My work ordered from BWW for lunch and this is the celery that was given to us. It was slimey, smelly and over all gross. And this is from multiple bags of celery too, so you can't tell me that whoever was bagging the vegetables up didn't notice a single bag or stalk was bad. I've been here several times and this one goes out for all my respected friendly folks of the owatonna area and beyond, I gave this a fair try and on multiple occasion I've had absolutely terrible service and this was all year round, and the biggest reason I recommend not to eat here is because of the quality of food you will be served absolute trash, you will get wings that where cooked with dirty oil as well as wings that where cooked a half week ago, the manager, if a complaint is received will not apologize!, instead she'll find all the reasons why its not her fault it's someone else's fault This place is garbage. read more

Food wasn't really good, service a little slow but ok. Who wants to sit in unclean environment. Not a nice atmosphere for families with kids. To be honest I'm sad that I have to rate a Buffalo Wild Wings 2 stars. We usually love BWW, but you won't catch us returning to this one. The best part of our visit was being told the wait was 25 min and being seated in 9. After that everything just went down hill. The arrangement of tables and booths in this place was crowded. Our table was so close to the booth behind us that literally every person that walked through bumped into my chair. And there wasn't any more room on the other side. Our waitress was nice and for the most part on top of our beverages. We ordered my son's favorite appetizer, Fried Pickles, and those came out fairly quickly and were, sadly, the best part of the meal. After that we waited... and waited... and waited some more. We watched 4 tables who came in after us get their appetizers, then their meals, and we still waited. After close to an hour our food finally came out (we had already planned on leaving at the hour mark without our meal). My honey BBQ boneless wings were extra bland, and it wasn't for lack of sauce. For whatever reason the sauce itself was the blandest honey BBQ I've had from a BWW. The boyfriend's order was all around screwed up. He had asked for no green olives on his burger and was assurred it wouldn't come with them on it but when it finally came out it was COVERED with chopped up green olives. The wings he ordered came out in the wrong flavor too. The waitress did appologize and fix the wings but by the time the new ones came out we were all done eating. Not sure if this is the normal for this location, but I would definitely skip this BWW and try other eateries in the area - I've had better wings and service at the Applebees across the highway. read more

Never been to one before but was very excited when it opened here. I would say that this is definitely the place to stop for food in Owatonna. Having said that, the wait staff is new and the service is not fast. I'm sure given some time they will catch up soon but for now it is noticeable. This is the worst BWW I have been to and that means I have been at over 20 different BWW's!!!! Ordered a Gin/Tonic. No lime, got that fixed. Ordered small size, got a snack size. Wrong sauce, boneless wings were room temp. I almost asked for a thermometer from the kitchen. Only 5 ppl in the place at 12:30.... no wonder. The management and cooks need to hit the road. I frequent this place often enough to know a busy night from a slow night.... my date and I walked in around 8pm. It was relatively quite, but waited a few minutes for a booth, which is completely fine! After a few minutes at the table, the server rushed over and quickly asked for our drinks. After receiving our drinks, she put in our appetizer order! At this time, we've been here for 15-20 minutes, if that. We got both our drinks and appetizer in that time. After over an hour of waiting and our dinner order placed, we decided to take one for the team and head out. My date and I decided to leave $10 on the table and called it a night. Very disappointing being how quite and slow it was. Also, I might add, 2 other tables had received their meal before us and we were there a good 30 minutes before them. How ever The bar tending and service is very slow and once you have had 3 beers or so they will not return to your table (Yes even Superbowl Sunday)!! They look at your amount of beer compared to time arrived and cut you off accordingly. Want a birthday party with kids? Go for it. Want to go up for beer, wings, and the game with some friends? There are many other places that would meet your needs in a much funner fashion. Love the franchise but hate this branch however. I enjoyed the atmosphere very much and our waitress was excellent and right on top of service! I ordered the nachos and when my order came there was barely any cheese or meat but they were still good... the bathroom was clean and my price wasn't too bad. Pretty much what you'd expect from a BWW. Extremely loud and impossible to have a conversation since there are about a billion TVs blaring at all times. Cleaner then some of the other BWWs I've been to. Decent food and comparable prices. Menus are always incredibly sticky and gross. read more
