Classic wings, always hits the spot. Tried the potato wedges for the first time and def get those instead of the formal fries, crispy and seasoned really well and good to share and dip. Good beer selection and solid mixed drinks as well.

I don't often review chain restaurants unless I want to rant. But our trip here was something special. This was probably without hesitation the best time I've ever had at BWW. I didn't hold up allot of hope when the poor girl who sat us became our waitress. But she was on top of everything the whole time through. The wings were best I've ever had at the chain fries hot and crispy. Drinks quick. I don't want to go to the other locations if the southington location is that far above the others.

    Angry Orchard on tap, yay!

Ahh, BWW - good for a calorie bomb combo of regular and boneless wings with fries and a beer or two. Or in my case draft Angry Orchard. Get the dry buffalo seasoning on the boneless and a sauce of your choosing on the regular. Garlic parm is good. I like this particular location better than Waterbury, it seems far less noisy and definitely less crowded. Service was a bit slow for the amount of people in the place (not many) but not really anything to whine about.

The buffalo chicken burger looked good but one of my bites had a tendon or knot in it. Which ruined the whole burger. A tenderizer people!

We went here on Tuesday around 6PM. The place was pretty empty. We decided to go here to switch up places. I got a buffalo chicken sandwich. It was ok even though it had a pretty good aesthetic appeal. The chicken was stringy so I got like a knot or tendon (whatever you call it) in one of my bites. A couple whacks with a meat tenderizer would of solved that. Don't know if ill back to this location after that. My wife and daughter food was fine which why I'm giving them middle of the road rating. Go to a local place where the company itself takes pride in consistency and quality.

These are the everything pretzel knots. As you can see incredibly burnt and and dry. Whoever made them just doesn't care

My girlfriend has been craving Buffalo wild wings for a month. We ordered it last night through Uber eats. The driver messed up the first time but called me and returned my food so no big issues there. When we got the food the everything pretzel knots was burnt and absolutely disgusting very dry. The chicken was mostly breading in a little sauce. I have been cooking in restaurants for over 20 years stuff like this is unacceptable and unprofessional. Very disappointed what the establishment will not be returning here. If anybody ever asked me about this place I will tell them to stay away because it is God awful and edible and disappointing. The meal cost us about 40 bucks 35 of it went into the garbage. Word travels so I will definitely be telling my friends to stay away from this place very highly disappointed. If you are reading this review do yourself a big favor save yourself the time and money and stay away from this one. Other Buffalo wild wings I've been to or fine but this one takes the cake God awful stay away.

How is everything, sir? "Average" Yep, thats about it. Average chain location. Average waitstaff. Average service. Average ticket time. Average tasting food. Average prices. Average time before you hit the bathroom afterwards. Everything was average except for that 1 giant mutant chicken wing that looked like it was pumped full of steroids. I passed on that one.

The manager was nice on helping me out with a mix up with placing the order at a wrong location and she got me out quick with hot food.

I don't think the wings are as good as can be gotten elsewhere for the same or better price.

Our sports-loving older kids were immediately drawn in by the variety of sports playing on the big screens while the 70s music created a fun, nostalgic vibe that we really enjoyed. Our waitress, Megan was friendly, attentive and handled our group's varied requests with ease. The food didn't disappoint--especially the ribs, which were incredibly tender and literally fell off the bone. Great menu choices for the kids and all came with ice cream and chocolate sauce. One standout was the kid's macaroni and cheese-- it was clearly homemade and not the typical box version you often see on kid's menus at other restaurants. We'll definitely return when we're in the area. Check out their specials. We visited on a Sunday around 5 PM and only realized when the check arrived that kids eat free that day. That was a great bonus.

Our travels took us to The Groggy Frog and we were thrilled we took the hour drive in the snow. Service: Prompt, Authentic, Laid Back - no corporate pieces of flare (thank goodness). Atmosphere: you had me at hello. Dive bar, watering hole, where everyone goes vibe. Small. Unique. They definitely do not make them like this anymore. Great music and bar noise. Rustic wood. High tops all around. Fantastic. The wings: so far the best hidden gem we have found. Way better than others in Southington I have previously visited and reviewed. Tons of flavors. They also offer wings in 5's, so, if you're like us and want to try a few sauces - you're in a great position until you find your go-to's. We ordered: hot buffalo, buffalo blue, chipotle honey horseradish, teriyaki wasabi, and an order of their fried shrimp tossed in hot buffalo. All hot, crispy, excellent. While all the sauces were good, the hot buffalo and chipotle honey horseradish make the cut for our next visit. We can't wait to be back and try 3-4 other sauces with the 2 we've fallen in love with. Note: I love the blue cheese dressing at places as much as the wings. I have noticed the wing places in Southington serve a thicker (almost spreadable) homemade blue cheese. It was excellent. But because of its thickness, we went through a lot. And, as you may read in my other reviews, I hate the 2oz soufflé cups in a wing place. 4oz minimum please. Only thing I've learned to do better next time - ask for tons of extra napkins. I prefer when they're either stored on the table, or better, have paper towel rolls on the tables at the elite wing joints.

I own a restaurant and you can 100% refund on toast, it's not hard. Whatever, they wanted to remake, I didn't want to go back out, they sent it via delivery service. Food was still cold. The incompetence at this location is mind boggling. If you want to try them go to the Unionville or Simsbury location. Will absolutely not be back. The vibe is a bit noisy at times as people walk through the dining area on their way to other venues in this old converted factory space.
