We stopped at this BWW location while passing through Morgantown. It was a football Sunday and they had the TVs streaming the games. We chose to sit at the bar and order lunch. We chose a few corner seats available though the entire bar seemed clean. Our bartender was quick to greet us and bring over menus, but that was the only time he was prompt. He also wasn't very friendly and never once smiled. Once we ordered, our food came out quickly. We wanted ketchup for our side of fries and it was impossible to get the bartenders attention, despite the bar only being half full. We had to ask a passing employee. The food itself was as expected for BWW. The featured buffalo ranch chicken wrap was filling and tasty. With the sampler, you're limited to only one "protein" option, despite them having a few chicken options listed. read more

I think this might have been the slowest and worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant, looking like the place was high in labor taking 20+ minutes to get anything out. Hostess who was a certified trainer looking like they where in the worst mood starting off with an attitude then our server also being kinda rude not even doing the bare minimum as a server. only person who actually was competent was the food runner she was really nice. wanted to maybe order another drink at the bar watching the bar tender actually fuck off and not even make our drink for another 20 minutes ultimately cancelling as I could see the bartender doing nothing. (set a timer) Server asking us for our check instead of asking if we needed anything else after sitting there with no drinks for god knows how long. Food was normal BDub quality. We were out of town and just got off work about 9/10pm. We walked in and the bartender was at the bar and 3 servers at a station to the right. We sit down for almost 10 mins absolutely no one said a word to us. 3 tables all 2 tops and no one at the bar until we sat down. The bar tender never greated us nor did he acknowledge we were there only feet away from him as he made his way back and forth to the kitchen with some dishes. Once he finally came over he wasn't pleasant. Definitely acted as tho he could give two you know what's about the job. Not the personality you want behind your bar. I get it we have bad days but this was just blatant laziness of staff. As a server of 20 years I usually let things pass but this was a bit much. We unfortunately will not visit this particular store again. I hope the bartender finds something he can take pride in cause it sure isn't his service. read more

Stopped in once again for the BOGO boneless wing deal on Thursday night and it was good as always. The Parmesan garlic wing sauce is probably my favorite non-spicy flavor they have (on the left). The Asian zing sauce is terrific (in the right). The chips and salsas were good I just wish the chips were more salty. We've come to Morgantown for the last 3 years during the 4th of July. BBW is within walking distance of our hotel, so on a nice night we'd like to go and sit on the patio. The wings are decent and service was great. This year we were really disappointed. The servers were "stretched thin"and covering too many tables to be effective. At one visit we ended up leaving our table and ordering carry out since we didn't have a server address us after sitting a while outside. I hope if we go back they get more servers to bring this place back to it's former glory. read more

I have been to BWW all over New England area and I usually don't write bad reviews. You can check my history. This site deserves a bad review as it is a management issue how poor the service, cleanliness are. I visited the site with 8 co workers on Sunday for watching football. The place had people but was not overly packed. We flagged a waitress after all our guys were sitting around bar area table. She was nice and told us it was not her table and someone should have come up. This was 10 min after we were sitting there. She came back a few minutes later and said she would take care of us. I honestly think she was helping cover for some ones error. The food was not quick at all to come out and a couple of the guys who did not order wings stated the fries were cold. The cleanliness of the tables was not great. Seemed to be sticky spots. Yuck. After the game several tables of people left an I took this picture 15minutes after the folks left. The place was NOT packed. The management is responsible for this, our waitress was nice enough but I will never go back to this BWW with so many other restaurants in the area. I visit Store 293 in Morgantown maybe once a month. Typically I will walk in and go straight to the Bar. Did the same last night. I was met immediately with friendly service from the bar tender Caitlyn. She took my order got me a drink and in the course of maybe 2 minutes made another 12 to 15 drinks for the other Patrons. She never stopped once, stayed busy, was super professional and I didn't see her on her phone ever! She also professionally dealt with a customer who was getting a little rowdy. The bad reviews are all accurate. If it's a franchise and the owner/franchisee reads yelp I can't imagine why he hasn't changed management unless he/she is manager. Most restaurants glad to show you the kitchen: in high end restaurants the table in the kitchen is exclusive. Here they tell you health department rules mean you can't see kitchen. Go on in and ask. Tonight we had the worst service I think I have ever had at a restaurant. We went out for a special evening with family and chose to eat at this restaurant. We got there at 6:53pm and we were seated promptly after calling ahead to get a table for the 11 of us. We were there for an hour before asking 3 times for refills with none brought. We had to go to the bar at first to even get straws for our drinks. Then when asking the third time for refills the waitress told us "No I have to get the table that just came in's order!"I mean seriously you are telling people who have been there longer no to refills! We had young children with us, and no is not a suitable answer! Our food finally arrived cold at 8:05pm( still no refills after talking with the manager) kids screaming because by that point they were hungry to go to McDonald's instead of eating what was brought. Asked for a manager to take something off for the horrible service, no refills, and food being cold. We got 10% off an almost $200 bill. Not even enough to cover a tip we would have left. Truly sad! Friday night and a home game weekend. Waited over 5 minutes at the hostess station to be seated. Finally greeted by an extremely rude man with zero personality. Server brought our drinks, took our orders and disappeared. Finally brought our food, two cheeseburgers 1 with just cheese and one with lettuce, tomato and mayo. The one with just cheese came with shredded lettuce embedded in the cheese and so overstuffed with lettuce that it had fallen all over the tray. The server said he would have another one made, he returned with the SAME burger and tray with the lettuce strewn everywhere and bits of lettuce still on the burger. All he did was open it up and scrape off the majority! She got our orders right away, food came out quickly, she handled our continued requests, and got our bills split up accurately. Not a small feat for everything that was going on in there. They probably need to update their beer menu. They didn't have four of the beers that two of our guests went through while trying to find what they had on tap. The wine wasn't bad. I wish they had more choices. The food was pretty good. The fries weren't hot, but that was our only complaint.
