Buffalo Wild Wings - Pick 2 Lunch Special!!!! - Sports Bars Near Me - Sturgis, Michigan

Visited with family tonight. Store was starting to get busy but it was clean and the service was speedy. Our server was the best, she was friendly and our refills were quick the whole visit and without needing to ask! Food was hot and fresh. read more

One of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. The restaurant wasn't even busy, so there was no excuse for how we were treated today. Our server seemed annoyed from the start--rolling her eyes when we asked a question, then completely ignoring our table the entire time. She never checked on us once even after bringing the food out, she didn't ask if anyone needed anything, instead, she walked away. No drink refills, no "how's everything," nothing. To make matters worse, the food came out wrong, and with no server in sight, we couldn't even get it corrected so we decided to just eat it. I understand that it isn't the servers fault that our food took 42 minutes to come out even though there were 5 other tables in there besides us, but she did not come over to our table one time to check on us or refill any drinks. When asking for a refill, she gave us a big water pitcher with no ice that only had enough for 3 out of 8 of us to refill our drinks. We then asked for other refills for the people that weren't drinking water and she just walked away and disappeared. I had to get up and walk to the bar to get a pepsi for one of the people at the table who didn't have anything to drink. What really crossed the line was when I saw her pointing at us and talking to another server across the room--completely unprofessional and incredibly rude I have never wrote bad reviews as I work in a restaurant and understand the stress, but this level of disrespect and neglect needed to be called out. We are not from here and have eaten here in the past and never had any issues but today was a huge waste of money and time. Our server never once introduced herself when first arriving at our table but she was blonde with glasses. I highly recommend asking for a server change if she fits that description or you'll just be neglected the whole time. I really hope the managers do something about this server as this isn't the only review i've noticed written about her and her service. read more

We waited one night 45 minutes for a refills got our appetizers, but no refills. I will not be back.

Ordered wings. Was asked if we wanted celery. Yes. Blue cheese or ranch with that? Blue cheese please. Arrived Use celery to scoop up blue cheese and this surfaces. Not sure what it was and didn't get an explanation. The waitress assured me though that no one in the kitchen was missing a finger. We left. My theory, it may not be a finger, more than likely it was a blue cheese taken from a table where the customer ordered carrots with blue cheese. Disgusting, just on a used food rather than severed finger level read more

I came to Buffalo Wild Wings last night. Wasn't busy at all. Appetizer and our food all came out at once took over an hour. Apps were cold. Food wasn't the greatest. I got sick two times after taking to bites of my food. Very disappointed. Service wasn't that good at all. Missed a lot of things that we asked for. Never got refills only got checked on once. read more

Stopped in for lunch. The hostess was slow to acknowledge me standing in the doorway. Then I was set on a high top near the bar. She did take my drink water, water due to Pepsi versus coke. I really don't care for Pepsi. I went to the restroom first, and it was dirty and the wastepaper basket was overflowing. I returned to my table and waited about five minutes. No one came back to me. They're only appeared to be two waitresses working. After waiting a while, I had a bad feeling, and I'm usually right, so I decided to leave. I was unable to try the food, but as a professional traveler, my gut feelings are usually correct, and after five minutes or so I will leave if I feel like there's gonna be a service issue. read more

Not worth the trip, boneless wings should never be tough. Had a good Mushroom burger and we ordered two varieties of boneless wings. Garlic/Parm had an abundance of flavor but were tough. The other variety is what they called Teriyaki which I expected to be sweet and spicy but these were pure garbage, tough as lathered and smothered in sauce that I can only describe as tasting burnt. I am resolves that Buffalo Wild Wings is a franchise that I will never visit. Just poor. (Note: I live in Wester NY and know what wings should taste like and this ain't it) read more

I Love Buffalo Wild Wings but not the service so much. It was a Sunday, and we came in not many people. It took them about 5 minutes to attempt us with only about 3-4 table full which should be easy to manage with there being 6 waitresses. The waitresses gave us a spot. Right away she forgot 2 of our drinks after giving us 3 of them. Then she left for about 25 without giving us straws, silverware, or napkins. After giving us appetizer she gave us no plates or silverware again. She was gone for another 30 minutes with the place basically empty I'm not sure why she took so long with the place that empty. The food is good, but the service isn't very good. read more

There are 2 primary reasons that I am giving a chain restaurant a 5 star review: 1, they were slammed on a holiday with 2 servers taking care of 20 tables- and they demonstrated hard work and service with a great attitude- and that included the host and manager, who were pitching in where needed. 2, my husband has celiac- so when a server takes the time to pull out the special ingredient and allergy code book, we feel safe and cared for. Also- he was then able to order a great creative option vs a salad. Thank you B Dubs- will be back. read more

The worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant! We waited for an hour and half on food, then when the food came they were the worst boneless chicken wings ever! They had no sauce and no actual chicken in them! We talked to manager, who was completely rude and didn't care about it at all. The only reason I can even give this place one star is because I have to and our waiter was very kind. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings - The worst chicken wing in the world. - Sports Bars Near Me - Sturgis, Michigan

Worst experience at this Wings etc ever.. Waited an hour and a half for cold and over cooked food. 80 MINUTES!! Boneless wings were cold.. Traditional wings were cold and over cooked so it was like chewing on a potato chip. Loaded tots just had cheese on them and also cold.... If I could give zero stars I would... Best thing that was ordered was the amaretto sour. So 5 stars to the bar tender.. 0 stars for the cooks and waitstaff read more

They not only shorted me wings, my food was cold, AND barely any sauce on my wings. I called to complain and the lady hung up on me. I'll go to wings etc. read more

We gave this place a few try's before writing this and I will have to keep it at a 1* wait time for food was over an hour, then was served cold and still had to wait on a friends wings to come out only to find out he was shorted a wing. The service was also slow, waited nearly 15 minutes for a drink from the bar, when asked about it, they apparently lost the slip. Wouldn't recommend if you're hungry or in a hurry read more

Lady at the register was very rude when I told her what my orders name was under and told me that my name was incorrectly put in the online order even though I got the verification email that said my name on it spelled correctly so I showed her and she did not show any remorse for being disrespectful and rude. read more

The service is always so slow when I come in, busy or slow. My bartender was very inattentive to anyone at the bar. I waited several minutes before ordering my drink. I ordered chips a guacamole to eat and waited a good 20 minutes to find out they ran out. They're beer menu is never up to date. Get it together. read more

Katie the bartender deserves to lose her job. Worst customer service, horrible manners, doesn't know what she's doing half the time and would rather chat with her friends then serve customers. Not sure why she still has a job but someone needs to can that little girl read more

This is a new restaurant in the area and as such have been there twice now giving them a pass on my first trip. The service was slow both times we were there, but I'm not sure where the problem was as both times we were there during off hours so the establishment wasn't busy. The food was good, but slow to get to the table. Cleanliness was an issue. The men's room was disgusting with some sort of grime growing in the sinks, and walls which had obviously not been wiped down well for a while. I had such high hopes for this place but it is by far the worst BDubs I've ever been to. read more

I don't understand why anyone would go here compared to Wings excetera the burgers here are only done one way well done which means they taste like they are burnt and very tough. Also they never have any drink specials. The Waitresses are nice but the menu is very limited high-priced read more

Ordered take out and food was cold af. Employees were always confused about orders and messed it up. Do not recommend period

Just left this place after having four drinks over three hours, and splitting an appetizer with two other friends. I don't feel anything so decided to test myself. If I was this place I would probably start investigating the wait staff. I had two drinks before going there. Kid was nice but clearly wasn't bringing me my drinks. If I was still there I would bring this to there attention and tell them to go ahead and call the locals because I know they are full of crap. They are closed now so this is my only option and truthfully I just know to never go back. read more

I figured since this is my last time getting food from here I would write a review. Food is never warm from carryout even if its just brought out to me and not already in the "hot box". I consistently get barely any of the dry seasonings on my wings when I ask for it (buffalo & salt and vinegar) wings are lukewarm at best and I ALWAYS order all drums and I got flats and drums. Horrible food. I will go to wing's etc. To see if they can handle making hot food the way I ask for it to be prepared. Pictures included. read more

Horrible experience, food was not that good and management sat at the bar and drank. waited 1 hour+ for food that was crusty and the sandwich barely had meat on it as well. best thing I ate was chips & salsa (could of got cheaper from gas station), and the potato wedges read more

I don't normally leave a bad review and I normally have a lot of empathy for people in the food service industry, but this place is a MESS. Literally and figuratively. I feel like the manager walked away and left a bunch of teenagers to do the job and they have no clue what they're doing. Our waitress was the only one who was over 20 and actually trying. She was nice and kind and apologetic but you can only do so much with no support. None of the tables were being bussed so it was filthy and there were at least 5 employees standing around at one point talking at the hostess desk. It took over half an hour to order and well over 45 minutes for the food to come out. The food was okay (not great but edible), but they were out of a lot of stuff and the lettuce was past its prime. Unless you have a lot of patience and don't mind a messy restaurant, skip it. We were there almost 2 hours and left annoyed as we still had a few hours to drive to get to our final destination. And again, where is the manager?!?!?!? read more

Overall, I thought that this Buffalo Wild Wings reached my exact expectations. Personally, I ranked this location "5 Stars" based out of other BWWs I've been to. Our hostess sat us down immediately, and Jose did a splendid job serving us. Our order was taken within several minutes and our food came out quick. I had honey BBQ and Chipotle boneless wings and they were very good. While eating, the manager checked in with us, making sure our experience was good. Also, I received a drink refill just before I had to ask! Overall, this is one of the better Buffalo Wild Wings with a spacious interior. In addition, the location is great, offering many stores nearby. read more

The first 3 beers I asked for, all which were on there list of draft beers, were not available. Our server didn't know what a pint was. It took 15 minutes for the beer they did have to reach my table. Our appetizer took another 15 minutes and was anything but appetizing. My wings were greasy, not crispy in any way. Over sauced and somehow had sat long enough in their hot window to dry out. If you want good wings, I'd suggest Wings etc. right down the street. In all, I spent 60 dollars and was rather disappointed. I'll never bring my business back to this sorry establishment , that's for sure. 1 star, just because their dry buffalo seasoning is pretty good. read more

We had a great experience here. This wasn't our first time, but the first time with our son who has celiac's disease. Our waitress, Echo, got the manager who made sure everything was cleaned to reduce chances of cross contamination. We appreciate this so much since some places don't treat us very nicely. All of the food was great, hot and fresh! We will definitely be coming back here. read more

Classic BW3. Good service, good wings. Our server (Alex) was really good. Blazin sauce is the best. Overall good.

The food is always slow. We always have to wait 40 plus minutes for our food. When the food comes out it's dry, and tasteless.. I've tried going there four times since it's open and I'll never go back. Wing's Etc. downtown is way better than place. read more

We waited over an hour to get our food. Very poor service and just average at best food. I will not be back.

Stopped in with my husband on Saturday 8/4 around 2:00 in the afternoon to split an appetizer before grocery shopping. We had just dined here the weekend prior and were hoping for another good experience, as this location is very hit or miss. All I can say is this will probably be our last visit. The restaurant was fairly empty so we were expecting to get in and out fairly quickly. That did not happen. I ordered a Chardonnay and my husband had a coke. I was concerned because between the 2 waitresses (maybe training a new employee?), neither knew what a Chardonnay was. So I was given a glass of red wine, which I declined. Ten minutes later, she returned with the correct wine. My husband had to request a straw for his coke 3 times. We ordered the appetizer sampler with no jalapeños on the nachos and teriyaki boneless wings. When the food finally arrived, the wings were dry and cold and the nachos were covered in jalapeños to the point that they were too spicy to eat. I also ordered a cocktail, thinking that it would be easier for them to figure out than the wine, but it never came. When the waitress finally came back to see how the food was, she had realized that she didn't put in the second drink order and asked if I still wanted the drink. She also didn't offer to have the nachos remade. After sitting there for over an hour we just asked for a box for the remaining wings and our check. She returned with the bill, but we still had to ask for a box 3 times. Blah food and unacceptable service. I could understand the issues if the restaurant was busy, but after experiencing the lackluster food and bad service can definitely see why it's not a popular place. Go check out Wings Etc downtown Sturgis. Better food and on point service. read more
