B-Dubs has long since been a staple of the American eating scene, so I won't go into too much depth. That being said, this location appeared newer/nicer than some I've been too. It was fairly empty on a Saturday around 1PM/lunchtime. Which is good, because I don't believe they do reservations and I came in with a party of 20 or so. They were able to put a few tables together and threw some great service at us. As for the food? Well, temper your expectations, because it's B-Dubs and not a gourmet eating establishment. We got a ton of wings, both boneless and bone-in and they were solid. Treys of fries and tots were fine. Nothing crazy, but it was all perfectly fine. Dined here on a Friday night. The service was slow but it looks like they just finished a dinner rush. My husband received his meal in about 30 minutes. Ok, great, the rest of the food should be out soon, right?! Boy were we wrong. It took an additional 30 minutes for the rest of the food to arrive. I will say I was surprised. It was fabulous this was where my grandson wanted food from so we did it. I had a cheeseburger and fries and it was great. Horrible service. Walked in to place a to go order and wasted about 10 minutes waiting for any employee to ask us anything. Could hear employees laughing and goofing off in the back but no one came out to the counter at all. Walked to the bar to see if we could make the order back there and once again no employees. Although he is always very busy and pretty much "running the show," he's always very attentive, personable and making sure everyone is well taken care of! We are from out of town and frequent at our local Buffalo Wild Wings and we were excited to see there was on located here. at the Ozarks. We sat down at the bar section and a lady Shelia was bartending When we got our food we were impressed by the amount and presentation. Far beats our local BWW . However we noticed are bartender was gone for sometime so we had to ask a server for a soda refill. At first the bartender was sweet she approached our table ask how everything was . We inquired about the desert items on the menu, she had a slur to her words that were hard to understand almost like she was drinking or under the influence . She then became agitated at questions we were asking and seemed in a rush to hand us our check. To say the least we never got desert . We do love are buffalo wild wings and lake of the Ozarks however we were concerned and this is deemed to be a professional business but nothing seemed professional to us from her and put a damper on the atmosphere . This place has never failed me, but I must say it's actually better than before. The staff is friendly and attentive. Probably the number one thing I look at when judging a restaurant is how they greet you when you walk in the door. Deborah and Misty greeted my kids first and made them feel like royalty. The looks on their faces as they received this attention set the mood for the rest of our dining experience. I appreciated it more than these two ladies will ever know. In addition to friendly service, the waitress asked the cooks to modify a menu item for me and they made it happen. It was the most delicious meal I've had in ages. Britnee was our waitress and we were treated horrible the whole stay. We love the food and environment and normally come here often for date nights. We will not be at this location any more. she threw the menus down on the table and glared at us. rudely asked for a drink order while rolling her eyes. When giving us our drinks she threw the straws down. she didnt check on our table just gave us dirty looks. Not sure what her issue was but cameras should be checked for her aggressive behaviors. I worked as a server for 3 years and would never treat a table like that. it was ridiculous. If you're days that bad just stay at home don't inflict your personal life out on your tables. read more

We often come here for dinner and it's always a great experience, we were here last night and unfortunately didn't have such a nice time. Our food was delightful! However I believe we had the bartender as our server, she seemed to be very upset and annoyed with everyone. It made us a little uncomfortable, but the food was still wonderful and the rest of the staff was extremely sweet as always. Regardless of what happened last night we will still return for more. So ordered a large beer and wife had a tea .. she did a chicken wrap she said it was good. I order 15 tradition wings in regular Buffalo sauce. Place was not busy took over 30 minutes for food.. then at first wing I could taste a dry rub and not much sauce .. was asked what I thought so I told waitress. She said she had no idea sometimes they make a mistake and correct it by adding sauce.. while she talked I tried another.. same horrible salt ranch flavor.. I said yeah these aren't right.. she did offer to put more i. .. but I said no we were on our way home we had already been in there an hour. I thought maybe I can stomach them so I tried one more put them aside. Was asked about them i said they were not edible.. she brought bill still on there.. I took this pick as posting and she said oh what are you doing so I told her. We ordered wings for my son's birthday party, and door dash had two major fails on picking them up. BWW's staff went way above and beyond to make calls to Door Dash to resolve those issues. After an hour of being stood up by drivers, Candi, the manager stepped in to help her already super kind, patient, and competent staff. I am a big Buffalo Wild WIngs fan...and I refuse to call it by it's new pet name "Bdubs". I think that is the stupidest thing I have ever heard and it annoys me when we feel the need to shorten the names of establishments. The chain loses one star because of it's annoying advertising campaign. Otherwise the location was on par. The greeter was a bit sour and the service wasn't the fastest, but our server was doing her best with what she had. This location isn't quite what we are used to being from St. Louis, but it still holds its own. My wife did get a bonus wing with her order, that's always a plus. :) read more

There is a complete disregard to Covid prevention in the restaurant. The staff was friendly, and the food was standard; however, the lack of face coverings, social distancing, or any clearly shown or practiced Covid preventing practices make this a possible super spreader environment. This is one of the worst services I have ever had, I never do bad reviews but they were laughing at my friend for his allergy's because he told them he can't eat the burger with mayo sauce made in it. Had an epic experience here tonight. Placed a to go order, Crispy buffalo chicken wrap no tomato, with a side of ranch and an extra sauce.. They told me 20 mins, took 35. Did not put my Buffalo in the bag, but felt the need to charge me for 4 extra ranch cups adding up to $3 that I did not ask for. They did not put the lids on two of them and by the time I got home my car seat and all my food had ranch all over it.. Would not be the end of the world if I had some respect, or empathy from staff. The manager told me that they would not charge me for the ranches that they tried to sneak onto my bill. But felt the need to argue with me about the ranch covered food and the dry, little to no sauce, chicken wrap that I could not eat. Her answer was, well I'm sorry your lids came off your sauces but you got your wrap right..? Lol yeah the sauces you tried to up charge me and steal money out of my pocket. I was less than impressed with this place. I've heard good thing about BWW and thought I wanted to try it. I think the issues are specific to this location. The women's World Cup had just started and it was busy, we were told the wait wasn't a solid time frame but probably 30-40 minutes for a table. We opted to sit at the bar where it was practically empty. When we walked back I noticed a good half-dozen clean and empty tables as well a few few empty dirty tables. They could have easily, and quickly, seated my party of 2 and the few parties that were in front of us. I'm not sure why they didn't. Several people in front of us left so they lost out on business. We ordered drinks and appetizers at the bar. Wings and chicken nachos. The wings were okay, house sauce and nothing special about them. The nachos had some weird chili on it and stale chips.
