I stopped back there last night and the waiter forgot our appetizers again. He was fast to tell the manager and she came rite over to appolagise and gave us our appetizers for free. It worked out ok. If it happens again I will refuse my food and walk out The cleanliness and the very kind staff were great and we always feel comfortable there. We had the dessert heat-dry rub and the Asian zing and the bbq wings and the surprise of the night was the special order maple syrup wings. They tasted like small pancakes with butter and syrup. I've been to this Buffalo Wild Wings three or four times now. I normally don't have problems but normally it's nothing to jump up and down about. But how ever this Friday when I went it wasn't even crowded and it took twenty mins for the waiter to ask us for our order. Then we waited over an hour in the restaurant to recive our food. I'm not sure why this place has gotten so many bad reviews. My son & I ate lunch here today, and it was great! My son had the hot wings. I had mild. We were seated quickly, and our wings came out fast! The wings were perfectly crispy and seasoned nicely. The celery was fresh, crisp and snapped when bitten into as well. Our waiter was a very nice guy. He was attentive, engaging, and did ask if we'd ever been there before so he could help us choose what we wanted. I've been to this location once before, when they first opened, and it was great. Second time around not so much. Our server, Brie, we only saw twice. To take our drink order and food order and then again at the end. We needed drink refills about 5 minutes in to eating our food, and we ended up getting them after we finished eating. She could have gotten at least 3 rounds out of us (so really she lost money). I'm a full time waitress, so I always tip very well, but honestly, I had a hard time justifying a great tip on a waitress who seemed rushed, disinterested, and forgetful. I am generally a super patient customer, but this experience was so frustrating that I will never return. The standard for good service is so so low. Do better. The only saving grace here was Manny, the bartender--a funny, kind, hospitable employee who could teach his fellow staff a few lessons in good service. read more

Went to BWW for the first time with my nephew. The atmosphere was nice but defiantly all sports related. The menu looked good but they were out of a lot stuff- no fish, no veggie burgers so options were limited. I opted for the buffalo chicken sandwich which was a nice portion but very dry. We decided to give this place a try despite all of the reviews. Well, we should have listened. We are actually still sitting here eating and they completely forgot one of our entrees... The child's one!! We were told that it probably got moved to come out quicker yet "finding" it took over 10 minutes and it came out scalding (yeah probably didn't get cooked) the woman that brought it to our table had a manager name tag and not a single apology or anything from our waitress who never went into the kitchen to check on the order, the runner who brought out the messed up order, and the manager who brought out our son's food. I am posting an update to my previous review. Dining in isn't that enjoyable. The quality of the food has gone down since opening and our wings are never "hot" when we get them (they're warm at best). The sauce on the wings is not abundant either. I don't know what all of the complaints are about. B-dubbs is still my all time favorite wing joint. Mango Habanero and spicy garlic rock my face off. Add in bear and tvs with sports and I'm a super duper happy girl. Fast friendly service, clean (new location tho) and same great food. read more

I hadn't come to Buffalo Wild Wings in years but we had a gift card so we decided to give it another go. Thank God I didn't pay for it out of pocket because it was quite disappointing. My husband and I split the summer sampler and got the nachos (came with very little topping and the queso was chunky, cold and nasty), fried pickles (the batter wasn't good, the pickles were flimsy), the cheese curds (way too salty), and Asian zing traditional wings (comes with 4 pieces - sauce was fine, meat on the wings does not taste very good). We also got a small order of wings and split them between Parmesan garlic and the dry rub chipotle. Dry rub was decent and he only reason I'd even give this one star. The Parmesan garlic made me nauseous. The best part of my meal was the carrots and celery the wings came with. Overall, pretty upset I wasted calories eating here for a less than mediocre meal, but then again, it's a chain restaurant..what do you expect? read more

This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant. I've never gone on a review site to complain, but something has to be said. I arrived and met a group of friends for the early Sunday football games. It took 20 mins for our waitress to ask of I wanted a drink, and despite returning to our table twice, it took another 17 mins to get my drink. Nexylt round, it took 20 mins again to get a drink after having to remind her yet again. She apologized and told us she was the only waitress in a section of 13 tables,most of which were full. We hardly saw her the entire time, despite being a table of 15, all eating and drinking, and even waited almost 30 mins to get those. I felt bad for the waitress because she was kind despite being completely overwhelmed. At 1 o'clock on a Sunday, 2 weeks into the NFL season, they need to be staffed better. Food was fine. We had the hot wings and garlic Parmesan. I had a yuengling lager that had a funny taste as though the lines may need cleaning. We were sat quickly but was about 5 mins before we were waited on. The waitress stopped by once immediately after getting our food but not again until we were done. Wife would have had another drink if waitress had checked back. Also took way too long to get our check once done. Waitress apologized but it wasn't even busy. I like B-Dubs a lot. But this one was one of the worst experiences I have had ever had at a restaurant. Top 5 at least!!! Waitress chatted with other waitress sipping a pop and texted on her phone while we waited for our order to even be taken. Food came out late and cold. Talked to manager and she was about as responsive as the waitress. Then when we asked for our check , so she laid the slip down the proceeded to take the 3 other tables orders. But who can blame her. the experience at the restaurant was very poor for my first time every visiting one of these establishments. A cup of coffee was order and was received with grounds all around on the top of the coffee. Next came the ordering of the lunch, a honey bbq lunch with onion rings and sauce on the side, a regular wing garlic parmesan with fries lunch, and 12 honey bbq bites. What was received was not what we ordered. 2 honey bbq with fries lunches no sauce on the side and a order of 12 sweet bbq bites. The server was told about the onion rings and the regular wing order and brought them out. I myself didn't say anything about my order as the girl had messed up as it is. I was not impressed for my first visit and may not go back because of it. read more

Second time here, I'm happy and satisfied. Got the Asian wings/ medium wings split small all flats or wing part. Sauces were right on with the Asian spice being a great recommendation. John took care of me and hit points for a bigger beard and good recommendations. For those used to area wings, start at medium and try the Asian style. Glad I came here for lunch. read more

Very great place, dozens of widescreen LCD/LED HDTVs. Smokin' hot waitresses, friendly service. A place of great happiness and fulfillment. Taste testing of their many different sauces, ones I tried were the Wild, Parmesan garlic and the Spicy garlic. The Wild sauce was screamin' hot (least it says that on the menu), Parmesan garlic and the Spicy garlic sauces weren't so spicy. And the Wild sauce is ONLY not spicy on the fries during the taste test. However though, they're very spicy on the wings. So if you have the Wild sauce, be cautious. Other than that, all was good. This restaurant is terrible. My wife asked for no lettuce on the buffalo chicken wrap and it came out with lettuce. After that was fixed, when we got the bill it was charged both times. That had to be corrected too. I also was served the lagunitas beer in a smaller sized glass than advertised in the menu. When we got there to pick up the food the person cashing us out was very rude, everyone in there seemed to be completely miserable. Finally we got our food and we open up the containers none of the dipping sauces we ordered were in the bag (which we paid for), then we get to our burgers and they look like they were literally thrown into the box. The patties were just sitting there and the toppings were everywhere and all the food was cold. We placed this order an hour ahead and got there and nothing was together. What?! I ordered a pulled pork burger. When our food was delivered, I saw that there was no pulled pork; it was just a burger. Alas, the server had disappeared. After waiting between 10 and 15 minutes, she appeared and delivered more water to our table. I told her that this was not what I ordered. Her response was that they had run out of pulled pork and so she brought me a sirloin burger instead and had forgotten to tell me. Huh? Last time I checked, the server is supposed to let the CUSTOMER make an alternate choice when the restaurant is out of something. The manager came over and was very apologetic and offered to get me something else and have it expedited (no thank you!) and also gave me some "bounce back" coupons.
