One of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. The restaurant wasn't even busy, so there was no excuse for how we were treated today. Our server seemed annoyed from the start--rolling her eyes when we asked a question, then completely ignoring our table the entire time. She never checked on us once even after bringing the food out, she didn't ask if anyone needed anything, instead, she walked away. No drink refills, no "how's everything," nothing. To make matters worse, the food came out wrong, and with no server in sight, we couldn't even get it corrected so we decided to just eat it. I understand that it isn't the servers fault that our food took 42 minutes to come out even though there were 5 other tables in there besides us, but she did not come over to our table one time to check on us or refill any drinks. When asking for a refill, she gave us a big water pitcher with no ice that only had enough for 3 out of 8 of us to refill our drinks. We then asked for other refills for the people that weren't drinking water and she just walked away and disappeared. I had to get up and walk to the bar to get a pepsi for one of the people at the table who didn't have anything to drink. What really crossed the line was when I saw her pointing at us and talking to another server across the room--completely unprofessional and incredibly rude I have never wrote bad reviews as I work in a restaurant and understand the stress, but this level of disrespect and neglect needed to be called out. We are not from here and have eaten here in the past and never had any issues but today was a huge waste of money and time. Our server never once introduced herself when first arriving at our table but she was blonde with glasses. I highly recommend asking for a server change if she fits that description or you'll just be neglected the whole time. Not worth the trip, boneless wings should never be tough. Had a good Mushroom burger and we ordered two varieties of boneless wings. Garlic/Parm had an abundance of flavor but were tough. The other variety is what they called Teriyaki which I expected to be sweet and spicy but these were pure garbage, tough as lathered and smothered in sauce that I can only describe as tasting burnt. I Love Buffalo Wild Wings but not the service so much. It was a Sunday, and we came in not many people. It took them about 5 minutes to attempt us with only about 3-4 table full which should be easy to manage with there being 6 waitresses. The waitresses gave us a spot. Right away she forgot 2 of our drinks after giving us 3 of them. Then she left for about 25 without giving us straws, silverware, or napkins. After giving us appetizer she gave us no plates or silverware again. She was gone for another 30 minutes with the place basically empty I'm not sure why she took so long with the place that empty. They're only appeared to be two waitresses working. After waiting a while, I had a bad feeling, and I'm usually right, so I decided to leave. There are 2 primary reasons that I am giving a chain restaurant a 5 star review: 1, they were slammed on a holiday with 2 servers taking care of 20 tables- and they demonstrated hard work and service with a great attitude- and that included the host and manager, who were pitching in where needed. 2, my husband has celiac- so when a server takes the time to pull out the special ingredient and allergy code book, we feel safe and cared for. This is a new restaurant in the area and as such have been there twice now giving them a pass on my first trip. The service was slow both times we were there, but I'm not sure where the problem was as both times we were there during off hours so the establishment wasn't busy. Overall, I thought that this Buffalo Wild Wings reached my exact expectations. Personally, I ranked this location "5 Stars" based out of other BWWs I've been to. Our hostess sat us down immediately, and Jose did a splendid job serving us. Our order was taken within several minutes and our food came out quick. I had honey BBQ and Chipotle boneless wings and they were very good. While eating, the manager checked in with us, making sure our experience was good. Also, I received a drink refill just before I had to ask! Overall, this is one of the better Buffalo Wild Wings with a spacious interior. The first 3 beers I asked for, all which were on there list of draft beers, were not available. Our server didn't know what a pint was. It took 15 minutes for the beer they did have to reach my table. Our appetizer took another 15 minutes and was anything but appetizing. My wings were greasy, not crispy in any way. Over sauced and somehow had sat long enough in their hot window to dry out. If you want good wings, I'd suggest Wings etc. right down the street. In all, I spent 60 dollars and was rather disappointed. We had a great experience here. This wasn't our first time, but the first time with our son who has celiac's disease. Our waitress, Echo, got the manager who made sure everything was cleaned to reduce chances of cross contamination. We appreciate this so much since some places don't treat us very nicely. Stopped in with my husband on Saturday 8/4 around 2:00 in the afternoon to split an appetizer before grocery shopping. We had just dined here the weekend prior and were hoping for another good experience, as this location is very hit or miss. All I can say is this will probably be our last visit. The restaurant was fairly empty so we were expecting to get in and out fairly quickly. That did not happen. I ordered a Chardonnay and my husband had a coke. I was concerned because between the 2 waitresses (maybe training a new employee?), neither knew what a Chardonnay was. So I was given a glass of red wine, which I declined. Ten minutes later, she returned with the correct wine. My husband had to request a straw for his coke 3 times. We ordered the appetizer sampler with no jalapeños on the nachos and teriyaki boneless wings. When the food finally arrived, the wings were dry and cold and the nachos were covered in jalapeños to the point that they were too spicy to eat. I also ordered a cocktail, thinking that it would be easier for them to figure out than the wine, but it never came. When the waitress finally came back to see how the food was, she had realized that she didn't put in the second drink order and asked if I still wanted the drink. She also didn't offer to have the nachos remade. After sitting there for over an hour we just asked for a box for the remaining wings and our check. She returned with the bill, but we still had to ask for a box 3 times. Blah food and unacceptable service. I could understand the issues if the restaurant was busy, but after experiencing the lackluster food and bad service can definitely see why it's not a popular place.
