The food was good and cooked just right crispy wings and flavorful. The staff was friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. It wasn't too busy when I went, so the atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. Also, the beer selection was solid and everything was served nice and cold. Definitely a good spot to unwind and enjoy some wings and drinks.

We came in around 5pm and our goal was to eat sip eat and head to home depot! Lauren was our waitress and I just want to say WOW! Thank you for waiting patiently while my daughter screamed for water and you saw I was getting a tad overwhelmed so you left grabbed the water real quick so we could order! Thank you again! We had a great time outside enjoying the sun and you Lauren making sure we where taken care of! I appreciate you!

So we ordered to go- and asked when we picked up if we got our 6 extra wings- we were told they were in the box. NOPE! So if you use their special code for the extra wings OPEN THE BOX AND COUNT THEM BEFORE YOU LEAVE! Also the order wasn't put in until we arrived so we had to wait despite ordering and paying online. The wings are Ok not worth the hassle- chewy, rubbery cold, we live 5min away- shouldn't have been cold by time got home. The other places are still hot by time we got home.....

Visited on BOGO boneless wings Thursday! Went with the in-laws and it started out great then went downhill as the night progressed. Everyone ordered boneless wings and had their own flavors. You can order up to 4 sauces and they can mix it up evenly/oddly or you could just stay with one flavor. We sat at the bar area, the tables felt small and didnt have enough elbow room. So when we finished our appetizers, she didnt come by to pick up our dirty dishes. When we started placing our dirty dishes at an empty table, it felt the server neglected us more. The only time she visited was when our food was ready and at the beginning when we wanted to order. The boneless wings tasted just fine. Ordered dry rub and sauced up wings, both tasted just like the sauce titles itself. The main dining area seemed packed than the bar area. The bar area had empty tables all around for a Thursday night. Overall, its a decent restaurant for when you are craving wings and just want to hang out/watch some sports.

After a grueling shift at work, my wife and I trudged into the eerie quiet of a Wednesday night, desperate for a quick, satisfying meal to cap off the day. By 12:30 AM, our options were limited, but Buffalo Wild Wings--a name synonymous with hearty portions and late-night cravings--felt like a safe bet. We placed our order through the app, craving the crispy familiarity of classic wings, a mountain of golden fries, and, of course, those beloved cheese curds. The promise of convenience lured us: *order ahead, skip the line, enjoy*. Or so we thought. Upon arriving at the dimly lit restaurant, I parked in the vacant front lot, walked into the stark fluorescence of the lobby, and paid for our order. The staff member at the counter was polite and professional, assuring me it would be about 10 minutes. Not unreasonable, given the hour. I returned to my car, waited the allotted time, and came back inside right at the 10-minute mark. The food was handed over without delay, and I drove the five minutes back home, hopeful for a satisfying meal. But what awaited us was not relief--it was betrayal. **The Meal: A Symphony of Disappointment** Let's dissect this *feast*: - **The Wings**: Limp, soggy, and barely warmer than room temperature. The sauce clung to them like a halfhearted afterthought, the skin rubbery, as if they'd been abandoned under a heat lamp for hours. - **The Fries**: Imagine biting into a fossilized potato. Rock-hard, desiccated, and devoid of seasoning--a far cry from the crisp, salty perfection we'd anticipated. These weren't fries; they were edible punishment. - **The Cheese Curds**: The sole redeeming item. Warm, melty, and satisfying--proof that *someone* in the kitchen still cared. But even these couldn't salvage the train wreck. This wasn't a meal--it was a masterclass in mediocrity. A $30 insult. **The Real Issue: A Systemic Failure** The problem isn't just cold food. It's the systemic breakdown that allowed this to happen. When a brand stakes its reputation on bold flavors and reliability, serving subpar, neglected food after midnight isn't an oversight--it's a choice. A choice to prioritize closing tasks over customer satisfaction. To treat late-night patrons as afterthoughts. The staff member who helped me was courteous and did their best, but the kitchen's execution--or lack thereof--spoke volumes about the operational standards at this location. The food was clearly prepared without care, left to sit too long, and handed over without a second thought. **The Aftertaste: A Lesson Learned** We'll no longer gamble our time, money, or taste buds on this location. If craving B-Dubs' potential, we'll make the trek to Tukwila--where, based on reviews, the staff still treats food (and customers) with respect. To the management: This isn't a critique. It's an indictment. You had one job. *One*. And in a town teeming with late-night options, complacency is a recipe for obsolescence. Do better--or watch your customers vanish like the heat from those wings. **Final Verdict**: 1/5 stars. Saved from zero only by the cheese curds' fleeting mercy.

Traditional Wings Honey Garlic Cheese Curd Bacon Burger

Short version: Go next. Don't waste your time and money on overpriced and overcooked chicken, inattentive servers, long wait times from kitchen to table, flavorless burgers, and bacon that's so inedible it could be trademarked by little tykes. There are better options on Meridian in BOTH directions. Long version: 1. We have seen our waitress two, maybe three, times the entire hour and twenty-five minutes that we have been here. 2. Our food, two burgers and two ten piece wings, were delivered 45 mintues after our order had been placed. 3. We spent 30 out of the 45 minutes that we waited for our food for our waitress to walk past so that we could ask her to clear the table of our appetizer plates, which we ordered and and finished before we ordered our entrees, and for a refill of our beverages. Refills were brought to our table but the appetizer plates that we had stacked at the end of the table were left, which left us with less table space because we still also had our original drink glasses. 4. The food: The two orders of wings were reported as fine aside from being "a little chewy." I was offered a wing and can confirm that they were chewy and, for myself, not nearly heated well enough. Also, did BWW change their medium sauce? It tastes like it has way more vinegar than I remember. It could legitimately be used as a brine after tasting what I tasted. The two burgers we ordered had no sauce on them and the slices of bacon were so chewy and stiff that we had to remove them to eat the burgers. 4. I know that it's a BWW, but this location could benefit by turning the volume of their speakers down a smidge. We want to watch the games but we also do not want to have to shout to speak to someone that we are sitting next to. I've worked in the service industry and I know that it can suck but this is just sad and not worth the $115.79 that we spent, including our tip. We know that not all BWW are like this, but we won't be back to this one. There are a plethora of better dining options that are located in Puyallup for the same price, or less, than what we paid for this particular dinner.

We came here for my friend's birthday and the vibe was absolutely immaculate!!!! Exactly the kind of energy you want for a special night out. Let's talk about the service: Brian and Jason are absolute legends. They took such good care of us and honestly made the whole experience 10x better. They're attentive, super friendly, and just know how to make you feel like a VIP. The bar has everything you need. Reanee is the sweetest and will customize to your hearts desire ensuring your whistle is wet Now, the food... wow. The chicken is straight-up fire, but the real game-changer is the Lemon Pepper SAUCE. I've only ever had the dry rub before at other spots, but having it as a wet sauce is a total revelation. It's zesty, peppery, and addictive... I'm never going back to dry rub again. Amazing food, killer service, and a great atmosphere. If you haven't been here yet, you're missing out. Highly recommend!

In my mind it…read morewas gonna be dimly lit, old school, classy dark-colored furniture, easy listening jazzy music playing softly in the background and a warm ambiance that was inviting, once you stepped in. That's what I picture when I hear speakeasy. A very intimate setting. However, this was completely opposite. It was bright, with a mishmash of decor. I wasn't sure if there was a theme. There were fake plants and a column/pillar with mirrors on it, an Amazon Forrest mural on the wall with televisions up on a couple. Felt like a sports bar. The tables and chairs were your average styled booths, that light-colored wood. It was sooooo cold inside. When we walked in, we were greeted by a nice young lady. She seemed to have a puzzled look on her face as to why we were there. My husband stated we had reservations. So now we were seated. Time to order. Looking over the menu, I see the pricing and was like "ok, a lil higher priced type of menu" I was down to give it a try. We ordered the calamari and zucchini chips for apps and then the butternut squash risotto with scallops (approx $30) for me and the brined chicken ($28) for my husband as well as a side of broccolini ($14). The apps came out first and I was honestly shocked. The calamari were so tiny and the zucchini looked like what they would serve in a bowling alley. Both dishes had the "mama lil's peppers" in it. I'm okay with the portion size but how are you charging $20 for calamari and $14 for the zucchini? Then we received our entrees. Again, we were looking for an elevated dining experience with the pricing of the food, to include presentation and all. I was disappointed to see the cheap cafeteria-like silverware and dish ware it was served on. Now understand the food was good. Not OMG WE ARE COMING BACK kinda good. But mid. Nothing wrong with that but the way they advertise is as if you are about to have a romantic, chill and classy dining experience. It's okay to be mid tier. I won't be mad about it. My dish was not butternut squash risotto, it was a mushroom risotto with 4 mid sized scallops. My husband's chicken was nicely seasoned and flavored and the mashed potatoes it came with, delish. He had caramelized carrots but some were straight black. Maybe a bit much heat. The broccolini was drowning in a cream sauce with onions and mama lil's peppers, slightly overcooked. Needless to say, it wasn't the dinner I was expecting, especially paying almost $200 for it. We did have a couple drinks and those were good. Customer service was on point. The staff were accommodating and helpful. I would kinda expect that since there were only us and another table in the dining room area. I had high hopes but sadly, not the vibe I was looking for. I've been to a fair share of a lil more upscale restaurants and this didn't hit that point for me personally. I think with lower prices and refraining from calling it a speakeasy, it could do well. Just my opinion. Oh they had a lil area for taking selfies available. Thank you for a nice date night with my hubby. We had a chance to have some one on one time together.

Prisoners at Guantanamo Bay get better service than we received…read more I'll preface this by saying it was a packed house for a Seahawks playoff game--so yes, it was busy. That was entirely expected, especially for a rival game against the 49ers. Any competent business plans and staffs accordingly. We arrived and were seated at one of the last tables we had called ahead to reserve. After 30 minutes of watching our section server walk around taking orders and delivering food and drinks to other tables, I finally had to stop her just to ask for water and a menu. Her response was simply that it was really busy. Obviously. But even in a rush, checking in or dropping waters is the bare minimum. As a former server myself, a quick "Hey folks, we're running about X minutes on food, but I can grab drinks" goes a long way in managing expectations. After another 30 minutes, I gave up and went to the bar myself to get drinks. Once halftime hit, I decided to order food to go. That still took an hour, and we didn't receive it until there were about 10 minutes left in the game. To her credit, the server who took the to-go order (a different server) did let me know the kitchen was backed up and followed through--communication that was genuinely appreciated. Throughout the game, I had to return to the bar multiple times to refill our sodas and waters. Our assigned server continued to take orders and deliver food throughout the section, yet not once during the entire game did she stop at our table. Not once. Needless to say, it will be a cold day in Hades before we return. I could be crawling in hunger and would rather meet my maker than give this place another dollar of my money.
