We went three days ago, hoping and expecting it would be as great as the last time it was not,one of the orders was the double mushroom cheeseburger, on the tray, running all the way across, it was a pool of grease. The bottom bun was soaked with grease. Went to BWW in Derby today about 5:15pm. We had a group of six & a dog. We sat in the patio area. After 15 minutes without seeing a single server, I went into the restaurant to let them know we were still waiting. 3 servers walked by me without even speaking before I got somebody's attention. Ordered chicken tenders, one order tossed in medium buffalo sauce and with ranch dipping sauce, one tossed in regular buffalo sauce and with blue cheese dipping sauce . Neither order was tossed in any sauce as we had ordered and neither came with the dipping sauce. We asked the server what was up and then got small servings of buffalo sauce on the side and the dipping sauces. No apologies or explanations. Ambiance? Had to wait at the bar for 10 minutes before we flagged down a manager and got a waiter (shout out to Ryan). Bar tender ignored us completely even though we have been regulars for 3 years. I went here today for lunch. Worst experience at a Buffalo Wild Wings ever. It took 40 minutes to get our food. The waitress was super helpful til we put in our order, then the other table she had on our side left. Whoever was on charge of the front had her taking care of another game and us made the front of the restaurant and who knows how many in the back. She cleared the table when the other party left then had to go to the back. She told us she was going to give us our refills 3 times and then they came after we were done eating. She told us the first time after appetizers. We had to get someone else to get her 2 times for napkins and the little boats to put the bones in. Then again for our empty drinks. I was not too upset with her. I was upset with whoever is responsible for assigning tables. This is the second time we have come here and the second time we are the only table near us the wait staff took care of. The first time the food came out quickly, but the waiter came by twice. My first time at buffalo wild wings. It was my daughter's birthday and my granddaughter was with us. Our waitress was Alaura. Very friendly and nice. Brought our drinks out right away. While waiting for our food a cockroach ran across the table towards my granddaughter. My daughter squished it with her phone. We had to wait awhile then told a different server who brought our food, about our roach and asked for something to wipe the table off. She brought us wipes... I was done after that but stayed cause my daughter didn't want to make a scene...we should have just left. Then paid over $40.00 for our lunch. Just not so impressed. My son loves BWW and we normally visit either on a Tuesday or Thursday because theirs always a great deal going on. My favorite staff member at this BWW is Angel! I don't know if he's still there but I love his customer service skills. I love seeing his face when we walk in because we aren't the o my customers he knows. He treats everyone with respect and will make sure your order is entirely correct. If it's not when I tell you he is on it and will make sure you get what you ordered he will do just that. I literally go here every week on Tuesdays because it's half priced wings! My favorite flavor is mango habanero and hot bbq (which are both spicy). This time I ordered one of their street tacos and fried pickles which were both delicious and I went during happy hour which was also half priced! The service was great when I dined in (but it's always a hit and miss). I went here because my daughter wanted to celebrate a win. They put us on a 30 minute wait even though tables were empty. No one was bussing tables. We were finally sat after asking again at the thirty minute mark. My food came out first and was unimpressive. Why would you rush an adult meal when there are four children with you ? No napkins. They forgot the ranch that my child had specifically asked for and brought the 6 meals out over a 15 minute period when they were clearly not busy nor were the meals difficult. Family and I thought we would give BWW a chance since our last visit wasn't the best experience. We were given the option bar or dinning we choose bar since the hostess said we seat ourselves no wait. Only 1 table open that still had a cleaning spray bottle and rag left on it with no employee near by. Took about 10 min to even be noticed by a waitress. Food tasted like dirty grease, boneless wings were hard, tacos had almost nothing in them and the bird dawg my child received was basically half a chicken tender in a hot dog bun! Not what was shown in the photo or commercials. Waited for refills and the beer was warm. The place had a smell horrible like dirty mop water. My husbands eyes were swollen by the time we left from an allergic reaction from something in the building. That place needs some serious renovations and a good deep clean. Better food quality and service. Waste of money! We learned our lesson and will never be back. read more

I lived in California my whole life and just recently moved to Kansas, so understand that Buffalo Wild Wings is a chain restaurant, and for the most part it should be the same everywhere (foodwise.) The only difference is the customer service, how the drinks are made, and cleanliness, for the most part. Customer service? It's hit or miss. Some of the servers are great! Attentive and love conversation. The others, even when they're not busy, just aren't very aware of their patrons. The first time I went there with a friend, there were only a few other customers, but our server was awful. We had to ask for utensils, napkins, water and refills. We watched as she would stop and sit and talk with customers that appeared to only be visiting. Other days, the servers ask us how we're doing, tell us how there day is and makes sure everything is good before they leave us with our food. How they make their drinks? Not so much hit or miss, but it's definitely not made the same every time. (Of course I don't mean the beers) I normally order the same drinks and the amount of alcohol always varies. I like the days where they put more because I'm getting more for my money (: Cleanliness? It's been clean every time I went there, which I find great. I don't want to say what I heard an employee say to the table of drunk guys. The guys at the table were intoxicated, old, not funny, and being dumb and flirty...but what the bartender said to the table is an absolute no. So disappointed with my last order online. The menu showing a family bundle is deceiving, We had to do two trips to pickup the order because they forgot the fries. Once we got to go for the fries, we had to wait 20 minutes in a long line waiting for seats. Once we got the fries it was a small amount of fries in a small container that will only feed one person.
