Another lovely experience here at the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I've ever been to. People seated after us have food, we're still staring at our drinks. There are plenty of empty tables; there's no reason the chefs can't handle a simple wing order. The server patronizingly said others were waiting for food, but I'd love to see them because everyone around me is eating! read more

Today isn't even a bogo day, but somehow it's all burnt. It was so disappointing because I don't even like chicken and figured since it's not a bogo day, then it'd be an okay visit. The slimy veggies solidified my upset reaction! read more

This place was fantastic. I had a fantastic time at this location. Me and my two kids were served by Kaitlyn and she was amazing. I have never had better service at a restaurant. She was welcoming and was so funny with my kids. Please pass my regards along to her again. Food was amazing and the atmosphere was so great. I would love to come again. read more

Grace was amazing, we came in with a super big group of guys and she took amazing care of us and kept us smiling and laughing the entire time. The vibe was amazing and the ufc fights were great and the tvs were in perfect condition so there's a plus. In short grace made the entire experience great and if anyone comes here they should ask for her specifically, and TIP HER!!! read more

food took over thirty minutes to come out and my wings were burnt AND cold and the waiter was barely near us

We went three days ago, hoping and expecting it would be as great as the last time it was not,one of the orders was the double mushroom cheeseburger, on the tray, running all the way across, it was a pool of grease. The bottom bun was soaked with grease. I found it rather unbelievable that anyone even brought it to the table. at 5 PM it was anything but busy but service, and the kitchen was extremely slow and most of the food that arrived just plain wasn't very good. read more

This place is a total joke. Made an online pickup order and of course after coming back home I noticed that part of my order was missing. Manager clown accused me of trying to get free food when I called and said that part of my order was missing. Never again read more

Went to BWW in Derby today about 5:15pm. We had a group of six & a dog. We sat in the patio area. After 15 minutes without seeing a single server, I went into the restaurant to let them know we were still waiting. 3 servers walked by me without even speaking before I got somebody's attention. I was told they would be right out, and waited another 10 minutes before walking out. Won't go back! Can't give this any stars as we never even received a glass of water. read more

Food was good, and it was fast for how many people were there. Great service. Nice place for a date. Just a big cost for 3+ people

1/2/25: Service was fast, food came out hot and quick. Definitely better than a 2.5 star rating

Took about 10 minutes to be sat, they were a little bit so no big deal. Another 15 minutes to be greeted and get a drink order. 20 minutes goes past and no drinks, just an off night read more

This location is abysmal!!!! The food is bad, and the service (what service?) is nonexistent. I'm pretty sure they don't even have a manager on shift. We sat at our table for 15 minutes. Multiple servers walked past us and looked at us but couldn't be bothered to even greet us. I look forward to the day this location finally shuts down. read more

Seating was horrible uncomfortably packed and not because the food was good. We sat at our table and slowly our food came ..... ONE ....AT....A.....TIME.... Took for ever, half the people at the table were finished by the time the last person received their dish. I ordered the southwest black bean Burger. It was BURNT and not a little ALL OF IT!! Daughters Burger Burnt and they tried to cover it up with cheese like we wouldn't know lol. Theirs a reason why this place has two stars, I would highly not recommend this restaurant.. maybe others are better???? But NOT THIS PLACE. literally the worst food Iv ever had. read more

Bad service every time I've been to dine in. Food always comes out lukewarm. Alc. drinks are fine. Biggest problem for me is waiting 30+ min for my server to get back to me + over charged prices for apps. Would not recommend for dine in. read more

The waitress was Very friendly and fast service. Will definitely recommend this place

Ordered chicken tenders, one order tossed in medium buffalo sauce and with ranch dipping sauce, one tossed in regular buffalo sauce and with blue cheese dipping sauce . Neither order was tossed in any sauce as we had ordered and neither came with the dipping sauce. We asked the server what was up and then got small servings of buffalo sauce on the side and the dipping sauces. No apologies or explanations. Ambiance? It was a bit too loud and noisy and we could hear the staff complaining. The servers attitude was in line with the rest of the staff we encountered. It's as if we were inconveniences not customers. We won't be going back. read more

They promise pickup times knowing they do not have the ability to have them done on time. Nothing but excuses. They act surprised that Tuesday and Thursday are busy. Lack of preparation is no reason to be an hour behind schedule. That is Management having zero accountability of the staff or not being smart enough to staff accordingly. "Staffing shortage" is a weak excuse since I can see a kitchen full of people read more

Had to wait at the bar for 10 minutes before we flagged down a manager and got a waiter (shout out to Ryan). Bar tender ignored us completely even though we have been regulars for 3 years. Told they were OUT OF WINGS, and also the Prosecco I usually drink had gone up $1.50 per glass. Despite being devout regulars for years tonight will be our last night. Really disappointed in bar service. Again, shout out to Ryan. read more

Ordered using the curbside was told it'd be ready at a specific time and showed up on time and texted letting them know we were there, it took them 40 minutes to get us our food. No text or having someone come tell us it's be awhile, it took my mom going in and asking what was going on for them to get us our food. read more

After waiting nearly 10 minutes to be greeted, I took it upon myself to ask a server who was seemingly able to keep up with her tables if she would like another table because we had not been helped yet. She graciously agreed. I saw a manager running around too, while the restaurant didn't seem too busy, I do think they may have been understaffed. Once we had a server, things went much better! However, our appetizer was also forgotten. Not the best day for Buffalo Wild Wings, but my wife and I enjoy the food and the loud atmosphere can drown out my loud toddler We'll be back read more

I went here today for lunch. Worst experience at a Buffalo Wild Wings ever. It took 40 minutes to get our food. The waitress was super helpful til we put in our order, then the other table she had on our side left. Whoever was on charge of the front had her taking care of another game and us made the front of the restaurant and who knows how many in the back. She cleared the table when the other party left then had to go to the back. She told us she was going to give us our refills 3 times and then they came after we were done eating. She told us the first time after appetizers. We had to get someone else to get her 2 times for napkins and the little boats to put the bones in. Then again for our empty drinks. I was not too upset with her. I was upset with whoever is responsible for assigning tables. This is the second time we have come here and the second time we are the only table near us the wait staff took care of. The first time the food came out quickly, but the waiter came by twice. Once to take the order, and once for refills. Outside of that, he did not come anywhere where we could even signal him that we needed him. We will not be coming back. read more

My first time at buffalo wild wings. It was my daughter's birthday and my granddaughter was with us. Our waitress was Alaura. Very friendly and nice. Brought our drinks out right away. While waiting for our food a cockroach ran across the table towards my granddaughter. My daughter squished it with her phone. We had to wait awhile then told a different server who brought our food, about our roach and asked for something to wipe the table off. She brought us wipes... I was done after that but stayed cause my daughter didn't want to make a scene...we should have just left. Then paid over $40.00 for our lunch. Just not so impressed. I called and talked to the manager she has never seen a roach the 13 years she has worked there. She assured me she was calling pest control. And thanked me for calling to let her know. I still won't be going back. read more

Worst food and drinks we have had in a long time! We both feel sick after eating here. The food was cold when it came out. The Bloody Mary tasted bad!! It tasted like they put orange juice in it. They tried to charge us for stuff we never received and the bigger size of wings than what we ordered. The manager did comp everything but the drinks. The wait staff was playing around and throwing things across the dining at each other. Horrible experience. Never going back! read more

My son loves BWW and we normally visit either on a Tuesday or Thursday because theirs always a great deal going on. My favorite staff member at this BWW is Angel! I don't know if he's still there but I love his customer service skills. I love seeing his face when we walk in because we aren't the o my customers he knows. He treats everyone with respect and will make sure your order is entirely correct. If it's not when I tell you he is on it and will make sure you get what you ordered he will do just that. Angel will make you want to visit BWW and I just love great customer service. Try them out read more

All my orders have been take out or delivery. DO NOT order on Thursday unless your good with a long wait. Hatch queso deserves 10 stars. Best queso ever! Buffalo chicken tots have too many pickled jalapeños. Only reason I tried them was because they were out of queso. The wings were so so at my last order. Will keep returning for queso. read more

I literally go here every week on Tuesdays because it's half priced wings! My favorite flavor is mango habanero and hot bbq (which are both spicy). This time I ordered one of their street tacos and fried pickles which were both delicious and I went during happy hour which was also half priced! The service was great when I dined in (but it's always a hit and miss). One of the employees came over and told me about the buffalo reward if I signed up and get points for every $10 spent and you can redeem the points later to get a free appetizer, wings, dessert etc (depending on how many points you have). read more

The food was fine. The service -- not so much. I asked the server what beers they have on draft -- the response --- "I don't drink beer so I don't really know. " The manager was too busy cleaning tables to notice what was going on with a guests. read more

I went here because my daughter wanted to celebrate a win. They put us on a 30 minute wait even though tables were empty. No one was bussing tables. We were finally sat after asking again at the thirty minute mark. My food came out first and was unimpressive. Why would you rush an adult meal when there are four children with you ? No napkins. They forgot the ranch that my child had specifically asked for and brought the 6 meals out over a 15 minute period when they were clearly not busy nor were the meals difficult. I sat without eating figuring that she needed help bringing out the rest of the food. When it was clear that she had forgotten about us, I called her over. She told me "oh, don't you know? We serve food fresh and serve it right away." No, you do not. Nor do you know how to provide customer service. Never coming back. read more

Sat at the bar. At first good service but then took forever to get my wings out( after I asked where they were) asked for my check but then handed off to manager since the wings were cold but still took awhile, asked the bartender just give me the check so I can pay then the manager shows back up. Does the normal sorry and this is not how we do it here...I'm just glad I'm moving north and not going here again. But I do give props to the good looking bartender. read more

I lived in California my whole life and just recently moved to Kansas, so understand that Buffalo Wild Wings is a chain restaurant, and for the most part it should be the same everywhere (foodwise.) The only difference is the customer service, how the drinks are made, and cleanliness, for the most part. Customer service? It's hit or miss. Some of the servers are great! Attentive and love conversation. The others, even when they're not busy, just aren't very aware of their patrons. The first time I went there with a friend, there were only a few other customers, but our server was awful. We had to ask for utensils, napkins, water and refills. We watched as she would stop and sit and talk with customers that appeared to only be visiting. Other days, the servers ask us how we're doing, tell us how there day is and makes sure everything is good before they leave us with our food. How they make their drinks? Not so much hit or miss, but it's definitely not made the same every time. (Of course I don't mean the beers) I normally order the same drinks and the amount of alcohol always varies. I like the days where they put more because I'm getting more for my money (: Cleanliness? It's been clean every time I went there, which I find great. So overall, I love Buffalo Wild Wings, as a chain restaurant. This particular location is just convenient . read more

Hello, I would appreciate it if someone from corporate or management team could could reach out to me about my experience 5/29 round 9pm. I don't want to say what I heard an employee say to the table of drunk guys. The guys at the table were intoxicated, old, not funny, and being dumb and flirty...but what the bartender said to the table is an absolute no. I Should have just closed them out instead of selling soul for tip. The old guys were in the wrong and I almost wanted to pay a visit to their table but it was 1 of me and 6 of them, but as an employee be professional and cut them off. It's simple. Also waited a while to get greeted, dirty tables, no manager to be seen or walking the floor. Food was good tho! I would have done the survey on receipt but forgot it /: read more

Family and I thought we would give BWW a chance since our last visit wasn't the best experience. We were given the option bar or dinning we choose bar since the hostess said we seat ourselves no wait. Only 1 table open that still had a cleaning spray bottle and rag left on it with no employee near by. Took about 10 min to even be noticed by a waitress. Food tasted like dirty grease, boneless wings were hard, tacos had almost nothing in them and the bird dawg my child received was basically half a chicken tender in a hot dog bun! Not what was shown in the photo or commercials. Waited for refills and the beer was warm. The place had a smell horrible like dirty mop water. My husbands eyes were swollen by the time we left from an allergic reaction from something in the building. That place needs some serious renovations and a good deep clean. Better food quality and service. Waste of money! We learned our lesson and will never be back. read more

Very good food waiters and waitress pay the customers a lot of respect and it's food is amazing check them out!

So disappointed with my last order online. The menu showing a family bundle is deceiving, We had to do two trips to pickup the order because they forgot the fries. Once we got to go for the fries, we had to wait 20 minutes in a long line waiting for seats. Once we got the fries it was a small amount of fries in a small container that will only feed one person. It was not consistent with the family menu showing online. We end up leaving without the fries since that is was they considered a large order of fries. read more
