We've checked in here quite a bit. It's a decent spot to catch a game and grab wings, but the experience can be hit or miss. Not bad, but not one of the better locations we've been to. read more

In a Restaurant half full a 40 minute wait because take out has priority over dine in. Unacceptable for any restaurant. Especially a well know establishment like Buffalo Wild Wings. read more

Terrible service food came out cold and this slackjaw wouldn't refill our drinks. Needs better service and maybe some warm food.

Service was horrible manger should not be in position and wait staff was disappointing as well

I am so disappointed with my experience and Buffalo Wild Wings. Me and a couple of friends stopped in to get apps and drinks. Our waiter barely spoke to us never refilled our waters or drinks. We asked for sauces they were never delivered. She was not friendly with us. So it would be one star. However a very kind gentleman helped us! read more

everything. Food was cold. got bottomless appetizers and the dude never came back to refill them. Had to ask for refills when he walked by us 10 times with empty glasses. Lardass disappeared for 15 minutes and brought us some cold ass food. My drink was warmer then the mf food. Table next to us was a big group and they never received their food and left. read more

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. I came in frequently about a year ago and it was definitely busier and better quality. Since then, they've hired a new floor manager and she seems like a horrible person to work for. She's constantly treating the team members like they are peasants in just the way she speaks to them from what I have witnessed firsthand. Do not talk to Stephanie. There's never any patrons when I come in anymore, even during what should be busy times. The food is poor quality, the marketing pics on the menu are unrealistic. The breading doesn't even look the same. The lettuce is clearly not fresh. They've really let this BWW go and it doesn't surprise me that nobody goes anymore. Wouldn't be shocked if this place was out of business in another year. read more

My family and a few friends stopped at this location to watch football last Sunday. Overall, I think we had a mediocre experience. We were a party of seven and seated quickly, but after waiting four minutes I walked back up to the server to ask for our server. He came over and apologized and took our drink order quickly. We didn't have to wait too terribly long for the draft beers. We ordered our food and received our appetizer fairly quickly, but our friends did not get their pretzel bites until their food arrived. They received their food, but we had to flag our server down to get our food a few minutes later along with asking for refills. What was really aggravating is we could see our server chitchatting with friends by the front door while we were awaiting service/refills. The manager came by, was very friendly, and gave us Bogo coupons for burgers. Our server came back and apologized shortly afterwards and grabbed our refills for the kids. Overall, it was not the best service and frustrating. read more

After getting back to the states after 4 years we decided on BWW for the trivia. (I mean who wants to talk to their spouse during a meal). It was a big disappointment to realize that was no longer a thing here. I was able to sample a few IPAs, all I wouldn't recommend. The wings were fine but not worth it for the price. Our waiter was very friendly! And in any other environment I would have welcomed him sitting down at the table for 20 mins discussing life but tonight was not the night. Our food came out at all different times. The two orders of wings came out about 10 mins apart and my wings came out with the appetizer. The three dip appetizer included queso (really good), salsa (ok) and guacamole (bland beyond belief). I will say the environment was very clean and I loved the amount of staff on hand. read more

Now you have raised your prices on beer?!?! Beer is the easiest think to pour at a bar. I'm positive this will start to be the demise of your franchise. Your business will start to lose your regulars. read more

We've been here a few times, you can't really go wrong with B Dubs. We walked over after the tree lighting and Christmas parade, we decided to sit at the bar, they only had 2 wait staff so the wait would've been awhile if we wanted a table but the bar was fine. Bartender was friendly. We both got traditional wings, mild with ranch and bleu cheese for me and Caribbean jerk for my husband, basket of fries to share. They seriously hit the spot and I was still tasting it an hour later, sign up for their email rewards and you get coupons and birthday wings. read more

Don't honor points when you try to redeem them. Manager did nothing to make it right. We will NEVER come back here.

Eating out has gotten very expensive, life has gotten really expensive so when a person spends 74.00 dollars on chicken and fries.. the quality needs to good. The chicken with the lemon dry rub was so over season, we could not eat the entire order and both order of large fires were rubbery-like.. read more

Give me a break. 1 Hr and 20 and we got a beer (after 35 minutes and 20 minutes after ordering it) and 2 waters. Frustrated we left after paying for our beer. The MANAGER: PAUL came, removed the rest of our food order from our bill with his key card, never made eye contact, apologized, asked if we needed anything. Just charged us $8.00 for our time and had us go to save him some embarrassment. The waitress: Taylor didn't attend our table often, afraid to approach the table knowing our food was taking forever. And in the process of ordering she didn't know what "medium" heat was... I had to open the menu to show her, or she would have given me the hottest (she said "The hottest?, then "Oh, you mean dry rub?") they heat, because she didn't understand "medium [heat]" 2/10, uninterested, uncaring staff. 7/10, food. It is wings after all. Right now we crossed the parking lot to Red Robyn and are already eating fries, have waters, and our food and beer orders in. I give it 15 minutes or less and we have all of our food and we're satisfied. (YUP! food was here before I finished typing) read more

My boyfriend and I went here for the Nebraska basketball game while the men were playing in march madness. It was a Friday night, we sat down around 5:45. We ordered an app, drinks & wings + fries. My boyfriend wanted garlic Parmesan sauce for his wings but the waitress said they were out of that sauce which was fine, no worries. Our food was good, that's why I'm giving the 1 star. The service was awful. Our waitress seemed to really want to get rid of us and we didn't understand why as we were being nothing but nice as she was pretty nice at first too! She gave us our ticket right after we received our food and my boyfriend and I wanted to order more drinks so that's why my boyfriend didn't put his card down. When she came back, we ordered more drinks and she crumpled up our ticket in a huff and seemed mad we ordered more drinks but one of the biggest games of the year was on. For context: there were plenty of open tables and nobody waiting for a table. When I got my drink, I asked for a straw and she said they were out and walked away. Alright.. she brings our ticket again right before halftime. We both wanted 1 more drink because we were staying to watch the game. She doesn't come over to our table again AT ALL. My boyfriend just laid his card down and we were going to leave but we decided no, we're not going to be rushed out of a place we just gave business to for no reason. So I go up and ask another employee for our waitress, she comes back over and just stands in front of us. My boyfriend asks for a coors light and he doesn't even get the words out of his mouth before she cuts him off and says - "we're out" .. no offer of a coors in a can or bottle. So he just says Busch light. It was absolutely ridiculous behavior for two people who are giving you service and we tipped very well on the original check that she brought over for the second time. When we got the check for the last 2 drinks for us- I did not tip. Very rude & annoying experience. read more

This is my go to place in the Papillion area for you guessed it... Wings. Beer. Sports. Most times I order pick up, but when I don't, it's usually to watch a sporting event. I always opt to sit on the bar side as it is usually less crowded and has good views of the TVs. The staff on the bar side have always been quick to greet us and take our order. The last time I went, I was especially happy with the bar staff. I attempted to order one of my go to drinks (cucumber vodka + soda), but I was told they didn't have cucumber vodka so the bartender offered to add fresh cucumbers to my drink free of charge. The fresh cucumbers ended up being just as good, if not better. The bar staff are more than willing to make/attempt to make what you like! I give this place four stars as it is typical bar food that is over priced unless you go for the specials or happy hour. Drinks can be pricey as well so I recommend asking for drink specials (they usually have a $3 tall beer). Definitely give this place a try next time you are craving wings or need somewhere to watch a game. read more

Came in Saturday at 2pm and waited an hour for our wings. Waitress said they were in the que still. We said we weren't waiting any longer and asked for the bill for the appetizers we had ordered. Came back on Monday evening to give it another shot. Food was ok but had to finally stop the waitress as she walked past and ask for refills when everyone's glasses were totally empty and now we have been sitting here for over 20 minutes waiting for our bill. No sign of our waitress but there seems to be plenty of staff. Still waiting..... read more

Buffalo Wild Wings - Trash still sitting on the table and no bill yet to pay. Going on 30 minutes. - Chicken Wings Near Me - Papillion, Nebraska

This place little out of the main business of Omaha, but it assures that you are served with the kind of wings you like, I prefer going to this outlet of BWW cause you will have to wait for about 30 mins in order to get seated at other outlets and this one is not as buzzing as the other ones, Tuesday are the best days that you can eat your heart out without paying a bomb, coming to the food part... mind blowing sauces on the wings if you ask them to make it extra moist (wet) , Garlic Parmesan, Thai curry, mango herbanaro are the best on offer, I love the fried pickle they serve... keep it up!! read more

Sat down for 15 minutes, many employees walked by, 0 employees stopped to take our order or get us drinks or tell us "we suck, you should leave". That was implied I guess. Don't waist your 15 minutes. PS Freddie's across the street is under construction also. Wahlburgers is good! read more

I'm done ordering from this papillion location and maybe all BWW locations. Ordering online does nothing for convienience. EVERYTIME i've shown up I had to wait for 20+ minutes for food to be "bagged" Last night specifically I arrived 10 minutes after I was supposed to pick up, hoping that i'd be in and out. Nope. The employee there told me it was probably in the back being bagged. I sat and waited with 4 other hungry people waited for their orders as well. 20 Minutes later she brings the food out. I take it home and ALL of the wings are dry and there is a splash of sauce on a few as if they took a spoon and tossed it into the togo container, they were mostly old and overcooked, I suspect they took old cold ones and refried them because they were incredibly greasy. I could barely stab a fork through them, out of 24 boneless wings, my girlfriend and I ended up eating 10 out of starvation. I tried to let it go because I hate leaving reviews but I realized that this has been a constant issue with the Papillion location and after 12 hours of cooling down I still feel like this location needs an entire new staff at the very least. read more

I can't comprehend how a place like this, with such a famous name and reputation, can put out such mediocre food. My wife had a burger, which did not come as ordered, the temperature was warm, but not hot, and the fires were NOT what was pictured when we looked on line. The fries were warm, not hot also. I had boneless wings, 6 sweet BBQ, and 6 mild. The wings were not hot, only warm. The BBQ flavor was unexceptional, and the mild was not any better. The mild was serves with an excess of sauce. Now one good thing, we had great, friendly service. As far as the food goes, not good enough to even consider going back, and a bit expensive. You can probably get better hot wings at your local bowling alley!!!!!! read more

Checked in online when we arrived at the restaurant gave our name and told them we checked in online. We were told that it would be 35 to 45 minutes. We then showed them the text message from buffalo wild wings saying our table was ready. Kid at the host station laughed and said yeah we dont do that. Looking around they restaurant had several open tables that needed bussed. Better service and wings up the road at Jerzees don't waste your time or money on this place. read more

Had an employee pick this order up for me so I can't speak to the customer service, but I ordered 10 boneless wings, and they apparently decided to give me the tiniest wings they could possibly find. It looks awful, I can't believe they actually believe this is an acceptable offer to a customer. When your wings are this small, you supplement in one or two extra to make up for it. I didn't pay for the number of wings, I paid for the amount of meat. Will never eat here again. Get your act together. read more

Service is friendly, but more concerned with bussing tables than pushing on the kitchen staff. Food is good but the kitchen is SUPER slow!!! My party five waited no less than 45 minutes for our food for a room that was less than half full. This is the 3rd time in a row where this has happened to us. At least two smaller parties that came in after us were served with food first. No apologies from the staff. I don't know why I keep giving this location another chance.
