We have eaten at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Leavenworth several times, and overall, the food has always been good. The menu has plenty of options, and we've generally been happy with what we've ordered. You really can't go wrong with boneless chicken wings.....can you? The service, however, has been hit or miss. Sometimes everything is great, while other times the service has been noticeably slower or less attentive. It really seems to depend on the visit. read more

We sat at the table for over ten minutes and weren't even acknowledged. A server girl interacted with the table next to us and others around us but didn't even look at us or stop to say anything. We got up and just left. The service at this one has gone downhill so badly. We're not coming back here...we'll drive further for better service. read more

Pretty much the worst service I have ever experienced. Waited forever for our order and it wasn't correct. mo of the employees were hiding in the kitchen and couldn't be bothered to refill a drink or check on us at all. Finally got a bill and the kiosk was malfunctioning as well. Management couldn't have cared less if he tried. read more

I went to the pick up counter at 10:12 PM, not a single worker made contact with me for 25 minutes and it wasn't even busy, maybe 7-8 customers in there at the time, (2 tables) order was supposed to be ready at 10:20, was not ready til 10:35 and everything was cold. read more

We ordered delivery and got the smash burger and regular American double burger with fries. Not only were our burgers super greasy, we barely had fries, my lettuce and tomatoes were super soggy. However, they bagged up everything neatly. Maybe we caught them on a bad night. We won't be ordering from here for a while. read more

Great service, good food. There are a lot of negative reviews on here lately so we were very hesitant to even go but the kids wanted wings. Service was outstanding, we had drinks in under 5 min after being seated. Food came out fast and hot. Their wings have improved a lot since the last time we were here almost a year ago. If you are dining, go, it is great. read more

I visited this location on a Saturday night, my sever was friendly, however it took them a couple mins to sit me down (I was a party of one and the place was not filled at all). My fries were way below average, but thats not the worst part. I ordered a 5 piece lemon pepper, wings came out plain, no seasoning whatsoever. I asked the manager if this was normal and she said yes. She insisted I season my OWN wings with a mini cup of seasoning from the back she had brought out after my complaint. She clearly displayed no cutstomer care and told me "I should've reported this to my waiter". The manager was a tall heavy set female with colored hair. These wings were absolute dog sh**, and I do not recommend this place, nor plan on returning after this visit. I've head better wings at Ft Leavenworth dfac. read more

Second time I have been here and they have no traditional wings. Last time I substituted boneless wings and they literally made me sick. The boneless wings amounted to a poor rendition of a chicken McNugget with a marginal sauce in a package. This was your last chance BWW Im done with your poor management and even more poor food! I would rate you a zero but thats not an option. read more

Don't waste your time by going here....zaxbys is right next door.. I've have ordered muiltple times from the place and just about every single time they royally screw up my order..and the food is absolutely terrible... customer service is non existent there and there staff is a complete joke. I literally waited over an hour for my food! When i requested to speak to a manager the manager looked at me across the restaurant and completely just blew me off without ever even coming over to speak with me. They are notorious for shorting the number of wings you get.... Last time I ordered the 20/20 boneless and traditional combo... well they royally screw that up but shorting me 5 wings! And to top it off with they put the wrong sauce on the traditional wings I ordered. On a scale of 1 thru 10 I'd say it's in the negatives because it's a shame to even call this place a decent restaurant.... Only good thing about this place is the beer is cold. read more

This place is a great establishment if you like shit service and incompetent staff. This isn't the first time service has been dog water. Waited at the pickup counter for 15 minutes. Had to ask someone about my online order and was told the bartender does them but no one wanted to mention that in the 15 minutes I was standing at the counter? Pick somewhere else to eat if you're wanting wings. Don't waste your time. read more

The food was tasty . Today 9-15-24 it was a long wait for food and drinks. They were slow in the kitchen today. Not sure what happened! It was football day and they had a busy Saturday from the fight, but wow! They struggled today on the service. read more

Food was good, service not so much. There were enough servers but unfortunately they weren't friendly or helpful. No one was in the front to greet and they were all in the back. Dirty store. Inside windows are filthy. Don't sit outside. Bird shit, trash and cigarette butts all over. Try to call 20 minute wait and no answer. Bartenders overserve customers to the way beyond intoxicated point. Trash on floor behind the bar. Orders don't come out together. Their rewards points are a joke. Redeem them and they charge you anyway. Try to tell you in for online only when it doesn't show you that in the app.Stay away. Buffalo Wild Wings - 20 minutes on Ignore. - Sports Bars Near Me - Leavenworth, Kansas

Couldn't find a c/s email on the BWW website. So I'm reviewing here. Our high school class reunion group has been coming to BWW in Leavenworth, KS for the past six months or so about once or twice a month to meet. Each time we've come in, the service has been abysmal. Either slow or almost non-existent. Asking the server multiple times for drinks to be refilled and then never getting them? Unacceptable. After last night, our party of six people decided we won't be coming back. I asked for un-sweet tea. My first glass was fine, the second one I was served SWEET TEA. When I pointed out the problem, the server took the glass away, said she would replace it, but never did. One individual in the group ordered a Maker's Mark on the rocks. His glass sat empty for a very long time after ordering the second drink. When I asked where his drink was, the excuse was "the bar is backed up."  This restaurant is continually short-staffed, and the staff that are there just wander around like they are lost. read more

First time ever eating at one of these. Food was good, nothing special, had better had worse. Was not impressed by the service at all! I was the only person at the bar at first (2 more came later) bartender seemed to want to talk to her co workers than tend to me. Disappeared for a good bit , plate empty, beer empty! Finally saw a waitress walk by n I asked for another beer, she mumbled something and walked to the kitchen. read more

I've been to other BWW's so I entered this one with expectations. It's a relatively new BWW. I came late afternoon (2-ish) for lunch. As expected it was not busy. The server arrived quickly and we asked for a few "moments" to read the menu... about 15 minutes later he came back. I inquired a few questions about the menu and we placed our order. It took another 20 minutes for order to come out which was delivered to our table and then he left. We noticed that one of the orders was wrong. When the server. I called him back to tell him we had asked for bone in wings, to which he immediately got defensive and said "no ,no you said boneless." He reluctantly took the plate back and then suddenly reappeared with the correct dish stating he grabbed the wrong order. No Apology for not believing us. The bone in wings seemed undercooked ( not as crisp as usual). Based on the poor service and just mediocre food I can only give 3 stars. I doubt I will back. Alright so I did come back. It was a year later. Basically to watch a football game. We sat at the bar this time. The server was friendly and attentive. She suggested a pitcher vs. the monthly tall draft special. We also ordered the sample platter for some munchies. Platter is a nice variety and perfect for munching. I noticed our pitcher was leaking and mentioned it to bartender. She wiped up the puddle of beer and left. Again I mentioned the leak, she once again wiped up the counter and the went off. On her 3 rd visit to us she wiped up the counter and then went off to talk with the manager. After her discussion with him, she poured the remaining beer into a new pitcher and added a little. Whatever happened to the customer is right or just do the right thing?!? Really did she need to consult the manager? It was quite obvious the plastic pitcher was leaking! I stay with my 3 star review read more

We placed a pick up order today. The wings were a mess. Sauce slopped all over them, partially on the wings, partially not. Some parts of them bare, some parts soaked. I added queso to the wedges, the picture shows that it comes on the side, but we received our wedges with just a tiiiiiny drip of queso on the wedges. It was pitiful. For whatever reason the only wings that were actually tossed in the sauce were the Asian Zing that we ordered. The "salad" that comes on top of the quesadilla was slopped into a to-go container with an open sour cream that spilled all over it. I don't know why I expected more, but my husband just added it to the places we'll never go again (as this is our second order which is trash from here). Do better. read more

All I can say is I have no clue how this place is still open?! As my group and I sat down, we waited at least 15 minutes before even ordering anything. There was only one server on the floor taking care of 10 and more tables all by herself. Thankfully the food was fast but I had the All-American burger and it was just a little bit too salty. I also ordered a Blue Hawaiian and my food came out but no drink. I asked a lady and she said the bartender was making it. As I received my drink, the bartender gave me an attitude. She gave me my drink with no straw. I asked her for a and she rolled her eyes at me. Was not happy about this at all. All I can say is this place has gone down hill fast. read more

I like BWWs, but this one was at best, average. Took a long time to get food, and the food came out at different times (wife got her meal a good 15 minutes before fries. Then 5 minutes later I got my meal). That said, the waiter was awesome. Super knowledgeable and helpful. Maybe they just gave kitchen staffing issues. read more

Grill is always down, and they're always out of onion rings. They never get my order right either.

Donita and Stephanie are the reason this is my favorite place to come for lunch. Great food, great service!

The service was horrible. It took our waitress 25 minutes to get a beer, water, lemonade and a pop. She came back 15 minutes later to take our appetizer order which took another 15 minutes to show up. 30 minutes go by , we haven't seen our waitress and told a different waitress this and she said that she would find her. 10 minutes later she comes by and takes our dinner order. 20 more minutes go by one order shows up , 5 minutes later another order shows up and the last order showed up 10 minutes later. One order was a chicken sandwich with coleslaw on it and we ordered a side of coleslaw for $1 more. No coleslaw with our meals. We flagged down the waitress. She said that they were out of coleslaw. Would of been nice to know that when we ordered our food and we would of ordered something else. But the waitress must of thought we wouldn't notice. She also said they can't adjust the bill About the only time the waitress was really attending our table was when it was time to pay. We had to pay for a sandwich that wasn't eaten because it wasn't what we ordered and the extra $1 for a side of coleslaw that was never going to show up. Wish we could leave a 00000 star review read more

The store stinks. You get a whiff as soon as you enter the door. Smells like stinky rag. We ordered for pick up thank god but I don't know how the people who are dining in can stand the smell. My daughter had her fingers in her nostrils the whole time we were waiting for our food read more

This place is only in business because they have no competition. You can get better service at the self checkout at Walmart.

Came in with a group of 15 tonight, and our server Darius was wonderful! From what we could tell he was the hardest working server in the restaurant by far. He was attentive & wasn't fazed by the large size or our group & the chaos that comes along with that. Food and drinks all came out quickly & correctly - he didn't miss a beat. Great job Darius & thanks for your hard work! read more

Walked into the restaurant and was shocked at the number of dirty tables. It was after 8 and it was not busy whatsoever. Sat at the bar, which was also sticky at almost every empty spot with only 2 seats taken. Took some time for a bartender to show up to assist. Asked for bar to be wiped and was wiped with an extremely wet towel, leaving the bar soaked. Ordered my usual Nashville hot chicken with a side salad. Salad arrived quickly, but the sandwich took longer than usual. Sandwich didn't have any hot sauce on it. Bartender wasn't behind the bar for quite some time, so I ate the sandwich as is. I travel extensively for work and visit BWs quite often. I will admit that this was my WORST experience ever at the restaurant chain. read more

Standard wings, and very nice staff. Nothing to write home about, but a good place to chill and watch the games. They usually have UFC PPV which is a must see. Y'all... I don't know what I ate that was bad last night but I got the chicken wrap and it was so slimy... I don't know if it was the chicken, the lettuce, the ranch. It was horrible though. The chicken was grey, so maybe that's the culprit? ‍ The chicken tinders were so hard and dry even my chicken tender obsessed toddler wouldn't touch them. This is my 3rd time coming here and honestly the other times were underwhelming too. Last night I might as well have set $29.00 dollars on fire. (Yes 29 dollars for a wrap (no sides) and 5 Tinder's and fries. Of course there isn't anywhere on the site to complain and ask for a refund either. It all was thrown away. Buffalo Wild Wings like lots of other chains just doesn't care anymore. Like at all. It's hard to believe this chain use to be so good and popular. I get being burned out, but at least TRY to act like you care about your job. Remember as workers you too go out to eat and wouldn't want your money wasted on trash food. Also every person who works there must hate their life. It kind of sucks the happy out as soon as you walk in. read more

We went to eat at this location. My husband order a $13 cheeseburger. When he got it... there were NO condiments. Just a little mustard and ketsup on a bun with hamburger and 1 slice of cheese. And, very thin greasy french fries. When he asked the waitress what happened to tomato, onion, lettuce and pickles... He was told that is not how they serve their hamburgers. $13.00 + for a bun, burger, slice of cheese and a side of greasy thin fries !! Never again. read more
