The restaurant was half full, plenty of parking- we were greeted with a smile and seated immediately. The waitress was prompt, took our order and delivered our food as we ordered and in a timely fashion. She was very friendly checked back a couple times and the food was good! It was reasonably priced and the boneless wings were good. We also got the onion rings and cheese curds and serving size was plenty! We had leftovers! For a quick bite to eat, some sports on tv and a friendly it's a good spot to eat at. very casual, a little noisy and busy but the TVs and the atmosphere is what BWW is known for. It was ok. Idk, BWW in general all across locations have slipped. Our server was amazing. Bartender sent me wrong beer but she comped it. Food is mediocre. I really dislike how the kitchens at all local can't get things out at the same time. Super awkwardness when you've got a table of people and they all get their food at different times. read more

Ordered a to go order @6:08pm. Said it would be ready at 6:30. Arrived at 6:33. Not ready. Finally ready at 6:58. Mgr said he would refund order the next day. I can't recommend this place to anyone. I changed the number of stars from one to two bc the food was good. read more

The food we had was good. I had tots with brisket, queso and jalapenos and an iced tea. The servers were attentive. They mixed up our bill with someone else. Some of the tin rectangle plates could have used another run through the dish washer. There is room for improvement. read more

As far as the food the wings were good and lots of TV screens with your favorite sport on.. Those screens help to pass the time while you wait to be served. That brings us to the downside, short staffed, Maybe the wait staff should not make a statement out loud "there's only 2 of us, they can wait" Kind of makes the wait more painful. read more

It's just ok now, we came in to watch UFC 298 & drank a buncha beers then ordered food & the fries were cold & the brisket burger was just luke warm. The 2 dudes I was with both described their meals in a similar fashion. Everything looked pretty clean & out server guy was great & fast & fun so he kinda saved the place from a 2 star review. Could be a good place for wings, but falls short. The wings were overcooked and dried out, maybe reheated? Sauce doesn't fix that. Not even good sauce. Wings need to be fresh. Potato wedges were good, nice and crispy. Don't bother with the bacon bits, they add little to the experience. This was a mid-afternoon takeout order, but still no excuse for reheated food. This was probably my worst experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. I feel like they were under staffed. It took a bit to be seated and there were plenty of seats. The food was cold and just tasted "off". My daughter didn't finish her food for this reason. Our server was pleasant but seemed to have a lot on her plate (no pun intended). Every time we order we have issues. Ever since 2020. First it was Grub Hub getting and delivering someone else's order. We started picking up our own order. I never get my salsa with chips. Love the ambience always have. Food has always been decent and service, although sometimes quirky, has also been decent. However, the last few visits have been enough to go elsewhere. As a group we all like to eat together, but the way that each meal comes out at different times, sometimes not even complete, ruins the outing for us. It results in some of us finally getting served after other in our party had been finished eating. I receved my side dish, then the wings came out 25 minutes later. Ruins a social night out. (11/12/23) If I could give 0 stars I would. And I never even ate here. This is the first time I have ever walked into a restaurant, sat down, and walked right out. The place was in shambles. The walls were torn up, insulation hanging out. The place had maybe 3 tables filled. There were dirty napkins, chicken bones, straw wrappers, and broken dishes all over the floor. And I mean ALL OVER, not just here and there. We walked over the mess to your table. There was food smeared all over our table and the seats of the booth. They sat us there without batting an eye. Waitresses just standing around, chatting with friends and each other instead of cleaning up the mess. It seriously looked like there was a big fight or some kind of bomb had gone off inside the restaurant. I have been to many BWW locations and have never once seen anything like this before. Decided to revisit/write a new review, and they still kick butt in the world of Chicken Wings. Pro Tip: Look for the wing specials, every time I've gotten something that's Limited time, like when they had those Blue Moon BBQ Wings (Pllleeeeaaasssseeee bring those back, I'll pay double!!!) or the Korean BBQ Wings, etc. I've just been over the moon with them. Otherwise it's always been a great experience here, servers are always friendly and on the ball, great no matter how busy the place is. We got the drinks then first bit food was side ranch then my order, ten minutes later got husband finally got his wings. Then proceeded to wait over 30 minutes for sons meal that never came but finally got onion ring appetizer that were burnt got so mad . We Paid for our drinks barely got talk to a manager, gave up and left. If can't serve a tables meal with five of person receiving their meal don't bother being in business. Last time I will ever eat at Buffalo Wild Wings. As a business u better figure out how get kitchen to serve out meals to a table at one time. read more

Only 3 orders showed up after 20 minutes. I've only been to this location twice, and will not be coming back. The first time I came we were sat very quickly, but proceeded to wait 45 minutes for a sever we had to go ask a staff member just for a server, ridiculous! On top of that our fried pickles and mozzarella sticks were both undercooked, the inside was just batter! We decided to come again in hopes of better results. We got nachos as an appetizer and I asked for no onions, and of course it came with onions. Our drinks were gone for at least 15 minutes before getting a refill. Then we waited over 25 minutes just to get the check. I informed the manager in hopes of an apology or something to make up for it (such as compensation). He proceeded to say "thanks for letting me know". He didn't even apologize! It's completely absurd how terrible the service is here. Our High School swim team finished aconference meet nearby. Calling ageless for 30seats, we arrived and were seated by staff in an area for the group.. apparently those tables were for another swim team/group ll. The servers asked us to move to another set of tables that were being set up. Once seated, the kids food took FOREVER, the parents sat in the bar area, finished before the kids were even served. 2 hours in, most of the kids hadn't received their food yet, but were getting their checks. Took about an hour to get their food from ordering. Think before bringing big groups. read more

The waiter was good and he was the ONLY ONE thing to be considered to be good. The wings were drier than the Arabian desert, you can't swallow that. I am going to say that the sand paper estimate was 60 grit. In contrast, with the Arabian desert, the air conditioner was toooooo cold. I think I got pneumonia after being there.
