My grandson and I were out for lunch and he wanted wings so we stopped at this establishment. Past experience here was not good. This time the service was excellent and the atmosphere was good. We had a very good lunch. The food came out hot and fresh and pretty quick as well. The drinks were good as well. My grandson had the lemon-pepper wings and fries, and I had the bacon petty melt. The burger on the the patty melt was awesome; very tasty. The drinks we had were a strawberry lemonade for the grandson and a margarita for me. The only thing on this day that prevented me from giving them a 5star was the men's bathroom; oh it was horrible and smelled awful!! Needed to be deodorized. Otherwise, things were fine. read more

Wow. Service was plain awful. Took forever to even be acknowledge for our drink order and then my TWO year old was brought a regular glass... then they brought the kids food before the appetizer but not only that they just threw it down onto the table. BWW as a whole has just gone downhill. Makes me miss Hooters even more! read more

We hadn't been to this Buffalo Wild Wings location in over four years because of the same issues we experienced again today. The only reason we decided to give it another chance was because the nearby Hooters closed down, and we thought maybe things had improved after all this time. My wife Sonia ordered a margarita and I ordered a soda. My soda arrived within a few minutes, but her drink took more than 25 minutes. Before those 25 minutes were even up, our server Itzi told us she was about to bring the drink and would get me a refill too -- but then another 15 minutes passed. I had to tell someone else that I wanted to speak with the manager. Right then, the drink finally showed up, but only because that person went and told the bartender that my wife's drink had been sitting there for a while. The manager asked if I still wanted the drink or if I wanted to leave. I told him we had already wasted more than half an hour and would have gone somewhere else, but we decided to stay for the food. I asked for a different server and got Isobel, who was great and the complete opposite of the first server. Unfortunately, our order still wasn't right -- some items were missing and others were incorrect. Another thing I noticed was that some of the other employees were just playing indoor basketball instead of helping the servers who clearly needed support. To top it off, the manager never came back to check if everything was okay after that first conversation. Overall, we were very disappointed and sadly won't be giving this location another chance anytime soon read more

Although the service was great and so were the potato wedges. The rest of our meal was mediocre. The lemon pepper wings were very dry and the chicken fingers were very spicy and I ordered original. Very very loud too. read more

Online said free 10 piece wings for veteran. When was there it was 6 piece wings. Or 10 piece boneless. Place was loud. Dark. And not friendly. Won't be back ever. Fake advertising. read more

I don't know how to explain the atmosphere of this place. While it looks good in the inside there seemed to be a sheen or invisible cloud of dirt. The place didn't seem clean. The food was decent. What I was ordered was good. The seasoned wedges have got the best thing on the menu. They were crispy and full of flavor. The chicken sandwich although tender was kind of bland and missing flavor. I had to dip it in some sauce. Overall if you get past the feeling of the place kind of feeling dirty it's a decent place. read more

Isobel the bartender stereotyped black and Latina women at the Douglasville GA location. I watched as she provided nice service to her white clientele. Dismissing our presence. When I brought it to her attention she said "I'm sorry you feel that way" but proceeded to say she doesn't give a "F" as I walked away. Your business stays open because of people willing to spend money at your establishments. Douglasville is not predominantly white. Black, Latina, a good mixture of backgrounds. Having the racist mentality being the face of your company is concerning. read more

Caitlin was our server and she was very nice and made sure to check on us along with updates of food almost being ready. We started out good sprite was crisp and water was good. Food came out and was unimpressive mozzarella sticks were fine but the marinara looked like it was a past customers dried up and dipped into already. Tacos were on stale tortillas and the pico was on the bottom of the chicken which just made it taste watery. Freshness just overall was lacking and we will not be returning the only positive of our experience was the service. read more

Great atmosphere to watch sports games with plenty of big screen TVs. And the food isn't bad either. Ice cold bear and good wine is served to enhance your viewing pleasure. My go-to bar in Atlanta 10 stars read more

I ordered via the BWW app for a pick up order, this was my first time ever eating at this specific location. I ordered the Buffalo Bird Dawg with fries. Since they've release these new items I've been craving them. I've had the Bird Dawgs at another location and fell in love. They were that great at this location. Not sure if it's because it's a takeout order or what but they were mediocre. The customer service was great and that's why I gave it as many stars as I did. read more

Been there three times to give them a chance every time I go I'm disappointed the wings come out cold even the sauce is not gel on the they're broken. The servers do a the messes up your order the restaurant is way too loud my you do go, there would be to order your wings extra crispy so that they'll come out hot maybe lol like I maybe you think that she would get bucks to dine out some of the staff has attitude But some of them are real nice but what matters is the food and is very disappointing. Their salad has wilted and darkened lettuce mixed in with your salad. You have to pick that out and I don't mean just a few pieces either. I will stay away from this particular Buffalo Wild Wings very disappointing. read more

Terrible service, my wife ordered a drink and when she took a sip whole glass smelled like beer in which she does not drink beer. Received our appetizer of fries in which they were ice cold. When hot wings arrived my wings were luke warm and wife food was cold. Our waitress went and notified the manager in which I did see her telling him and he looked our way. Not one time did he even bother come to see us, waitress just went and reheated our food. This was on June 1st at 6:30 PM, we will not be going back to this location. read more

What can you say about watching GA beat AL in the championship with wings and more wings and beer. It was my son's bday and he loves GA and wings so he had a great time. Our waiter was great and we had more than enough wings to take home for the next days lunch. Great time and experience. read more

The absolute worst BWW's I have EVER visited. The service sucked, the tables and floors were filthy, they screwed up the orders and had no clue how to ring us out when time to leave.. I would NOT bring a family or date to this disgusting establishment. STAY AWAY people. read more

We were there on a day when they were short handed so only the tables in the bar were open. My husband is in a wheelchair and can't reach the high bar tops. The hostess (who had never been trained as a waitress) got permission to seat us at a table and take care of us herself. She did a great job! My husband got the chips and queso and I ordered the pretzels. They were out of the pub cheese, but she brought me some queso anf honey mustard and it was perfect. A bit pricey for what we got, but good food and a server who went out of her way to help. read more

Walked into Buffalo Wild Wings today and four associates putting sauces into containers looked at our party for 15 mins before asking if we need to be seated. Finally we were seated. A waiter came and spoke to the party behind us and offered more drinks to them and Walked away. After sitting in the booth for an additional 18 mins with no acknowledgment we went to the front and inquired about a waitress they stated they would send someone over. Sat and waited again with no service. This is by far the worst customer service experience I have encountered from this brand and I am appalled and disappointed. read more

Wednesday 4:30pm Pros: pleasant server, tasty sauce, quick drink refills Cons: 45 minute wait even though we were one of three seated tables, burnt fries, overdone and dry wings, undressed salad, wrong sauce on the wings, dried out celery and carrots, incorrect dressing for the wings This used to be a favorite place. Shame on you, BWW. read more

Street tacos- small but flavorful and full of chicken; w/ crispy flour tortilla. The sauce has a kick so watch out. Snack size lemon pepper wings, had more seasoning at the bottom of the carton than on the wings. They had no flavor without the seasoning, which had to be drug through the bottom of the carton for any flavor of substance or dipped in the ranch. The Buffalo Zoo packs a fruity flavor but has some alcohol kick that sneaks up on you. It's a good place to watch a game and hangout. read more

My boyfriend and I went here today and it was an amazing experience all because of our nice waitress, Rayne. She was super friendly and sweet she even fixed my boyfriend's order without him asking. Not to mention the food was to die for!!! She also brought us fresh sweet tea because ours was not sweet at first. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great customer experience! I highly recommend asking for Rayne next time you're there!!!! read more

Well what can I say!!! Awesomeness!!! Last night was my first time at Buffalo Wild Wings. It was a date night for us. This location is about a mile from the Arbor Place mall. We walked in and was greeted by one of the hostess. We shared with her we wanted to sit in the high top area and she said we could seat ourselves. Before sitting down, I went to the restroom, which was spotless by the way! I came out and took my seat. Our waitress was soooooo freakin awesome!!! Her name was Shunny! She was very informative, I shared with her this was my first time and she made everything so easy. She took our drink orders, I started with water that I never touched lol. I later ordered the house margarita, which for some reason had absolutely no taste, so I sent it back. Shunny totally understood and ask me did I want anything else. I opted for the Blue Moon with orange slice. Which was a hit! So because I was hungry and didn't eat much earlier because of a cold, I WENT FOR A SAMPLER! Lol I ordered 4 lemon pepper wings, potato wedges, cheddar cheese curds and the nachos! Whoa was it a hit! They afford different sauces and she threw in a caramel sauce to go with the curds! SWEET AND SAVORY! Thanks for the Shunny! Pricing was great for 2 sampler platters and my beer it was $38! AND they bought me an extra beer which was right up my alley! Buffalo Wild Wings THANK YOU and Special thanks to Shunny!!! read more

Let's just say I saw 2 stars and said how can they mess up wings and they did lord.. customer service was not friendly unless you were a man because the woman bartender cater to them and their needs and was short with me. Food came out cold not even warm and had to send it back. Then they came out fried hard. The atmosphere was dead except for the bar full of men..The drink was good but the customer service and bad food did it for me. I promise I won't be back and I don't like doing bad reviews but I also don't want anyone to waste their money. Things cost too much to go out nowadays. read more

Been standing here at the Douglasville location for over 15 minutes, there's plenty of seating but manager refuse to sit anyone until she said so, I wasl istening to her tell one of her employees. I don't think is a staffing problem because they have plenty of people, management have a lot to do with this issue, the line is out the door now and no one doing anything about it already three couples have left due to the lack of care I am getting ready to gtfo and emailing corporate, if you read this don't come here you'll be disappointed. read more

Happy Veterans Day. Wonderful service from waitress Chloe. Food and service were spectacular

We stopped here to watch The Steelers play on our way back from North Carolina. When we pulled up, I was kind of concerned because of the low rating. Luckily our experience was great. We didn't have to wait for a table. There were plenty of TVs and the host made sure that there was a TV near us showing our game. The waitress was nice and checked on us but not too much which was perfect. I ordered the large pretzel with a cheese dipping sauce which was huge and enough for two meals. My husband had the mango haberno which is his favorite. He got the 18 count and had some to take home. Great experience! read more

kitchen and bar closed thirty minutes before posted time. So it says closes at midnight we got there at 11:25 no one was upfront to seat us so we sat ourselves at the bar the bartender looks at us then walks away. Enough time that we scanned the qr menu and picked out our meal and four minutes later she comes back and says bar and kitchen closed at 11:30. Never want to be the last person that shows up a minute before closing but your site clearly states 12am and we showed forty minutes enough for a turnover for two people and your bartender also very easily could have said that right when we walked in too. I used to come to this location quite frequently but have stopped going there in the last year or so. I went again this afternoon and wow it's a shame. At one point I enjoyed coming here because the servers were friendly and the vibes used to be fun. Would come here with my buddies to hangout at the bar, play some trivia and have a good time. But since the management changed in the last year it has taken a drastic step in the wrong direction. The management is poor. My buddies have stopped going and the servers that I've made friends with have quit or is now working at another BWW location. The food has started to be mid to poor. The place isn't the same anymore and I'm not sure if it ever will. Now I either go down the street to Hooters or the BWW in Hiram to go enjoy some food and hangout with my buddies. And the vibes are so much better. It's night and day experience. read more
