Wish I could have given a ZERO. NEVER come here on weekends, unless you want cold over cooked wings and cold or multiple cooked sides with your football. I've stopped by this location here and there and it's always a miss. I don't expect anyone to work like there's not enough time in the world but everyone here moves like snails. If I could give them one star I would. I placed an order yesterday 1/9 at 5:15pm knowing it was going to be busy because of the bears game. First delivery driver had to cancel because she waited 40 minutes and never got the order. Second driver waited an hour and was told they could not find my order. BWW ended up cancelling the order saying it was due to technical difficulties with processing my order. Ridiculous that it took them almost 2 hours to finally say they lost my order but not even attempt to resolve the situation. read more

This is my first time to a BWW in a long time. I walk in and sat at the bar. I ordered a drink and was given the wrong drink. I didn't really get an apology for the mistake. He just took the wrong drink back and gave me the right one. I got a burger during lunch time. The burger was okay but the fries were crispy, yet somehow greasy. I wasn't given any condiments till 10 mins after I got my food. I still tipped because I'm not an asshole, but not nearly as much as I normally tip. (I normally tip 15-20 bucks no matter how much I order) I feel like I was given lower priority for whatever reason and to not even get a real apology for my drink being wrong (it was right in the receipt). It is really too bad. We love wings. We love their sauces. I wish I could stand more heat so I could enjoy the spicier level sauces. But the issue was simply service. We ordered carry-out through their website. We ordered over $100 worth of food. We drove about 25 minutes to pick it up then 25 minutes home. It was still warm when we got home, but 2 people's food was missing. The only option was to go pick up the remaining items so everybody could eat. So do the math, 25+25+25 = cold chewy chicken wings. Yes we got some free food, and a gift certificate, and free desserts. But the meal was really hard to choke down. And even after we went back, they still got 2 items wrong. We still paid $60 plus dollars for disgusting food. There is a sticker they use to seal the handles of the bags shut, that say "Your order was checked by ______" Our sticker was blank. I go to bdubs every Tuesday in Glenview. I went to Hoffman location today and ordered buffalo chips. Sent back immediately as it didn't even looked cooked. They were all soggy. I received a new batch a little better but overall cook needs to learn how to make the edges crispy so consistency remains the same at all locations. Also,I walked in with my two boys. Usual process is to provide kids menu with crayons. The greeter gave us all adult menus then disappeared. Couldn't find server for awhile so I had to get the crayons and kids menu myself. Hit or miss-- mostly miss. You know, I love the *idea* of Buffalo Wild Wings. What's not to love? Chicken wings, boneless wings, chicken tenders, and an array of flavors. And boneless wings and chicken tenders are about the easiest things in the world to make-- fresh chicken, fresh oil, at the right temperatures for the right amount of time. It's not rocket science. But more often than not (lately WAY MORE OFTEN THAN NOT-- I am nothing if not a fool for location loyalty and the comfort of my own routine) it's just bad. Not "Call the health department," bad, just "why am I eating this?" bad. I don't know what they do to it, but everything comes out tasting old, stale, dry, and tough. And it's not like they can't do it right when they want to. The last time I was in, it was bad enough to really complain, and they took the dry stuff away and brought me something good-- fresh, tender, juicy, and tasty. I had hoped that maybe that would be a wake-up call. Nope. Back to the same stale, old, tough, dry chicken today. Maybe the one in Schaumburg is better, but I'll not be coming here again. Especially not at these post-inflation prices. I can get myself an excellent steak dinner for only a little more than the cost of lousy boneless wings and fries. read more

Horrible customer service/experience. My wife and I came in today to dine in, with our daughter in her stroller. We were greeted very unprofessionally from the start by the front booth waiter, Paige. She was rude and couldn't accommodate us in a table. We needed a table far from everyone else because of our daughter in her stroller (takes space). Spoke to the training manager. She didn't believe our side of the story. Has no idea how to treat customers. Left the restaurant bothered and upset. This place's quality has fallen apart the past years. Sad because as someone who lives around the area, its the closes BWW to my home. I will be visiting the Randall location from now on. Skip this place and take the drive to Randall. The wings are the smallest around the area for chicken wings but the flavors were great. The service was very poor: 1) They assigned us a server who got to work 5 minutes after we were seated. He did apologize and stated he just got there. 2) Only one food plate came out for wings and I had to wait 15 minutes. My food was getting cold so I ended up eating before my boyfriend could even get his food. 3) We asked for salt and pepper when the rest of the food came from the person who served it (wasn't our server) and she told us to ask our server not her. Wow. She couldn't get us salt and pepper? When we repeated the question, she looked annoyed like "that's not my job, the servers do that," and said she would tell our server. Our server came 10 minutes later to check on us not knowing anything about us asking for salt and pepper. Wasn't his fault but what happened to customer service??
