Ok, to start off, if I could leave a lower rating, I would but the wait and staff are nice and friendly, but the food is fucking horrible, my dad's drink had a THICK layer of mucus over it and my brother was crying because they got rid of their signature mac'n' cheese and now it's just cold kraft. Always a fun time to come here. Several beers that are buy one get one free. Service today was extra good, we got Camille and she was not overbearing but got us everything out quickly. We got here when it was fairly slow but got packed quickly. Staff are all in masks, patrons were hit or miss. As most BWWs, tons of TVs to watch whatever you'd like. Good selection of beers. Wings are good, there were some that weren't the best. We got mango habanero which is always a must if you can handle the spice. We got regular Buffalo. Dry lemon pepper which was the disappointment because it was barely mixed with the wings, almost as if it was just sprinkled on top as a last minute thing. That was the only disappointment. Got a delivery from Uber, so of course I paid more than normal, then on top of it, the food sucked. The fries were over cooked and old and each box had like 15 fries in them. The chic tenders were super super overcooked, hard to even eat. wings were mediocre, so small, and got one less than we should have. Well I have never had an experience like I did on 10/10/2024. The worst managed Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever been to. The server was actively crying while taking our order or anytime she came to our table. We waited 30min just for our drinks to come out. We eventually ended up just walking up to the bar in order to get some drinks. We then placed our food order and yet another 30min goes by without any food. Our server then proceeded to hand us pieces of paper for us to physically write out our order for her. After another 20min of waiting we then received our food, which had 2 correct orders out of our 9 food items. We had 2 people in our party that did not even receive their food. At this point we asked for a manager to speak to, where we were offered for them to remake our food. As we had already been there for 2 hours, we declined to wait for any more food that may or may not actually come out correctly. This all comes down to a lack of management. I do not understand how as a manager you do not see one of your staff struggling so much and not offer some kind of assistance. Management is also lacking on training and equipping their staff on how to deal with difficult situations. read more

We come here every Sunday. It's just a tradition. We like their food and are rarely unhappy with anything. We prefer to go during non peak hours and try to avoid this place if there is a big game on. Just because it hard to get a place to sit. They are accommodating to large groups and train their servers well. We have never had a bad experience and only request not to sit by the door when it's winter. I also appreciate them letting us try new sauces and rubs. A standard in the industry this location is up to par for their national standards. read more

The new cauliflower wings are DELICIOUS! I honestly wasn't sure what to expect, but I absolutely LOVED them! You can put any of your favorite sauces on them; I did their Medium buffalo sauce with bleu cheese dipping sauce and they were phenomenal. Feels great eating them too since they're so much healthier. Also love their mozzarella sticks. Service is always great and atmosphere is awesome, tables and bar stools were socially distanced and we felt very comfortable. Great experience! read more

We were missing an order of fries and 6 wings which were BOGO. I called and spoke to a female manager who gave me the option to come back for the missing items (oh yay!) or she would send a coupon to my home. I asked her what the coupon was for and she it was for 6 free wings. I said, "And what about the fries?" She kind of quickly snipped back at me, "Okay, I'll send you two coupons for 6 free wings each." Oh gee, how generous of you. You guys screwed up and then you're going to let me forfeit the price of my fries? Come on! Use your brain! I have been here enough times now to realize I will never receive fast service, will never get good food, and it will never be worth the money spent. Food- Wings here are pretty meh when it comes to wings. The hottest wings are flavorless and just have heat. The others don't have much flavor either but are edible. The burgers here are extremely overpriced and have always been overcooked. Burgers should not crunch when biting into the patty. I feel like if they didn't make them extremely well done by default (never asked how I like my meat done). Drinks- Drinks are ok. They have Pepsi products for non alcoholic beverages. Alcoholic beverages they have a decent selection including mixed drinks but not enough selection or specialty to save them. Service- The servers/bartenders are all pretty good even when busy. The kitchen is slowwwww, every time I have visited no matter what time of day or how busy they are or what I order, it always takes 20+ minutes for my meal to be brought to me. The food pricing overall is pretty crazy for the subpar food you are given. Bottom line, every other restaurant in town that serves wings, serves better wings that BWW. Went there on a whim for a date night on a Saturday evening. It was a bit busy but there were plenty of open tables and we were the only ones at the counter for some time. Waited several minutes just to get seated and waited a bit more to get drinks (without the promised straws). Waitress was nice but was always in a rush. We finally were able to place an order of entrées and an appetizer. Our entrées came out first and were ok. Wings were over cooked and a bit dry but it was acceptable for me. Once we were ready to leave our appetizer (house sampler) finally came out and was very disappointing. Cheese sticks were barely warm, chips were soggy and barely covered with the toppings listed, and the onion rings were mushy and inedible. I understand they were busy and possibly understaffed but we could have at least been warned that there might be a delay or sub-par service. I ordered online so once I got there I could pick up my order. My order was said to be ready at 9:00pm so I went inside at 8:55 to see if it was ready or close. After waiting for 15 minutes someone finally came out to talk to me and ask for my name. After waiting another 10 minutes, they came out will all the orders. The people who were sitting down that came in after me, got their food before me and I ordered it a while before them. When the lady came to ask for my name is had a lot of attitude when someone else was asking a question. When the other person came out with my food, she had an attitude calling out the names. I was really disappointed in the service and the people working there. They were very rude and did not help with giving any updates. One lady was working the counter when I walked in and she took the two peoples names in front of me then walked into the kitchen and that's was the last I saw of her before she came out with the food.
