First of all, the service was amazing even though they were packed. Secondly, a loose ring fell off my finger and I had no clue that happened until I was back home in Indiana (I was there for a concert). Absolutely terrible service - it was extremely slow. Took forever to get drinks, once we did, even longer for refills. Orders came out wrong (and took forever - we were there over 1 hr 15 min before food came out (tracked via parking app) and several sides were wrong and several missing items). Waitress charged half our party wrong (billed them our bill despite them giving their bill/cc back). We had to request our phone number to be added to bill twice to get credit for points. On way out, there was an employee smoking weed RIGHT.OUTSIDE.THE.BATHROOM (this was indoors!). When we told the manager, he stated she was off duty but definitely shouldn't have been doing that (seems like it should have been a bigger issue?!?!?). Also, when she was done smoking, she walked back into the kitchen area, so I question the off duty claim. I've been to bdubs around the country dozen, if not hundreds, of times. I read everything and decided to still give this place a chance, and someone in my group decided to order nachos despite the review knocking it. This has been the best bdubs experience I've ever had - and it was bogo Tuesday. The service was amazing. They had clear seating chart and system in place. They seated us and got us menus and drinks ASAP. (Shoutout to our awesome waitress Stephanie.) While we were waiting for our food someone went through the dining area with a vacuum!!! And I say that as a positive. I suddenly realized this is the cleanest bdubs establishment I have ever been in! Spotless floors, tables, silverware. The glasses were clean and unscratched. Its ALWAYS a good time at BWW!! I come here multiple times a month. The kids love chicken. I love a good drink special, and who doesnt love such a fun atmosphere!? We often come right after church for an early lunch. I never really have complaints. I keep it simple. I get the same thing every time because it works and that's what I like. Lol ALL FLATS: ASIAN ZING, GARLIC PARM, with a cup of salt and vinegar seasoning on the side. I really like that stuff. I might grab potatoes from time to time-and dont forget the cheese!!! Way too overpriced. You're better off going down the street to JW Holsteins -- you'll get better and more wings for cheaper. Also, it feels like they're getting stingy with the dips and sauces. If that's their philosophy, okay. But just don't expect customers to keep coming back. The bar is fully stocked, and the service is acceptable. But again, their drinks are pricey too, given the relative price points in the region. With regard to ambiance, if I'm being honest it's a little trashy -- but that's the people who go here and not the fault of the establishment. We get this to go pretty often but honestly lately have been a little disappointed. Our online orders either don't go through, or are wrong when we go to pick them up. Sometimes when we try to order ahead to pick up on a night we are working late, it is clear that the food was prepared as soon as we ordered it and it sits out until you come pick it up, even if you select a ready time in advance. Some people don't care for BWW in general but we've always enjoyed going. We love wings, beer and sports so it's right up our alley. Our party of 6 arrived around 10pm after a LONG day of travel. Our waitress, Ashley, could not have been nicer or more patient with our group. Everything came out quickly, accurately, and delicious. Guess I should have read reviews. Wings were naked with sauce on side. The manager claimed this was the order. He was very melancholy and disinterested in my complaint. Only two containers of sauce for 20 wings was totally inadequate even for on the side. Naked wings had tons of feathers, so they weren't well cleaned, but I guess the sauce would have at least hidden this. Taste was lacking, so I ended up tossing them. Lesson learned. read more

Gave me the wrong food I asked for a 10 pc boneless half medium half mild and tho they only gave me medium with a mild sticker.

I have had some great visits and and some poor visits at this location over the course of the last year or two. Tonight I opted to visit with my family and while the visit was not perfect, I was impressed with the way the manager paid attention to my table and rectified the situation. Ordered boneless wings, wedges and a chili con queso dip with chips. Food was good and consistent, however the wings and queso dip were not as warm as they should be. As a former cook at bdubs, I would advise to turn up the steam table in the queso and chili station and drop all wing orders fresh in the future. Fried food is meant to be eaten right away. That said, I was given a fresh order after sharing that the original order was cold. read more

Great to watch games. There were so many TVs - everywhere! Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. She checked on us often and made sure everything was good. We ordered the large boneless wings with 4 sauces: - Parmesan Garlic - honey bbq - medium - hot My favorite was the Honey BBQ (with the ranch) but the Parmesan was great too. My husband mention that the medium and hot were basically the same heat (which for him, was a disappointment) but he said they were good. We also ordered a side of wedge fries and they were crisp and tasty. I just think that almost $5 for that portion was too much. Next time we'll stick with the regular fries. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Starting from the minute we walked in the door; It took 3 people to figure out where to seat us. We finally got sat & the hostess rushed through her speech so fast while seating us that we had no idea what she said. When our server finally came to take our order, she wrote absolutely nothing down (and had to come back & ask us to repeat part of our order) & when we got our food, there were multiple errors. My sandwich was supposed to have cheese, no cheese. My boyfriend ordered fries, got no fries. We ordered an appetizer; it never showed up. We had to ask for silverware, there was none on the table or given to us when we sat down. We also never received napkins without asking. Our server did come over & apologize for my sandwich being incorrect, although she had a snarky attitude. She said they were making me a new sandwich & it'd be right out... we waited at least 15-20 minutes & while the new sandwich was correct, the tater tots they gave me we're crumbled & looked like they'd been scraped from the bottom of the pan (photo included). All of the servers, not just ours, seemed to have no cares or sense of urgency. I think one of the managers was the one who originally delivered our food & even she seemed to have an attitude & not care. We came to get food after 12 hours on the road. Our room at the hotel was not ready and the hotel told us to come back in 45 minutes and the room would be ready. We went to Buffalo wild wings and ordered our dinner and they said it would be ready in 20 minutes. After 30 minutes we checked and they said that they had mistakenly given the order to someone else. They said they would prepare the order again as quickly as possible but it still took another 20 minutes. They did throw in an extra appetizer. To make things worse when we got back to the hotel 20 minutes after they said it would be ready. We still had to wait an additional five minutes and the rooms were horrible. Definitely not a great travel day I hope tomorrow will be a better day read more

Nice roomy place in a little strip mall on the way to Interstate 80 or the World Music palace on Harlem. The restaurant itself is very loud and has kids running all over the place...so this one is a family place and not a college watering hole. The food is the usual...not better and not worse...just B'dubs. I've seen nicer restaurant layouts, but that isn't much for a review. Good (typical) beer selection. Lots of TV's.
