I was in Lincoln again. I usually visit BWW's in downtown, but today I wanted to change things up a bit. So I visited this one in south Lincoln. It is a nice restaurant with a lot of nice workers. The greeters in front were smiling and friendly. Also very helpful. I ordered pick up, but decided to eat in as I was so hungry! I only had water to drink, but the waitress lady kept coming by to make sure I was OK. For food, I started off with a simple side Garden Salad. I had the vinaigrette onion dressing. It was really good. For my lunch main course I had the 6 Lemmon pepper boneless wings. Great flavor! I also had the order of dry rub Chipotle bbq fries. Perfect seasoning for the fries. For my veggies, I just did double carrots and ranch. Just the right amount of food for lunch! Always glad to watch good sports while having a lovely meal. Was able to watch some football playoffs! We've eaten here a few times and not usually had an issue until today. First off it didn't help the the site was being a major pain in the ass. Secondly I got boneless wings that are over cooked when I tried to order traditional, the burger was missing its fries, a kids meal was completely skipped and the fried pickles are massively under cooked! Four of us stopped for lunch on Sunday around 1:15. There were about 20-25 people in the place so we didn't think it would be too long of a wait. After five minutes someone came to the front desk and sat the group of three in front of us. Then he came back and told us it would be a 10-15 minute wait due to the kitchen being backed up. Half the tables were empty. No offer to seat us and get a drink order to hold us over. We thought that was very poor customer service. We ended up leaving and going to another place nearby. Hit or miss with this location. Wings were good and crispy this time, but the chicken sandwich and naked tenders left much to be desired. The chicken patty was small and didn't reach the bun this time, whereas the last time it was great. Don't bother with the naked tenders though. It's like they shaved raw pieces of chicken, and then cooked them without seasoning. 3 tiny pieces slimmer than a finger and just as short with less than a handful of fries for $12. Food was good, but for some reason it takes 30+ minutes for wings to come out when you order here. When wings are part of your name, one would tend to thing you'd get them rather quick. Waiter had the check in the back of his pants. As in, literally in the back of his pants, tucked in between his butt crack and his pants. Gross!!! We eat at BWW from VA to ID. We have never NEVER been as disappointed. On Saturday evening, driving cross country with wife we were happy to find BWW across from hotel but afraid it would be busy and if wait was long we planned eat at sports bar next door or fast food close by. There was no wait to sit and I see why. We ordered soon enoughBUT. Wife's Classic Chicken Sandwich was barely warm. Fries weren't just cold but dry, stale. Her margarita wasn't mixed. My garlic wings were, barely warm and just fried wings with some hot sauce poured over half of them. The wings were so cold the sauce did not even run over them. The waitress was barely ever seen. Napkins apparently are at a premium and no wipes were even available. To top it off the wings varied from small, fatty ones to large tough ones. EXTREMELY disappointing for a BWW. Hoped that this location would be better than the closed S. 27th one. Nope. It seems to suffer from the same poor management. The food is expensive and not that good. I could get cheese sticks at Arby's for half the price and in 3 minutes vs. 45 min. at BW's. The General Manager stopped by without even glancing at me, and walked away before I could even answer his question as to how things were. Horribly slow. Our "to go" order was 20 min. late. Why does it take so long? Food was cold and the carrots/celery were ancient. Gross. The only thing going for them is their parmesan garlic sauce and now you can get that at Costco. Won't be back. **Carry Out** We have ordered carry out several times. Each time, on the call we have to repeat our order over and over due to the noise level in the restaurant. The server taking the order today was rude not only to me but also to the person she was taking the order from while I was trying to pick up my order. Several servers tried to help, but I needed to wait and pay the server on the phone. After about 5 minutes with me standing around and my food out of the warmer, a manager opened another register and I was on my way. They were out of fry's!!! Out of BUD LIGHT! gave us a to go box that was used and dirty. Also had staff that was very loud and obnoxious and disturbing everyone. Takeout process is the slowest and most unorganized inefficient I have ever seen at a place that does takeout.

My daughter and I ordered boneless wings my husband ordered bone in wings. I had eaten 3 wings and was cutting into the 4th and it was completely raw. I'm not sure how this happens I would think they were all cooked together. The 1st 3 I ate were not raw. And the ones I had remaining seemed to be cooked as well, however I sent them back in disgust. What bothered me the most was the manager sent his waitress over 3 or 4 times making her apologize to us. He did COMP some of our meal but never found the time to come talk with us even after being told how upset we were. The rest of my and my husbands meal was left untouched and I'm hoping my daughter and I do not get sick throughout the night from undercooked food.
