Megan was very helpful today! We enjoyed our wings, appetizers, and service very much. My other half said she definitely wants to return

Haven't set foot in a Buffalo Wild Wings in probably over a decade & honestly this proves that I wasn't missing anything. There was a bit of a wait on a Thursday night but service was prompt & attentive once we sat down. The wings were very underwhelming & not very big. With a name that features their specialty, the wings should've been bigger and better quality. The celery was not very fresh...the ends were brown. The bacon Mac & cheese burger was pretty good & the potato wedges were amazing. My ultimate sampler was disappointing. The Hawaiian roll sliders were all bread with a tiny thin burger in the middle. Cauliflower wings were awful..very doughy...obviously came frozen out of a bag. Biggest highlight honestly were the potato wedges and beer battered onion rings. read more

Ordered to go wings. Wings were clearly expired and were horrible. The worst wings ever from BWW...

First of all when you have Wings in the name of the business you should have great wings. It's been a while since I've gotten wings from them since their burgers are damn good. So last week I went to watch a game and ordered wings for a change to see if they got better.I've seen bigger wings on a humming bird. I'm not exaggerating, even my son looked at them and said "wow I guess that's the new size". I was going to say something to the waitress, but what was the point. Dry as hell also. I took the rest in a box and left. read more

Yeah that was a terrible decision... dos x's beer tasted like natty-light. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with everything on it. Came out as a bun and a patty... both meals were cold after having waited 30-40 min. Should have grabbed a beer from Walmart and hit the chick-fil-a drive through. Waitress brought the check and offered desert. We asked to add an order of potato wedges for the kiddo and you would have thought we threw food at the waitress. Seriously that was terrible. read more

Wings are tiny! Service and food was ok. Temperature of restaurant was frigid!!!! So uncomfortable even with jackets on!

There should not be a 20 min wait for a table when there are over 30 open tables! And I only saw 3 tables full why is there an even longer wait for food?!?!? It's the first night of march madness, and a bogo wing night why are there only 3 servers?!?!? And the host was rude! read more

to whom this may concern. last week i attended buffalo wild wings and was told by the waitress that they could not make my traditional wings "extra crispy". i was confused by this comment being that for the last 13 years i have never had an issue with it. she said the reason for this inconvenience was due to it being BOGO Tuesday and they don't do "special orders" anymore due to the multitude of orders they have. this was told to me while there was 5 people in the restaurant. funny how your business goes down, prices go up, and now you can't put wings in an oven for 45 seconds...... this all started after they took the jalapeño poppers off the menu..... its a biter goodbye BDUBS but we're done...... read more

Coming from a Door Dasher!! I've been dashing for quite a while, and there hasn't been 1 time that I walked in Buffalo Wild Wings and my order was ready!! NOT ONCE!! If your Kitchen staff can't handle the orders, find a staff that can!! We shouldn't wait 20-30 minutes past the pick up time!! read more

Not sure why this place got some many bad reviews. The service was good and the food was pretty tasty.

We had a much much better experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings location today. Server was on top of things. Food was served fresh. No complaints at all. read more

Firstly, Elijah was our server and he was the bartender- TOP NOTCH! If our rating were based solely on our service, it would have been 5 stars. Unfortunately, that's not how the experience unfolded once we encountered the manager.... We ordered wings as an appetizer and when they arrived we were both a little surprised at how small the wings were but we ate most of them as we were extremely hungry and it took some time for the wings to come out from the kitchen. We were almost done - only one wing left and it was one of a few that were the worst of the batch when we saw a manager walk past. We called her (Stephanie) over and wanted to show her what type of quality we had received and her response in short (quoting here) "...There's a wing shortage. Google it." When we said, "We just wanted you to take note of what we received..." her response was, "We're hiring if you want a job in the kitchen." With wings, Guinness, burgers & fries, and tip we spent $95.00 at BWW and instead of saying "Sorry for the quality, thank you for letting me know." We were insulted, treated like we should be grateful for what we got, and basically told that if we didn't like the quality of our food, too bad. We used to be frequent visitors of BWW in Sanford but now....not so sure we will be returning. If by chance you do decide to go, ask for Elijah. He really is a great guy and his service is outstanding. read more

Y'all need to do better. Something told me to check my order before I left after hearing them tell the other guy that was waiting for his food they were remaking his because they looked disgusting. After getting home and checking my food not even 15 minutes later I noticed mine looked disgusting also. If you look at something and think to yourself I wouldn't eat that then you need to start over read more

Derek our bartender was awesome! Very speedy, friendly service! Definitely 5 stars! Will come back if he's working!

3 total people in the restaurant and there's a 20 minute wait. Out of lettuce somehow. Just not a good experience

My husband ordered the mango habanero wings last night and they legitimately smelled and tasted like throw up. This location has not been up to par for a very long time but last night was probably the worst food we have ever had from there. Will not be back. read more

Came her for an early dinner but they only had 2 cooks. No chips so no nachos or guacamole. On the tots, the chicken was cold and tots barely warm. Pickles were good but made with no love, just thrown in the deep frier and came out stuck together. The wings were hot and really good. Decided to take the tots home and heat in the oven. Our hostess Krista so nice and so helpful. She did a good job despite B Dubs short of staff. I would definitely come here again. It was very clean and nice place to hang out and watch for a little. I would.have given them a 5 if the tots were hot. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings - Wings. Honey Garlic, habenero, Buffalo ranch and jalapeno - Chicken Wings Near Me - Sanford, North Carolina

EPIC FAIL!!! ! This will be the last of many times that we've tried to patron this establishment. The food is okay most of the time. Last night, the sandwich was sloppy & the wings were undercooked. But what is most disturbing & unforgiving is the sorry service! They were not busy (no real surprise there after seeing g other reviews), but it took them over an hour to have a to-go order ready. We gave them an extra 15 minutes by arriving a later later, & the order was still not ready by the time we arrived. We waited for almost 5 minutes to be acknowledged. It wasn't because of a line of people waiting to be seated or get their orders. Rather, it was because two employees were behind the reception area holding a conversation. They looked up, saw us standing there, & continued on with their discussion without so much as a "Be with you shortly". When they finally asked me what I needed, they showed no urgency in trying to give us the order, & they never apologized for ignoring us or not having the order ready on time. This isn't the first time we've been here & this happen. The service is the worst ever! This location would do better to dismiss the entire wait staff & start over!! But this lack of service usually stems from the top...I certainly believe that a FAILURE to correct this behavior is a managerial matter. Yet, at this point, it's a matter that's all yours! We will drive to Raleigh or Fayetteville--or make another meal choice altogether--before we come back here!!! BWW of Sanford, we're DONEwith the likes of you!!! read more

My wings were okay for lemon pepper and my Mom loved the mango habanero. However, we ordered and got the vegetables but waited and waited for our meal. The large party seated after us got their food way before we did. Also, check your veggies they give you when out of slaw. They were browning and still dirty. The waitress was nice. read more

I mean it's a standard B*Dubs, food is comparable to them all. B*Dubs is my go to sports bar across the country. Only reason they get a mark down is because this is possibly the smallest B*Dubs I've ever been in in my life, (it's about the size of a Taco Bell). This whole establishment is the size of most B*Dubs bar area. I'll definitely be back, but sadly will likely only be doing takeout, or driving 5 minutes further for the B*Dubs in Holly Springs. read more

Food was fine but our server was very rude and avoided us at all costs and took 20 minutes after giving our food to give us our drinks because my husband reminded him about them. Just was a simple sweet tea and Pepsi and didn't give us straws after giving us our drinks. There was a family across from us that was very upset with him and was complaining about their food being cold. I've gone here several times haven't had a bad experience until now definitely ruined BWW for me. Was so disappointed went here for my anniversary if you wanna waste your time go here. read more

This place is only getting a star because I have to put one for this review. Lets start with are you fu*%ing kidding me?! We arrived at 7:50. Waited 35min to be seated. Once seated we're informed by the manager, Alexis, that the grill is shut down for the night. We can only order wings or a salad. THEY DONT CLOSE UNTIL 10PM AND ITS ONLY 8:30PM. Why the hell would you make a family wait, then tell them the limited menu is even more limited. We only came here for the burgers! I was so aggravated that I walked out. The manager then apologized and said if we decide quickly we can still get a burger. So now I have to hurry and decide. We just fucking sat down! This is not how you run a successful restaurant but then again, they only have 2 stars. Im taking this all the way to corporate. Im calling bullshit on this one. read more

Nothing like trusting a business to provide you with your correct order. I should know better by now. Very seldom do I get something accurate from this place. And not to mention the sticker designed to ensure accuracy but its left blank. If someone, like a manager, did their job they would have found the 2 mistakes on the order. Way to go BWW! Had to send my boneless wings back numerous times due to being fried too hard. Although no disrespect took place, an attitude was present being that the server had been irritated by my continuous requests. Understanding how it is because of my history in the food industry I get how it can be frustrating at times but thats why i no longer work in that field. That being said I would avoid this location if possible if you are short tempered. read more

This place has good food but unfortunately the services is so bad. I hate to give bad reviews but today was enough. Everytime I order to go food, the orders are incomplete, missing sides or wrong quantity. I always have to come back and pick up my missing order, but today I was so pissed because one of my kids were again not able to eat because they missed 10 wings. I called back and they transferred me with Samantha, the manager, she said I need to come back to pick them up or they can refund 5$, are you kidding me, I was so mad, I told her this happens all the time, I have to spend my gas again to go back, my time or one of us just don't eat, she was very careless, even though I told her that they need to review their orders twice and she said we do, and didn't help me. 5$ is not the cost of 10 wings, not even my gas or time!!! read more

Very disappointed, this use to be my go to spot, every time I go to Buffalo Wild Wings on Tuesdays for the bogo deal on traditional wings they never have any nor most of the food on the menu or certain beers, also I was told it'd be a 35 wait for seating of 2 yet I see 10 tables available and 8 seats at the bar available, I hope they improve, I miss this place. read more

i just tried to call buffalo wild wings in sanford at 8p and they never cook any burgers at night. their excuse is that the cooks are too young and they have to send them home early. they will only make fried foods. this restaurant has poor customer service and i never get the meal i come here for when i do try to eat here. don't even waste your time. i rather drive the thirty minutes to five guys. read more

We ordered our food from Doordash and tracked the entire order. The food took over an hour to cook, mind you I only ordered a kids meal boneless and a grilled chicken wrap. The Doordash driver picked up the food and it was delivered in less than 10 minutes to us. The food arrived cold and my grilled chicken was as hard as a brick. I would have been better off trying to eat a rock than to eat this grilled chicken wrap. I was unable to eat my order, and had to throw it away. This was absolutely at no fault to Doordash, and all on Buffalo Wild Wings. Upon calling and speaking to to the Manager on duty, Teresa, she told me there was nothing she could do and that it was Doordash's fault after repeatedly telling her that my grilled chicken was ROCK HARD which is obviously their fault. She was completely rude and disrespectful. Having previously worked for Buffalo Wild Wings, I know that it was in no way the correct way to address a customer who has received poorly made food from the restaurant. YOU CAN DO BETTER. Now i'm writing a bad review on every single platform because Teresa did not address the poor situation correctly as a manager should. read more

Don't come here unless u just wanna waste your time. Came here at 10:20 pm one night after a movie and was greeted by telling us we could only order fried food, and that only take out or nothing. THEY DONT CLOSE AT 12am they wanted to close at 10:30pm and get out of there. This place needs some serious management. Who even dude. This place always wanting to close early or never is selling all menus items. I wish I could give this location a ZERO. read more

If I could do minus stars I would give it a minus 5 stars. It was awful. They were out of 3 beers that my spouse ordered. Who knows how many more they were out of? We had a simple order of wings. Yup just wings and fries. 2 flavors. They were terrible. I doubt they were freshly fried like they use to do. It seemed more like they were reheated in an over. The sauce was dried out on Nashville hot. 3 of the wings were cold. Cold. How do you have cold wings? The Asian zing was a tad bit better. They were warm. Chicken was dried out. Who puts cheese on French fries? I thought it was salt and pepper. It was cheese. When did you add cheese? Awful. Tell me about it when I order it and ask me do I want dried out cheese flakes on my fries. We sat at the bar. Our beer glasses sat empty for way too long in a restaurant where they had two tables of people and 3 people at the bar. Us and one other dude who got his order to go. The place was empty. Why did it take so frekin long to get our dried out warm wings? Save your money. Go to a pizza joint, food truck or just go hungry, it will be less aggravating! Oh and the phone charger sockets don't work either so don't plan to charge your phone. read more

we came for dine in & they told us it was going to be a 15-20 min wait ( 6 adults 2babies). 30 min past & we asked again how long was it going to be? they said another 5-10 min so they can clean the tables. Keep it mind they was plenty of tables open. Their was four people in front us & they couldn't sat them down either so they left & went to the franchise next door( aye toro). I don't know what was going on but it was really upsetting bc me and my family really wanted some wings :( read more

I recommend everyone stay way from this place. The service is extremly poor and the staff had no interest in serving certain people.

I ordered the black bean burger. It was dry as a fart and burned to a crisp. I sent it back. No 3 minutes later the manager brings back what appeared to be a new burger, but looked just as charred. I asked if this one is as crispy as the first one and the manager replied, "No I cooked this one myself!" I asked her to put it in a to go box which she did. I wasn't amused because I do not go out to eat often and felt ripped off. But this isn't the worst part! At home I finally sat down to eat the burger and noticed that indeed I had received the very same burned burger on a new bun! What the hell? I had cut the first burger in half and the second burger was held together with avocado hiding the bite I had taken... trust me when I say we will never ever come back to BWW in Sanford. read more
