B-Dubs has long since been a staple of the American eating scene, so I won't go into too much depth. That being said, this location appeared newer/nicer than some I've been too. It was fairly empty on a Saturday around 1PM/lunchtime. Which is good, because I don't believe they do reservations and I came in with a party of 20 or so. They were able to put a few tables together and threw some great service at us. As for the food? Well, temper your expectations, because it's B-Dubs and not a gourmet eating establishment. We got a ton of wings, both boneless and bone-in and they were solid. Treys of fries and tots were fine. Nothing crazy, but it was all perfectly fine. This trip in particular gets 4 stars, primarily due to the great service involved while the food is 3 stars. read more

Had several issues during the initial order. Mind you, this place was almost empty when we sat down. Manager came over (not at our request) and proceeded to defend everything we said was wrong. For example: order a beer with a salted rim and lime and got neither, yet the incompetent manager continued to say we don't see the salt because the beer dissolved it. So what about the lime? No response and he just walks away. read more

Dined here on a Friday night. The service was slow but it looks like they just finished a dinner rush. My husband received his meal in about 30 minutes. Ok, great, the rest of the food should be out soon, right?! Boy were we wrong. It took an additional 30 minutes for the rest of the food to arrive. The food was disappointing - our boneless wings were hard as a rock and barely had any sauce. Buffalo Wild Wings has gone downhill. read more

Food is average. Only the wings were really good. Service fair. A little more friendliness could go a long way.

Our server Gino was great!! He was very friendly and attentive to our needs..wings were great! I highly recommend this location. Great server, staff, food and clean. read more

I do not recommend this place because they keep forgetting my stuff like my sauce and vegetables I would only go if you dine in not mobile order read more

Had a great experience. Our server was very friendly and efficient. I had the mushroom Swiss burger, highly recommend!

The service was pretty shitty, super slow and ignored our table. Long wait as well, overall this place is wack.

Horrible service. Walked in to place a to go order and wasted about 10 minutes waiting for any employee to ask us anything. Could hear employees laughing and goofing off in the back but no one came out to the counter at all. Walked to the bar to see if we could make the order back there and once again no employees. If want wings go some where else. If you want bad service this is the place for you. read more

Gene, the bartender, server, do it ALL guy at this BW3 location is THE BEST! Can't say enough about how great he is! Although he is always very busy and pretty much "running the show," he's always very attentive, personable and making sure everyone is well taken care of! The food is always great here and Gene is "The Icing on the Cake!" Thanks for making our visits so great, Gene! read more

Always love the wings would recommend good margaritas good prices would come back !!!!

This place has never failed me, but I must say it's actually better than before. The staff is friendly and attentive. Probably the number one thing I look at when judging a restaurant is how they greet you when you walk in the door. Deborah and Misty greeted my kids first and made them feel like royalty. The looks on their faces as they received this attention set the mood for the rest of our dining experience. I appreciated it more than these two ladies will ever know. In addition to friendly service, the waitress asked the cooks to modify a menu item for me and they made it happen. It was the most delicious meal I've had in ages. I will be back very soon!! read more

We are from out of town and frequent at our local Buffalo Wild Wings and we were excited to see there was on located here. at the Ozarks. We sat down at the bar section and a lady Shelia was bartending When we got our food we were impressed by the amount and presentation. Far beats our local BWW . However we noticed are bartender was gone for sometime so we had to ask a server for a soda refill. At first the bartender was sweet she approached our table ask how everything was . We inquired about the desert items on the menu, she had a slur to her words that were hard to understand almost like she was drinking or under the influence . She then became agitated at questions we were asking and seemed in a rush to hand us our check. To say the least we never got desert . We do love are buffalo wild wings and lake of the Ozarks however we were concerned and this is deemed to be a professional business but nothing seemed professional to us from her and put a damper on the atmosphere . Just feel like awareness is needed KAREN FOSTER read more

Bartender was great and helpful, food was a 10. Mango wings and chicken nachos r a must try

Britnee was our waitress and we were treated horrible the whole stay. We love the food and environment and normally come here often for date nights. We will not be at this location any more. she threw the menus down on the table and glared at us. rudely asked for a drink order while rolling her eyes. When giving us our drinks she threw the straws down. she didnt check on our table just gave us dirty looks. Not sure what her issue was but cameras should be checked for her aggressive behaviors. I worked as a server for 3 years and would never treat a table like that. it was ridiculous. If you're days that bad just stay at home don't inflict your personal life out on your tables. read more

We came in on Tuesday night and Taryn was our server. She was an absolute doll and took perfect care of us! We ordered an app and dinner, and they both took a little long to come out despite an almost empty restaurant, but tasted great regardless. We will always be back read more

Buffalo wild wings at Osage Beach has the best service and food . Servers are friendly and helpful. Christopher was our server tonight and he was on top of our every need We have eaten at several wild wings and the service was poor and the food barely acceptable. We were very hesitant to try this one. When we did we were pleasantly surprised. We have eaten there 3 times now read more

So ordered a large beer and wife had a tea .. she did a chicken wrap she said it was good. I order 15 tradition wings in regular Buffalo sauce. Place was not busy took over 30 minutes for food.. then at first wing I could taste a dry rub and not much sauce .. was asked what I thought so I told waitress. She said she had no idea sometimes they make a mistake and correct it by adding sauce.. while she talked I tried another.. same horrible salt ranch flavor.. I said yeah these aren't right.. she did offer to put more i. .. but I said no we were on our way home we had already been in there an hour. I thought maybe I can stomach them so I tried one more put them aside. Was asked about them i said they were not edible.. she brought bill still on there.. I took this pick as posting and she said oh what are you doing so I told her. She took bill and 20 minutes later took it off.. so now I'm going to hit fast food to get something to eat.. never going back. read more

In door seating despite COVID which is great. I getting REALLY tired of drive thrus. Amazing selection of HDTVs to select a specific game especially if it is a "Missouri Team." Hamburgers are highly recommended. Service is great despite the place being very busy during "peak hours." read more

Sadly, this location has ZERO mask requirements. The servers (though friendly) gave no regard to space or distancing and did not wear a mask. Not one employee in the restaurant wore a mask. read more

We ordered wings for my son's birthday party, and door dash had two major fails on picking them up. BWW's staff went way above and beyond to make calls to Door Dash to resolve those issues. After an hour of being stood up by drivers, Candi, the manager stepped in to help her already super kind, patient, and competent staff. She took it upon herself to make a fresh batch and personally drive it to our group of starving teens. Candi saved the day!! Most amazing service, way above and beyond! read more

Terrible service. Waitress was very rude. The waitresses were bullying me. They put mayonnaise on my sandwich, which I am deathly allergic to eggs. They then proceeded to laugh and make fun of me for having allergies. They were questioning me. Very upset with the services at Buffalo Wild Wings. read more

I am a big Buffalo Wild WIngs fan...and I refuse to call it by it's new pet name "Bdubs". I think that is the stupidest thing I have ever heard and it annoys me when we feel the need to shorten the names of establishments. The chain loses one star because of it's annoying advertising campaign. Otherwise the location was on par. The greeter was a bit sour and the service wasn't the fastest, but our server was doing her best with what she had. This location isn't quite what we are used to being from St. Louis, but it still holds its own. My wife did get a bonus wing with her order, that's always a plus. :) read more

Tried to order a dozen wings, the piss pour bartender couldn't process that request. Tried to charge top tier price when I clearly announced well price at happy hour. read more

Food is great, servers have attitude problems, general managers has attitude problems. The whole staff has attitude problems and completely ruined dinner for me and my friends when we simply just wanted our food and refills. Do not recommend coming here, unless you can deal with bi*ches. read more

Me and a group of my friends came to dine in here and we received very poor service. It was unfortunate because we do not come here often and we were really looking forward to a good lunch. One of my friends was allergic to mayonnaise and asked to not have any on his sandwich and they proceeded to bring it out with mayonnaise and question his allergies very rudely .The servers assumed that we were going to be bad guests. This is unacceptable and we will not return. read more

There is a complete disregard to Covid prevention in the restaurant. The staff was friendly, and the food was standard; however, the lack of face coverings, social distancing, or any clearly shown or practiced Covid preventing practices make this a possible super spreader environment. Not one employee has a face covering/mask. They had all tables filled and not distanced. This is very concerning and disappointing. read more

Great staff. Fun place to have a good drink and watch the game. Ordered a burger and fries came out in a decent amount of time. Place was slow that after so the bartender just talked to me and made me an awesome mojito. read more

This is one of the worst services I have ever had, I never do bad reviews but they were laughing at my friend for his allergy's because he told them he can't eat the burger with mayo sauce made in it. When he got his second burger they laughed because they said there is egg in the breading of the chicken but it's cooked so he was fine to eat it but they walked away laughing at him. read more
