I visited this location on a Saturday night, my sever was friendly, however it took them a couple mins to sit me down (I was a party of one and the place was not filled at all). My fries were way below average, but thats not the worst part. I ordered a 5 piece lemon pepper, wings came out plain, no seasoning whatsoever. I asked the manager if this was normal and she said yes. She insisted I season my OWN wings with a mini cup of seasoning from the back she had brought out after my complaint. She clearly displayed no cutstomer care and told me "I should've reported this to my waiter". The manager was a tall heavy set female with colored hair. I've have ordered muiltple times from the place and just about every single time they royally screw up my order..and the food is absolutely terrible... customer service is non existent there and there staff is a complete joke. Our high school class reunion group has been coming to BWW in Leavenworth, KS for the past six months or so about once or twice a month to meet. Each time we've come in, the service has been abysmal. Either slow or almost non-existent. Asking the server multiple times for drinks to be refilled and then never getting them? Unacceptable. After last night, our party of six people decided we won't be coming back. I asked for un-sweet tea. My first glass was fine, the second one I was served SWEET TEA. When I pointed out the problem, the server took the glass away, said she would replace it, but never did. One individual in the group ordered a Maker's Mark on the rocks. His glass sat empty for a very long time after ordering the second drink. When I asked where his drink was, the excuse was "the bar is backed up."  This restaurant is continually short-staffed, and the staff that are there just wander around like they are lost. read more

I've been to other BWW's so I entered this one with expectations. It's a relatively new BWW. I came late afternoon (2-ish) for lunch. As expected it was not busy. The server arrived quickly and we asked for a few "moments" to read the menu... about 15 minutes later he came back. I inquired a few questions about the menu and we placed our order. It took another 20 minutes for order to come out which was delivered to our table and then he left. We noticed that one of the orders was wrong. When the server. I called him back to tell him we had asked for bone in wings, to which he immediately got defensive and said "no ,no you said boneless." He reluctantly took the plate back and then suddenly reappeared with the correct dish stating he grabbed the wrong order. No Apology for not believing us. The bone in wings seemed undercooked ( not as crisp as usual). Based on the poor service and just mediocre food I can only give 3 stars. I doubt I will back. Alright so I did come back. It was a year later. Basically to watch a football game. We sat at the bar this time. The server was friendly and attentive. She suggested a pitcher vs. the monthly tall draft special. We also ordered the sample platter for some munchies. Platter is a nice variety and perfect for munching. I noticed our pitcher was leaking and mentioned it to bartender. She wiped up the puddle of beer and left. Again I mentioned the leak, she once again wiped up the counter and the went off. On her 3 rd visit to us she wiped up the counter and then went off to talk with the manager. After her discussion with him, she poured the remaining beer into a new pitcher and added a little. We placed a pick up order today. The wings were a mess. Sauce slopped all over them, partially on the wings, partially not. Some parts of them bare, some parts soaked. I added queso to the wedges, the picture shows that it comes on the side, but we received our wedges with just a tiiiiiny drip of queso on the wedges. It was pitiful. For whatever reason the only wings that were actually tossed in the sauce were the Asian Zing that we ordered. The "salad" that comes on top of the quesadilla was slopped into a to-go container with an open sour cream that spilled all over it. Well Yelp fans, this one is a hard one to write, had to take a deep breath and think about how to prepare. First we all know Buffalo Wild Wings even if you have never dined there. They are the home of wings, beer, and lots of TV screens and this location met the profile. Ordered the boneless chicken wings and had to ensure the full tables meal arrived at the same time. This is seriously a thing where our server called it "hot and fresh service", and I get the point but I say skilled chefs make the difference. Ok, carrying on, the meal was mediocre at best simply because the wings were lacking sauce coverage. Now, the other side of the review, the service kinda scared me at the onset to be honest but turned out to be exceptional. Often times we do not voice what we are looking for in terms of service and then are upset when it doesn't meet out expectations. This young fella listened and was on top of it for the rest of the seating. In this case, the service was the reason for the 4 star rating and not the food or the atmosphere. The service was horrible. It took our waitress 25 minutes to get a beer, water, lemonade and a pop. She came back 15 minutes later to take our appetizer order which took another 15 minutes to show up. 30 minutes go by , we haven't seen our waitress and told a different waitress this and she said that she would find her. 10 minutes later she comes by and takes our dinner order. 20 more minutes go by one order shows up , 5 minutes later another order shows up and the last order showed up 10 minutes later. One order was a chicken sandwich with coleslaw on it and we ordered a side of coleslaw for $1 more. No coleslaw with our meals. We flagged down the waitress. She said that they were out of coleslaw. Would of been nice to know that when we ordered our food and we would of ordered something else. But the waitress must of thought we wouldn't notice. She also said they can't adjust the bill About the only time the waitress was really attending our table was when it was time to pay. We had to pay for a sandwich that wasn't eaten because it wasn't what we ordered and the extra $1 for a side of coleslaw that was never going to show up. Y'all... I don't know what I ate that was bad last night but I got the chicken wrap and it was so slimy... I don't know if it was the chicken, the lettuce, the ranch. It was horrible though. Walked into the restaurant and was shocked at the number of dirty tables. It was after 8 and it was not busy whatsoever. Sat at the bar, which was also sticky at almost every empty spot with only 2 seats taken. Took some time for a bartender to show up to assist. Asked for bar to be wiped and was wiped with an extremely wet towel, leaving the bar soaked. Ordered my usual Nashville hot chicken with a side salad. Salad arrived quickly, but the sandwich took longer than usual. Sandwich didn't have any hot sauce on it. Bartender wasn't behind the bar for quite some time, so I ate the sandwich as is.
