot from kitchen to table. PLEASE rethink this smash burger thing. It's just awful! I'm giving it 2 stars because our waitress was adorable and so apologetic and the manager was very understanding and helpful. If it weren't for that, I would give this place a -1. read more

Had over an hour long wait for food. then got the wrong food, then got wings and there wasn't seasoning on them. service wasn't good at all. had two servers switch back and forth. drinks tasted bad. we did get like 10-15 bucks off, but we got extra wings we didn't order, and had to wait longer for no reason because they messed up the first time. could have been 30 min-- 40 min time frame but it was more like 2 hours. As others have stated, the service is terrible. Literally every time we go here, which is about once a month (more during football season), something on our order is wrong. The last time we went, it took 10 minutes for the waitress to clear off our table, a couple that sat down 15 after us got their food 5 minutes before us, and also we never got our appetizer. That was probably our worst waitress experience, but previous times are pretty similar. Even though the serving is bad, the atmosphere at B-Dubs is great with lots of sports showing. But, they dont have HD on some of the projection TVs, which is weird, so you have to watch the smaller TVs to actually see the score. I am not a fan of this particular location. Often times the wings come out of the kitchen room temperature, the sauce is not properly distributed on the wing so part of the wing is covered part of it is not. They recently remodeled the inside of the facility. The new chairs, absolutely horribly uncomfortable. Inconsistent and uncomfortable makes this a place to avoid. read more

Ambience is mediocre like any other bww franchise. Service has been pretty good last couple of times. Food wise it's like Russian roulette in the break room, last nights meal was actually good well the nachos was at least and my drink was pretty refreshing(blue mosa). They did forget my side slaw and no they never brought it and yes later on when I got home is when I realized it and looked at my receipt. When we moved to Indiana, we decided to try this branch of BWW. We made a large order, in order to sample a bit of many items. Just like in California, the service was extremely slow, we go quoted 25 minutes. We got there in 20 minutes, and they told us we were early, 7 people ahead of us, and it would be 30 more minutes My wife went and got drinks across the street, came back, and it still wasn't ready. When we got home, instead of 3 orders of grilled chicken tenders, we got breaded,which were all burnt and dry. The burger was dry as the desert, the onion rings had the worst batter. This BWW has probably the worst service I've seen. I usually go here each time I'm in town visiting family. I came in twice once on 12/26/16 and again 12/27/16. They obviously don't know how to staff during the holidays. There was a wait the first day I went and we were the first group waiting (party of 4 people). They had 5 empty clean tables and no one would come seat us. We finally just sat ourselves and I waited up front to tell them what we did. No one came so I gave up. While we were sitting down waiting we saw 2 tables get up and leave because their food never came. The second day I went with a group of friends (6 people total). There was a group of 2 in front of us waiting to be sat. The hostess told us it would be an hour wait to get a table. We went to the bar and it was full so we decided to wait on a table and the hostess asked if we really want to wait an hour for a table. The tone she had was basically telling us to leave. We saw a table open up at the bar so we grabbed that and waited for it to be clean. We sat at the table for 15-20 min and no one came. The 2 guys working the bar kept looking at us but would never come clean the table or serve us. We eventually left with no one saying a word to us. I was a server for 5 years in college so I know how it can be sometimes but that was horrible! The hostess was rude and was trying to get us to leave. She obviously didn't want to be there or know how to talk to customers. I don't recommend trying this place. It obviously needs new management because they don't know how to staff the restaurant nor train the workers.
