Not to be confused with Rochester Tame Thighs. Definitely one of the worst chains in the world, and definitely the worst location we've been to in the Houston area. The service here is just so nasty, and we already know that the food is some of the worst stuff out there, and perhaps the most noxious misinterpretation of Buffalo food imaginable. Wings taste like microwaved one dollar banquet crap (used to be decent, never amazing), and boneless wings are not even a thing - it's just a very small form of bad chicken nuggets, why pay wing prices for some bad nuggets people, come on get your priorities straight. The burgers are awful too. A bad experience then, and this place doesn't check on you, doesn't make you feel welcome, and doesn't offer refills (they do, but they never do, you know what I mean), and doesn't clean the lobby (not that I care), so I'm not sure what the point of having staff here is. Look, it's BDubz...you know what you're getting mostly, and yes your mileage may vary, as all establishments are going through the same resources blues. This location is in a huge shopping center just off 99. Parking has never been an issue for us. This happens to be my preferred location, and I also prefer to eat at the bar because of Dani the awesome bartender (who was just promoted to manager...way to go & well deserved) who makes all visits incredibly amazing. We'll miss her at the bar, but I have no doubt the whole establishment will improve with her help. I also ordered fries and didn't get them...I didn't say anything bc at this point I didn't really care and had a few of my wife's...but when the bill came the fries were on them. About once a year, my husband suggests this Buffalo Wild Wings location, only to leave saying "I don't know why I keep coming back here". This place is disgusting, from the nasty sticky floors and tables to the lazy staff. Our experience tonight was no different. Their customer service is absolute garbage. Don't expect your water glasses to be refilled or any trash on your table to be cleared. The wait time for the food is long - possibly because they are taking their time to make sure your boneless wings are nice and burned. We had to send our wings back since they forgot to make them extra wet like we requested. The waitress tried to convince us that "no that's how they are supposed to be" but we insisted on her correcting the issue. The environment was obnoxiously loud.
