Oof what has happened to this place. I waited 10 minutes for a greeter to even greet me, then 10 for server to show up (she was really kind), ordered apps and drinks and apps and drinks came quickly, but no one came back for my order for over half an hour, then the server so awesomely switched us to unlimited apps which didn't show up for another hour and my meal didn't show up till all meals were cold or warm at best. Plus the floor looked like a confetti bomb went off, tables sat dirty and the bathrooms were appalling. My wings were awful, they gave me more than ten to show me more than ten ways to be sad over food. The waiter dose not seem to want to serve us.. we also asked a size difference between large and regular fries and they said there is no difference in the plate size one just had more than the other. While a group finally came to the " claimed table" a group of coast guards who just got off work came to watch the fight. I tried to place an order over the phone and was told to hold. Before I could say "Okay" I was listening to the hold music. I have literally tried this place three times. I left a review before about the staff but now I'm here about the food. The pictures are the hatch queso ( pico de gallo and queso) and the wings (boneless). As you can see the queso is basic asf, and that was 8$. Good food, good service. No complaints. On a road trip and tired of drive-through fare, stopped in here on a Thursday. I've dined at this location many times, but not recently. It's still the same, dependable BWW. My visit was at off-peak time, so the staffing was light. They seemed to be having a staff meeting. But, no one was stressed or impolite. (I wouldn't visit a restaurant such as this during a big game night.) The food looked better than it tasted, but I was in a bit of a rush and didn't try any enhancements from BWW's wide selection of sauces. Service was friendly and accurate.
